Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Comparative Effects of Brand Equity between Indomie Noodles brand and Sedaap noodles by using t test analysis in Two independent variables. The sample in this study were students of Mulawarman university Samarinda with amount of samples are 80 respondents by using hair method. The hypothesis of this study showed that between equity Indomie and Sedaap have significant differences.The results of hypothes test in Two Variables t test showed that, brand equity of Indomie and Mie Sedaap have significant differences.Keyword: Comparison of brand equity

Abstract

Research aims to know the influence of the Service Performance and Costumer Satisfaction loyality to the obligor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda as well as to self relianthknowing variable does influential dominant among variable Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction of the Loyalty of the depositor Bank Mandiri branch self contained Samarinda.Sample on the basis Formula Solvin by Umar (2003: 146) obtained 95 or use calculationang depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Method of data gathering used directly to the pil is interview involved with the matters discussed and give a list of question to depositor savings Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Analyzed data using equipment analysis multiple regression the testing done with t test, and test coefficient of determination to assistance software SPSS.Research Results show that collectively same Service performance and Costumer satisfaction influential Significant agains Loyality depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda.Variable Costumer Satisfaction have influence dominant Loyalty to the obligor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda. Nugroho ( 2005 : 11 ) declare that to regression compounded better use R Square yes have adjustable or written adjusted R Square method of 0,120 this give a sense 12% of variation variable dependent that is Loyalty of the depositor Bank Mandiri branch Samarinda can descoribed by the independent variable Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction now the rest 88% annotated by factors of variable other unknown and notiucluded in the research.

Abstract

Performance Appraisal Information System, Supplementary Income Benefits, and Performance Employees are meruapakan one unity and mutually related to each other in the performance appraisal and compensation to the Government of Samarinda City. The application of performance appraisal and compensation information system in the form of additional income support is an effort of Samarinda City Government in an effort to give motivation to the employees to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance appraisal information systems and additional income allowances on the performance of employees of the Department of Education Samarinda City. This research was conducted in Samarinda City Education Office. The population in this study as many as 120 employees, while the samples taken as many as 55 respondents selected simple random sampling. Validity test and test reliability of variable indicator questionnaire using SmartPLS version 3.2.6 with requirements to meet outer model, while hypothesis testing using model structure test (inner model) using SmartPLS program version 3.2.6. The result of the research indicates that the items of variable indicator have fulfilled the criteria of validity and reliability. Test the validity of loading factor, cross loading, AVE value indicates that the instrument is valid. The reliability test tested using composite realibility and Cronbach's Alpha has been eligible. Furthermore, the hypothesis test by using SmartPLS shows that the system of performance appraisal information (e-logbook) has positive and significant effect to the additional allowance of earnings, the additional allowance of earnings has positive and significant effect to the employee performance, while the performance appraisal e-logbook system has positive Not significant to employee performance. The suggestion that can be given is that the city government of Samarinda should improve the performance appraisal information system so that it can describe the performance of the employees, not just the daily activities.Keywords: performance appraisal information system, additional income supplement, employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi serta karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi pada PT BRI Syariah Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan sarana software SPSS versi 20. Data penelitian dilakukan dengan memberi angket kuesioner terhadap 100 orang responden karyawan PT BRI Syariah Samarinda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi, kemudian variabel karakteristik pekerjaan secara langsung berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi. Variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Kepememimpinan, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh  Daya Tarik Wisata, Citra Destinasi dan Sarana Wisata tehadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 80 responden wisatawan luar kota Samarinda sebagai sampel secara acak dan sederhana, analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dan diolah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Variabel Daya Tarik Wisata dan Citra Destinasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan, sedangkan variabel Sarana Wisata tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Citra Niaga Samarinda.

