Abstract

Although Lombok of West Nusa Tenggara has gained good international reputation for its halal tourism (2015-2018), tourism in the region is not without obstacles. The Sasak-Lombok community, for instance, still refuses the concept of halal tourism because it is likely to cause harm to conventional tourism. This article will examine potentials, challenges, and the role of Islamic education in halal tourism in Lombok. It uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, where data collection is obtained from focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and media reporting. Meanwhile, data validity testing is done with triangulation technique. After a profound analysis, this research found that: (1) the potentials for halal tourism in Lombok are made of its natural beauty, cultural distinctiveness, and tradition of the local community predominated by Muslims; (2) the challenges of halal tourism in Lombok include two things: a) conceptual challenges that deal with the absence of terms representing the desires of all parties, and b) practical challenges that deal with economic, environmental, social, and cultural matters; (3) Islamic education?as a value, activity, or institution?plays an important role in disseminating representative concepts for halal tourism acceptable to all parties, i.e. the local community, tourism actors, and government. This acceptance is one of the keys to the successful development of halal tourism in Lombok.

Abstract

Contemporary century humans live in the chaotic ecstasy of communication, along with the disappearance of private space. Public space is no longer a spectacle and private space is no longer a secret. The difference between the inside and the outside is erased along with the ambiguous boundary between public space and private space. The most intimate life, now a life support for virtual media. The media that support contemporary human life today have an impact on simulacra that influences the mind as if the virtual world of the media is real without presenting original reality essentially and fnally simulacra can control humans by trapping them to believe that simulation is real and also to make humans dependent on simulation and can’t live without it. The world like this is a concept introduced by Jean Baudrillard which represents no longer the boundary between the real and the false, so that it impacts on the collapse of human social lifebecause it is no longer able to socialize due to the media. Human life will be divided into individuals who carry out activities that they unwittingly distance from each other, and result in a lack of close relations between the people directly. So at that time human social life experienced a collapse caused by the era of media communication simulcra.

Abstract

Religiousness is the knowledge level, belief, realization and full of comprehension of a person for the religion teachings which he believes, or an attitude of surrender to an existing strength outside of himself embodied in the activities and individual behavior in everyday life which include five dimensions: religious beliefs, worship, religion practice, religious knowledge, full of comprehension, and religious practice. The main problems in this research are: How is the understanding of Islam in the community of DasanCermen Village, Sandubaya Sub-district, Mataram City? How is practice of the teachings of Islam in the community of DasanCermen Village, Sandubaya Sub-District, Mataram City? What do factors influence people’s spirit in building DarulHidayah mosque in DasanCermen village, Sandubaya Sub-district, Mataram City? The purpose of this research is to analyze the religiousness level of Dasan Cermen community and solidarity to build a mosque by using the sociology theory of Emile Durkheim. The type of this research was field study (field research) and the method used was qualitative data analysis that is analytic descriptive. This research also used phenomenology approach which included: daily activities of society, talks directly or indirectly, forms of religious activity, and intensity of society in the utilization of mosques. From the study conducted, this research found that the factors which encourage the DasanCermen community to build a mosque is a factor of ideology of rewardfrom Allah, a good collective solidarity passed down through the rural society, written rules and on the demands of sodakoh of road users who are so enthusiastic for the establishment of Darul Hidayah mosque. In addition, the DasanCermen community already has a mechanical solidarity to ideology in building a mosque. Although DasanCermen community is urban society, solidarity in building mosque is seen from the ideology of their religious understanding. This ideology also evolved as their mechanical solidarity as a rule which has been passed down from its predecessors, because the people still have a solid communal life in which the citizens have same interests and same awareness.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan persepsi guru terhadap kinerja profesionalnya yang berkaitan dengan kualitas kerja, tanggung jawab, kolaborasi, dan inisiatif. Hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial (manajemen) dan supervisi (pengawasan) sangat mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Untuk mengawasi, mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru diperlukan adanya supervise kepala sekolah.Penelitian ini dalam tesis ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan model Interaktif mengemukakan bahwa aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya jenuh. Aktivitas dalam analisis meliputi reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) serta Penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification), Sehingga peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menuliskan, mengedit, mengklasifikasikan, mereduksi, menyajikan dan mendeskripsikan mengenai implementasi kompetensi manajerial melalui supervisi Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 4 Praya dari perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi dan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru SMAN 4 Praya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah cukup maksimal dengan adanya pelaksanaan rapat untuk menentukan jadwal supervisi bagi guru SMAN 4 Praya. Implementasi kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana dan ketentuan yang ada, Kepala sekolah melakukan pengamatan yang teliti, dengan menggunakan instrumen tertentu. Selain itu juga, langsung mewawancarai guru yang bersangkutan secara langsung agar lebih jelas permasalahannya. Evaluasi kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah dengan mengadakan percakapan individual untuk memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan dan kekurangan-kekurangan yang sering dialami oleh seorang guru. Secara umum dilaksanakan rapat guru untuk mengevaluasi hasil dari pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah. Dampak implementasi kompetensi supervisi Kepala sekolah yang sangat memuaskan khususnya kinerja guru yang lebih baik dibandingkan sebelumnya, seperti persiapan dalam mengajar (perangkat pembelajaran), keaktifan guru dalam menjalankan tugas, semua ini terbangun sehingga terciptalah perhatiannya, kedisiplinannya, kepeduliannya guru, dan keharmonisan keluarga SMAN 4 Praya terjaga dengan baik. Dampak tersebut juga merupakan diantara salah satu faktor sebagai penunjang untuk tercapainya tujuan pendidikan di SMAN 4 Praya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu strategi yang tepat dalam membangun sumber daya manusia di era otonomi pendidikan yaitu melalui Strategy Knowledge Sharing Management. Pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan tantangan yang di hadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini, penerapan strategi yang tepat merupakan langkah lembaga pendidikan dalam membangun sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus di SMA Negeri 4 Praya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Penerapan Strategy Knowledge Sharing Management meliputi kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan, program pelatihan berkelanjutan, pengawasan kepala sekolah, pemberian reward dan punishment serta membangun jaringan dan kemitraan 2) Pemberdayaan terhadap sumber daya manusia meliputi pemberdayaan terhadap kepala sekolah, pemberdayaan terhadap guru, pemberdayaan terhadap staf sekolah, pemberdayaan terhadap siswa dan pemberdayaan terhadap orang tua/wali siswa 3) Hasil penerapan Strategy Knowledge Sharing Management dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di SMA Negeri 4 Praya yaitu : a) Meningkatnya Kolaborasi dan Inovasi, b) Meningkatnya Keterampilan dan Pengetahuan, c) Meningkatnya Efisiensi dan Efektivitas, d) Meningkatnya Pemecahan Masalah, dan e) Meningkatnya Kualitas Pembelajaran Siswa.

