Abstract

Gingivitis is a common inflammatory disease of the gums, which is a condition where bacteria develop in the mouth that causes damage to the connective tissue cells that are attached to the teeth. Lack of awareness in caring for teeth will have a negative impact not only on dental health but also on the health of the body. At present many people do not know how to accurately identify gingivitis in humans so that the condition is worsened and can even cause the paralysis of the existing connective tissue. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in identifying gingivitis by using the Certainty Factor method precisely and accurately. The data processed in this study are fifty data sourced from expert interviews at Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic, Padang Indonesia. There are several types Symptoms refer to gingivitis in humans. The data is obtained from the results of medical records of patients who carry out examinations in the clinic. The data will be processed to identify the type of gingivitis based on the direction of the expert. The processing steps are solving rules, determining the weight value of each symptom and calculating the Certainty Factor value. The results of the processing were continued by calculating the level of accuracy. The results of the testing of this method were that 96% of them had gingivitis, the type most often suffered by marginal gingivitis patients. Based on the signs entered by the user. The results of this test have been able to specifically identify gingivitis, using the Certainty Factor method, the results of the accuracy level obtained are quite accurate and can be recommended to help dentists improve their accuracy in identifying gingivitis in humans.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai dalam memudahkan pihak sekolah dan tim manajemen dalam menentukan guru terbaik dengan mengimplementasikan metode Technigue For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS ) untuk menggali kreatifiatas kerja dan meningkatkan kualitas kerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai. Masalah yang ditemui pada penelitian ini adalah sulitnya mengambil keputusan dalam pemilihan guru terbaik, informasi yang dihasilkan dalam penentuan pemilihan guru terbaik tidak efektif dan efisien dan proses penilaian pemilihan guru terbaik masih belum terkomputerisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Technigue For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk penilaian berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria dan sistem yang akan dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MYSQL sebagai basis data. Hasil yang diinginkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan perangkingan guru terbaik berdasarkan hasil perhitungan metode TOPSIS.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan Guru Terbaik, TOPSIS,WEB

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pemilik Kadai Kopi Lasi dalam mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan guna meningkatkan daya saing ditengah perkembangan cafe coffe dimasa sekarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Algoritma C4.5. Tahapan dalam sistem kepuasan dengan metode algoritma C4.5 yaitu pengambilan data pelanggan dan data atribut dari kuisioner, perhitungan nilai entropy dan gain, serta hasil kepuasan. Demi keberlangsungan dari usaha tersebut, perlu ditinjau hal-hal apa yang membuat konsumen puas dan tidak puas. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis metode sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala linker yang terdiri dari 4 (Puas), 3 (Cukup Puas), 2 (Tidak Puas) dan 1  (Sangat Tidak Puas). Proses uji penelitian ini menggunakan software RapidMinner untuk membuat pohon keputusan. Dari hasil analisis diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja Kadai Kopi Lasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan Kadai Kopi Lasi agar menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Pelanggan, Data Mining, Algoritma C4.5

Abstract

Bell’s Palsy is paralysis of the facial muscles that causes one side of the face which causes one side of the face to sag. In Indonesia, there are many cases of bell's palsy but it is definitely difficult to determine. In this case, there was a case of bell's palsy in Indonesia of 19.55%, from all the most frequent cases of neuropathy that were found in the age of 20-50 years, and the incidence increased with increasing age after 60 years. About 60-85% of sufferers can recover completely within 3 weeks and only 15% require 3 months. But there are 30% of those who have a lifetime disability due to the patient not getting better for 4 months. Therefore an expert system was designed to diagnose bells palsy. The method used in the expert system is the Tsukamoto Method. The Tsukamoto method is a development of the Mamdani and Sugeno methods which use control and are also used by humans instead of machines. Fuzzy Tsukamoto is one method that is very flexible and has a tolerance for existing data. This expert system can provide solutions and ways to prevent bell's palsy with the diagnosis process carried out efficiently and save time in helping the general public in the prevention that occurs. This web-based expert system application was built with the PHP programming language and MySQL data storage