Abstract

In this study involving consumers PT Samator Gas Industri Samarinda Seberang. In this study, a sample of 120 respondents was used to see customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Customer value had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Customer trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Customer value had a significant positive effect on loyalty, Customer trust had a significant positive effect on loyalty, Satisfaction had a non-significant positive effect on loyalty on PT Samator Gas Samarinda Industry Opposite.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis kesenjangan antara kinerja dan harapan pada Rumah sakit  di samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan  Important performance Analysis (IPA). Unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung  dari 5(lima)  rumah sakit umum yang ada di samarinda yaitu Rumah sakit dirgahayu, Rumah sakit Samarinda Medica Citra (SMC), Rumah sakit H. Darjad,  Rumah sakit Rumah sakit AW syahranie dan RS A, Muis dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 orang untuk layanan rawat jalan. Kinerja layanan dianalisis dengan  SERQUAL yang menggunakan lima dimensi yaitu keandalan, keresponsifan, empati, jaminan dan bukti fisik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa  kesesuaian antara kinerja layanan  dan harapan pelanggan  rumaj sakit di samarinda adalah sebesar pelanggan dengan tingkat kesesuaian85%, kesesuaian antara kinerja dan harapan pelanggan untuk rumah sakit umum daeah sebesar 87% dan kesesuaian kinerja dan harapan pelanggan untuk rumah sakit swasta adalah 84 %.

Abstract

Abstract :  The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Bankaltimtara's CSR Program on brand image, corporate reputation and customer loyalty at Bankaltimtara Company. The research was conducted by taking the object of Bankaltimtara customers using hundred respondents obtained from the number of bank accounts of Bankaltimtara conventional customers. As for the data analysis used by the author is using statistical test tools, namely the Structural Equation Model (SEM) test with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis, which runs through the PLS program. Data analysis through Partial Least Square (PLS) was carried out in two stages, namely: First, assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assessing the inner model or structural model. The results of the assessment indicate that there is a significant influence between Bankaltimtara's CSR Programs on Bankaltimtara's brand image and corporate reputation, but it has no effect on Bankaltimtara's customer loyalty. Meanwhile, for Bankaltimtara brand image, it has a significant effect on Bankaltimtara's corporate reputation and customer loyalty. So CSR Program should be developed in line with the development of product due to customer’s need in order to meet customer loyalty. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Program CSR Bankaltimtara terhadap brand image, corporate reputation serta customer loyalty pada Perusahaan Bankaltimtara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil obyek nasabah Bankaltimtara dengan menggunakan 100 responden dari jumlah akun rekening nasabah Bankaltimtara konvensional. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah  menggunakan alat uji statistik yaitu dengan uji Model Persamaan Struktural Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode alternatif partial least square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0..  Analisis data melalui Partial Least Square (PLS) dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu : Pertama, Menilai outer model  atau model pengukuran. Kedua, menilai inner model atau model struktural. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Program CSR Bankaltimtara terhadap brand image dan corporate reputation Bankaltimtara, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty Bankaltimtara.  Sedangkan untuk brand image Bankaltimtara, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap corporate reputation dan customer loyalty Bankaltimtara. Abstract

Internal Marketing is the important aspect at the organization to measure business performance. The job of internal marketing is to recruit, train and motivate employees who can serve customers well. Without being actively promoted, internal marketing can have a negative impact on service quality, which can lead to decreased customer satisfaction and profitability. This study is focused on the services division especially in port division Bontang Coal Terminal PT IMM. Researchers took research data through a Google Form questionnaire. There are 84 respondents were recorded as filling in the questionnaire to test all the hypotheses. There are 7 indicators used to assess internal marketing. The data analysis used PASW Statistics 18 to test the level of validity and reliability, to test the results of the hypothesis, the researcher used SEM PLS to determine the relationship between variables. The findings of this study are that the Rewards and Motivation, Communication, Development, Support System, Employee Selection, Employee Recruitment, and Healthy Work Environment have positive significant on Internal Marketing

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Hedonic Value and Utilitarian Value on Brand Trust and loyalty on shoe products. This research will be conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who use shoe products. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis techniques with path analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the hedonic value has a significant positive effect on brand trust. Utilitarian values do not have a significant influence on brand trust. Brand trust has a significant positive effect on Loyalty.
