Abstract

Social media is an effective tool for advertising activities. Competition in the world of advertising on social media is getting higher along with the rapid increase in social media users. The impact was also felt by mothers who are members of the Ciledug Fatayat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) organization. An effective communication strategy is needed in marketing activities, especially promotion and advertising in order to be able to provide effective and accurate information about Fatayat NU Ciledug. This community service activity increases the knowledge and skills of the participants, namely members of Fatayat NU Ciledug regarding marketing, namely effective promotion and making attractive advertisements on social media, so as to increase public understanding of Fatayat NU Ciledug.

Abstract

Pabeanudik Village is located in the Indramayu sub-district, a coastal area where most of the people are fishermen and to fulfil their household needs depend on fishing activities. With the potential of marine resources that are adequately owned, the welfare of the household and the economy of the people who live on the coast can be fulfilled. However, this only applies to a few people living in coastal areas who are still below the poverty line. This is because fishermen depend on the sea where weather conditions are uncertain and marine catches are not optimal or even non-existent, hindering the development of family economic welfare. In an uncertain economic situation, fishing families are required to be able to adapt to be able to build a family economy so that daily survival can be fulfilled. This study aims to describe the empowerment of women in their role in building the economy of fishermen's families through fish management businesses in Pabeanudik Village, Indramayu District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through an instrumental case study approach. This study concludes that the empowerment of coastal women in Pabeanudik village is reflected in their productive role in the fish management business, which is carried out to obtain additional economic income to meet the needs of family life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi dakwah kontemporer yang dilakukan oleh Habib Husein Ja'far al-Hadar, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam kepada generasi milenial di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana Habib Jafar menghadapi keberagaman agama dan mempromosikan moderasi beragama melalui pendekatan komunikasi modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, di mana data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, dan konten digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai strategi komunikasi yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Habib Jafar berhasil memanfaatkan media sosial, seperti Instagram, dengan pendekatan yang relevan dan komunikatif bagi kaum muda. Gaya komunikasi yang humoris, bahasa sederhana, dan penggunaan visual menarik terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan keagamaan, menciptakan interaksi positif, dan memperkuat moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti kritik dan potensi efek bumerang, yang menunjukkan pentingnya strategi komunikasi kontekstual. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya diskusi tentang moderasi beragama, dan secara praktis, memberikan referensi bagi penyebaran dakwah yang inklusif dan relevan di era digital
