Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Islamic educational thoughts contained in the contemplative will of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid's new experiential period. The research method employed is literature analysis with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through literature studies and documentation related to the contemplative will. Data analysis was conducted by detailing the Islamic educational thoughts expressed in the will. The results of the research indicate that TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid emphasizes the importance of Islamic education in shaping individual character, morality, and societal life. His thoughts also reflect the role of education in addressing the challenges of the times and fostering harmony between religion and science. The data analysis method involves identifying key concepts, interpreting meanings, and synthesizing the Islamic educational thoughts of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid. The implications of this research provide a deeper understanding of the values of Islamic education contained in the contemplative will, serving as a foundation for the development of curricula and practices in Islamic education that are more relevant to contemporary needs. In conclusion, the Islamic educational thoughts of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid in the contemplative will of the new experiential period contribute valuable insights to the development of holistic Islamic education in line with the demands of the times.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the transformative education curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin Nahdlatul Wathan (NW) in Anjani and provide insights into its implementation and impact under the leadership of Ummuna Hajjah Siti Raihanun Zainuddin Abdul Madjid and Maulana Syaikh II. This research is essential as it delves into the transformative education curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW in Anjani. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was gathered through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. It provides a systematic analysis of the curriculum's role. The findings reveal the positive outcomes, such as improved access to education, equal distribution of opportunities, and societal transformation, aligning with the broader vision of Nahdlatul Wathan. This research contributes to the understanding of transformative education and offers methodological insights for studying similar phenomena, emphasizing the crucial role of educational institutions in shaping societies and realizing organizational goals.

Abstract

Dalam mendukung Pendidikan Nasional, dibutuhkan guru profesional yang menguasai kompetensi, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Oleh karena itu, guru harus memiliki motivasi yang tinggi, giat dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan menjadikan pengalaman mengajar sebagai guru yang terbaik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan motivasi, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap profesionalisme guru MI di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dan profesionalisme guru MI di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,022 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,047 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari 0,05. 2) Terdapat hubungan antara pelatihan dan profesionalisme guru MI di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,298 dan probabilitas 0,024 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari 0,05. 3) Terdapat hubungan antara pengalaman mengajar dan profesionalisme guru MI di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,586 dan probabilitas 0,012 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari 0,05. 4) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi, pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar dengan profesionalisme guru MI di Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat, dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel (X1) sebesar 0.154, variabel (X2) sebesar 0.772 dan variabel (X3) sebesar 0.30. Karena nilai ketiga variabel independen lebih dari nilai 0.05 dengan angka koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0.204. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Pelatihan, Pengaaman Mengajar, Professionalisme

