Abstract

Lidah buaya ( Aloe vera L.) merupakan tumbuhan yang tidak asing bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Lidah buaya sering kali digunakan sebagai langkah pertolongan pertama pada bagian luka terbuka ( luka sayat maupun luka bakar). Lidah buaya banyak mengandung zat – zat aktif yang sangat bermanfaat dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Karena mengandung antara lain saponin, flavonoid, tanin dan polifenol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa konsentrasi ekstrak etanol lidah buaya (Aloe vera L.) yang paling efektif  dalam penyembuhan luka sayat pada mencit jantan galur swiss.Jenis penelitian eksperimental. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel bebas dan variabel terikat.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya. Variabel terikat adalah efektifektifitas penyembuhan luka sayat pada mencit jantan galur Swiss. Data yang diperoleh dari rata – rata pengukuran panjang luka sayat dari masing – masing konsentrasi dianalisis dengan ANOVA satu jalan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari konsentrasi 12,5%, 25% dan 50%, ternyata konsentrasi 50% lebih efektif dalam penyembuhan luka sayat pada mencit. Kata Kunci : Efektifitas Ektrak Etanol Lidah Buaya, Luka Sayat, Mencit Jantan

Abstract

This study aims to develop flash-based interactive multimedia for class XI students as a media in the learning process in Pandeglang 2 High School. This flash-based interactive multimedia is used to facilitate students in mastering excretion system material. This research includes development research with reference to borg and gall. Products developed based on preliminary research are flash-based interactive multimedia for students of class XI containing excretory system material. The trial subjects in this development research were expert subjects, namely excretory system experts, learning media experts, linguists, and sample subjects of high school class XI students as potential product users. Determination of the sample subject using random sampling, which consists of 15 students for the main field trial, and 90 students for the operational field test. The results of the development research are: (1) The learning media development model is carried out through several stages, namely conducting information gathering, product planning developed, early flash-based multimedia product forms, early stage field testing, flash-based revision of early multimedia products, main field tests , revisions to operational products, operational field tests, final product revisions, and operational field tests (2) Learning media are able to have a positive impact on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMAN 2 Pandeglang by obtaining a percentage of 76.58% with criteria "Good."

Abstract

Spiritual well-being is a perspective that is felt in the quality of a person's relationship in four areas, namely the relationship with God, other people, nature and oneself. Students who have spiritual well-being and low spiritual experience experience a high level of distress. This can reduce concentration, reduce attention, hinder the decision-making process, and reduce students' ability to realize their goals, roles and functions as students. This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services using the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) technique on improving the spiritual welfare of Campus B Curup students at the Bengkulu Ministry of Health Polytechnic. This type of research is a quasi experimental design. The population in this study were students from Campus B Curup Poltekkes Bengkulu Ministry of Health with a sample of 60 people consisting of 30 people in the experimental group and 30 people in the control group with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses the Spiritual Well-Being Scale (SWBS) instrument. Independent data analysis using the Mann Whitney Test. There was a significant difference in the group that received group counseling services using the ACT technique compared to the group that did not receive group counseling services (p = 0.040, α = 0.05). So it can be interpreted that there is an influence of group counseling with the ACT technique on improving the spiritual welfare of Campus B Curup students at the Bengkulu Ministry of Health Polytechnic.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pembelajaran yang semula dilaksanakan secara tatapmuka menjadi online atau e-learning. Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta menyelenggarakan pembelajaran online atau e-learning ini melalui besmart atau platform lain yang mendukung. Dalam mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran online, seringkali terhambat karena perilaku mahasiswa yang sering menunda-nunda tugas atau disebut prokrastinasi. Selain itu, tidak sedikit mahasiswa mengalami stress akibat perilaku tersebut sehingga mempengaruhi motivasi belajar selama e-learning. Mempertimbangkan dampak prokrastinasi yang ditimbulkan cukup signifikan maka, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai prokrastinasi akademik, stress akademik dan motivasi belajar. Apabila mahasiswa terus menerus berperilaku prokrastinasi atau menunda-nunda maka tekanan yang dialami mahasiswa akan bertambah dan akan berpengaruh terhadap kurangnya semangat belajar. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dan stress akademik terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa FE UNY selama E-learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian expost facto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang memiliki sifat expost-facto karena data yang digunakan merupakan data dari peristiwa yang telah terjadi atau berlangsung, sehingga peneliti hanya mengungkap fakta berdasarkan pengukuran gejala yang telah ada pada responden (Arikunto, 2010). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku prokrastinasi akademik dan stress akademik terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta selama e-learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Perilaku Prokrastinasi Akademik dan Stres Akademik secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya pengaruh Perilaku Prokrastinasi Akademik dan Stres Akademik terhadap Motivasi Belajar sebesar 5,3%, selebihnya sebesar 94,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Most teachers still apply conventional lecture methods and do not utilize positive behavioral reinforcement techniques or interactive social learning models in Islamic Religious Education learning, so that students' critical thinking skills and ability to connect religious teachings with the context of everyday life are underdeveloped. Recent research shows that these two approaches complement each other in creating an effective and adaptive learning process to the needs of today's students. To see and understand it, by using a qualitative approach, namely descriptive research with a focus on analysis, the author conducted a study. This study uses a literature review as its approach. By reading, recording, analyzing, and utilizing library data collection methods. After being collected, the data is analyzed using a methodology that begins with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Both of these approaches have an influence on learning and behavior. However, while behaviorism emphasizes the importance of reinforcement and punishment from the external environment, social cognitive theory emphasizes how individuals actively process and assess information received from their environment. These behavioristic and social cognitive approaches complement each other in Islamic Religious Education learning. The behavioral approach helps understand how behavior can be shaped through external stimuli, while the social cognitive approach explains how internal factors such as thoughts, emotions, and social experiences influence behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges and solutions of Islamic educational psychology in the digital age, focusing on three core issues: digital distraction, exposure to negative content, and limited teacher digital literacy. Through qualitative literature review and thematic content analysis, the research identifies that gadget addiction and social media/gaming platforms disrupt students' learning focus, moral development, and mental health, contradicting Islamic principles like the preservation of al-'aql (intellect). Educators' unpreparedness to integrate technology with Islamic values further hinders faith-based learning effectiveness. Proposed solutions include: (1) Developing Islamic-based technological platforms (e.g., "TafsirAI") integrating Quran-Hadith content with TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) frameworks; (2) Digital moral education via creative media (e.g., animated Prophet stories) to enhance intrinsic motivation grounded in ihsan (excellence); and (3) Multisector collaboration (education institutions-digital platforms) to filter harmful content. These strategies aim to balance technological advancement with Islamic values, fostering academically proficient, digitally resilient, and ethically grounded students. The study underscores the need for holistic approaches to digital disruption, while acknowledging limitations in sample scope and calling for further research across diverse educational levels.