Abstract

This research attempts to identify the main challenges faced by preachers in multicultural environments, with a focus on how social, economic, political, and cultural factors influence the practice of dawah (Islamic preaching). The study also analyzes the role of technology and social media in disseminating dawah messages within the increasingly complex context of multiculturalism. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach involving literature review and descriptive-qualitative data analysis. The findings reveal that the primary challenge in multicultural dawah is a deep understanding of diverse cultures and values. Preachers need strong communication skills and sensitivity to differences to achieve effectiveness in delivering religious messages. Furthermore, the use of technology and social media can be valuable tools in overcoming multicultural barriers by creating more open and inclusive spaces for dialogue. This research contributes to a better understanding of how multiculturalism impacts dawah practices and highlights the importance of a sociological approach in comprehending the social dynamics related to religion and culture in multicultural societies. With a better understanding of these challenges, preachers can be more effective in spreading their religious messages in increasingly diverse environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan konseptual, hubungan interpersonal dan tantangan lingkungan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah Aliyah Di Desa Bunut Baok Tahun 2024 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling non probability sampling atau sampel total dengan jumlah sampel 59 orang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F menggunakan SPSS Statistics versi 30.0.0.0 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara parsial pengaruh keterampilan konseptual (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan (Y), hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 5,175 > 2,000995, dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Hubungan interpersonal (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan (Y), hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar -0,921 < 2,000995 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,361 > 0,05. Tantangan lingkungan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan (Y), hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,023 > 2,000995 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,048 < 0,05. Secara simultan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,927. Hasil tersebut menjelaskan besarnya kontribusi dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen (Y) yang disertakan dalam persamaan regresi terhadap variabel perilaku kepemimpinan (Y) adalah sebesar 92,7% sedangkan 7,3% lainnya disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam penelitian ini. Implikasi teoritik dalam penelitian ini menguatkan konsep bahwa kepemimpinan di lingkungan pendidikan memerlukan keseimbangan antara kerampilan konseptual konseptual, hubungan interpersonal interpersonal, dan respons terhadap tantangan lingkungan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang efektif.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to find out the art and management of Ustadz Syam's da'wah in the TikTok account from the analysis of the sociology of da'wah.Method - This research uses a netnographic approach that focuses on the art and sociology of da'wah Ustadz Syam on the TikTok account.Result - The results showed that religious authority is not only controlled by traditional da'i who have a scientific base in pesantren, but now new authority is born from those Da'is who are close to new media, content, packaging, fashion, and social media platforms to preach.Implication - The da'wah movement that needs to be carried out in the future should adapt to the dynamics of the times and in accordance with the needs of the wider community..Originality - This research is related to the application of da'wah in TikTok, Ustadz Syam presents a new authority as a challenge to the old Da'i who need to care about popular media platforms.***Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seni dan manajemen dakwah Ustadz Syam di akun TikTok dari analisis sosiologi dakwah.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan netnografi yang berfokus pada seni dan sosiologi dakwah Ustadz Syam di akun TikTok.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa otoritas keagamaan tidak hanya dikuasai oleh da'i tradisional yang memiliki basis keilmuan di pesantren, namun kini otoritas baru lahir dari para da'i yang dekat dengan media baru, konten, kemasan, fashion, dan platform media sosial untuk berdakwah.Implikasi - Gerakan dakwah yang perlu dilakukan di masa depan harus menyesuaikan dengan dinamika zaman dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat luas.Orisinalitas - Penelitian ini terkait dengan penerapan dakwah di TikTok, Ustadz Syam menghadirkan otoritas baru sebagai tantangan bagi para Da'i lama yang perlu peduli dengan platform media populer.