Abstract

Sufism, a significant aspect of Muslim life, emphasizes spiritual development and the individual's connection with God. TGKH. Muhammad Zinuddin Abdul Madjid's book "Wasiat Renungan Masa" stands as a valuable legacy, guiding individuals in exploring life's meaning and religious teachings. Despite this, research on the actualization of Sufi values from the book in an educational context remains limited. This study analyzes how these values are realized in Madrasah Aliyah Mu'alimin NW Anjani. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data is gathered through interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The study identifies and analyzes key themes related to Sufi values in "Wasiat Renungan Masa." Results show that the actualization involves Sufi-based education, providing spiritual enlightenment and character strengthening. Methods include indoctrination, reflection, application, education, and awareness. Factors influencing actualization include supportive infrastructure, teacher understanding, and curriculum integration. Leadership, parental involvement, and community participation reinforce Sufi teachings. Conversely, constraints include facility limitations, teacher understanding, curriculum depth, financial constraints, and low student participation.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter telah ada sejak pendidikan itu lahir namun fakta sekarang ini kemerosotan moral menjadi permasalahan bahkan diseluruh belahan dunia. Adapun Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin mendidik karakter salah satunya melalui tradisi berdoanya yang khas yang terus menerus diwariskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui tradisi berdoa dan nilai-nilai karakter dalam tradisi berdoa.  Metode penelitian ini jenis kualitatif metode studi kasus, perolehan data melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan prinsip Miles dan Huberman yaitu data collection, data display, data condensation, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) pendidikan karakter melalui tradisi berdoa di Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin Nahdlatul Wathan dengan penggunaan buku doa khusus susunan Maulanassyaikh, pelaksanaan berdoa dikaitkan dengan program, penggunaan teknis dalam berdoa, pelaksanaan doa berjamaah dan doa mandiri, serta memberikan bimbingan dzikir dan doa terhadap peserta didik. (2) terdapat 12 nilai karkater dalam tradisi berdoa di pondok pesantren syaikh zainuddin yaitu: Religius, jujur, disiplin, kerja keras, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, gemar membaca, dan tanggung jawab. Adapun yang paling dominan dari 12 nilai karakter tersebut adalah nilai religius.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic education perspective of Hasan Muhammad Al-Syarqawi in his book titled 'Nahwa Tarbiyah Islamiyah.' The research method employed is descriptive research with a literature research approach (library research). Data collection involves the analysis of various primary and secondary data relevant to the research theme. The six main characteristics found in Al-Syarqawi's work, namely Manhaj Mutawazin, Fithriyah, Syamil, Waqi`i, Robbaniy, and Manhaj I’jabiy, are the focus of the analysis. As a transformative integrative thinker, Al-Syarqawi has generated innovative concepts in the field of education. These concepts are not only present in his works but have also been successfully applied in both formal and non-formal education contexts. The research results provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions in shaping the character of students through the application of Al-Syarqawi's concepts. The study also identifies that the approach revealed in his book can help Islamic educational institutions become effective in molding the character of students. The implications of this research are that the Islamic education concepts proposed by Al-Syarqawi can serve as a foundation for the development of holistic and functional Islamic education. This supports the formation of a spiritually resilient generation with good intellectual intelligence. The conclusion of this research makes a significant contribution to further development in the field of Islamic education oriented towards character formation and the development of students' potential.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the concepts of Islamic educational philosophy contained in the work "Testament of New Experience Reflection" by TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid. In this study, the author conducts a profound analysis of the content of the work, identifying the values, principles, and concepts of Islamic education that can be found in the text. The research also explores the historical and cultural context in which the work was written and the relevance of the concepts found in the work to contemporary Islamic education. This research employs a philosophical approach and critical analysis to understand and evaluate the thinking of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid in the context of Islamic education. The results of this research can provide profound insights into the philosophy of Islamic education within the work and the contributions of the thinker to Islamic educational thought. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of Islamic education, moral values, ethics, educational goals, and methods within the context of Islam, as well as the relevance of the ideas of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid to contemporary Islamic education. Furthermore, this research serves as a foundation for further studies on Islamic educational thought in Indonesia.

Abstract

The School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) plays a crucial role in Indonesian education, including at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Yusuf Abdussatar in Kediri, West Lombok. This research explores the management of BOS to enhance extracurricular activities in the mentioned Madrasah. Qualitative methods were employed, utilizing data collection through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. The results indicate the effectiveness of BOS management through the RAPBM involving school principals, committees, and teachers. Extracurricular activities such as KKsQ, Scouting, and others are supervised and meet system standards. In conclusion, BOS management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Yusuf Abdussatar in Kediri effectively supports extracurricular activities, highlighting the crucial role of teachers as mentors. The implication is that an effective BOS management model can be applied in other schools to enhance extracurricular activities, strengthening the role of teachers in student mentoring beyond the regular curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of peer-to-peer supervision in developing teacher competencies at SMPN 17 Mataram and MTSN 3 Mataram. This research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that peer-to-peer supervision is effective in developing various teacher competencies, such as collaboration, communication, pedagogical knowledge, and technology integration. The positive outcomes include improved teacher competencies, conducive learning environments, and increased teacher comfort in facing evaluations. However, challenges include the lack of objectivity in assessments, suboptimal follow-up after supervision, and absence of an official schedule, affecting effectiveness. The implications emphasize the importance of implementing peer-to-peer supervision to enhance the quality of education in secondary schools. Future research could focus on addressing challenges and further exploring the impact of peer-to-peer supervision.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the strategic management of the school principal in building a religious culture at SDN 3 Lenek. The background is the importance of strengthening religious values in the educational environment, especially at the primary level, to foster strong character in students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a single case study. Data collection techniques are conducted through participatory observation, interviews with the principal, teachers, and parents of students, as well as document analysis. Data are analyzed inductively through the process of reduction, display, and verification. The results show that the school principal employs various management strategies, including establishing the school's vision and mission, actively involving stakeholders, developing religious programs, and implementing religious values in daily activities. This creates a learning environment that promotes religious values and strengthens the school's identity. The implications of this research underscore the importance of the principal's role in shaping a religious culture in primary schools, as well as the need for support from all relevant parties.