Abstract

Proficiency in English is not a barrier for the Millennial Generation today. Sophisticated technology can also help increase proficiency in English. However, there are still many who do not use this technology to support English proficiency. Apart from not using technology, the millennial generation is also lacking in practicing English in everyday life. There are several factors that can predict the potential for increasing proficiency in English, namely Reading (C1), Practice (C2), Pronunciation (C3), Environment (C4), Technology (C5), English Club (C6), and Listening (C7). These factors become parameters in solving problems that occur. These parameters are used in the Data Mining method, namely Classification C4.5 or what is often called the C4.5 Algorithm. This study aims to determine the potential for increasing proficiency in English. The data processed in this study were 90 respondents from the results of the questionnaire data distributed. The software used in the processing is WEKA 3.8.6 Software. The processing steps are to calculate the Entropy value and Gain value of each attribute, form the root node (node) based on the highest gain value and form a decision tree. The results of the discussion on the Weka 3.8.6 software, the data accuracy rate is 90 % or 81 data and the error rate is around 10 % or 9 Data. From the data of 90 respondents, the factors that influence the potential for increasing proficiency in English are Practice (C2).

Abstract

The use of technology on computer devices in the teaching and learning process as a job support plays a very important role in an organization or school. The main function of this technological device is to increase efficiency in learning. Based on the above, Metamedia University lecturers helped find solutions to the above problems by holding community service activities, namely with the theme of using Video Scribe Sparkol as a medium for making assignments and training for SMA 3 Muhammadiyah Padang students. The purpose of this activity is for teachers to be able to make training materials for students, in order to make teaching more interesting, so that students' motivation increases and is able to eliminate boredom and train students' thinking levels from simple thinking to complex thinking. The method used in this training is in the form of lectures, training materials and questions and answers about the use of Scribe Sparkol's video features. The result of this training activity is that it can help students at SMA 3 Muhammadiyah in dealing with increasingly advanced technological developments, especially in maximizing the use of the features contained in the Scribe Sparkol video.

Abstract

Salah satu aplikasi yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem informasi untuk memudahkan aktivitas sivitas akademika adalah Chatbot. Universitas Metamedia telah menggunakan teknologi informasi ini dengan nama MechatBot. MechatBot merupakan fitur pertama yang dicari pengguna ketika mengalami kendala dan membutuhkan informasi cepat ketika bagian administrasi perkantoran tidak memiliki jam layanan. Sebelumnya, seluruh layanan dilakukan secara offline atau melalui layanan informasi yang memiliki jam operasional. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi MechatBot untuk membantu menjawab pertanyaan mengenai penggunaan aplikasi pada sistem informasi akademik. MechatBot ini menggunakan teknologi web dan algoritma bigram sebagai algoritma pencocokan pola kalimat dan metode forward chaining sebagai metode penalarannya. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode prototyping dan pengujian aplikasi dengan metode Black Box. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi MechatBot yang dapat membantu pengguna menjawab pertanyaan seputar informasi akademik dengan cepat tanpa menunggu layanan kampus dapat beroperasi kembali.

Abstract

The development of information system technology is growing rapidly so that it has an impact on trends that have emerged from the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. Higher education, one of which is an organization that contributes to educational activities in Indonesia, must be able to adapt to a number of emerging trends, including the trend of Society 5.0. Education which has also penetrated into the Jabal Nur Mosque environment in Padang City SPN needs to understand the roles and strategies that need to be assisted by the Higher Education in dealing with the era of society 5.0, by providing studies on the concepts and processes of society 5.0. Abstract

The use of information technology in the agricultural sector is increasingly important to increase productivity and collaboration between farmers. This training explores the use of the E-Sawit Kita application as a learning medium and means of creating actual information for palm oil farmers. This training provides educational material related to best cultivation practices, land management and relevant market information. In addition, this research also involves intensive training for farmers in using the application, with the aim of increasing their understanding and skills in utilizing this technology. With interactive features, E-Sawit Kita allows farmers to share experiences, challenges and solutions, which in turn strengthens the collaborative network between them. The method used in this training is in the form of lectures, training material and questions and answers about using the E-Sawit Kita application. The research results show that E-Sawit Kita, through the training it provides, not only increases farmers' knowledge and skills, but also strengthens community solidarity through continuous exchange of information. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of similar applications to support sustainable agriculture in Indonesia.

Abstract

Analisis kepuasan mahasiswa merupakan suatu aktifitas yang memuat sejumlah kegiatan seperti mengurai, membedakan, memilah bagaimana tingkat rasa puas yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa dari penggunaan suatu produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan dengan yang sudah diterima atau dirasakan oleh mahasiswa tersebut. Aplikasi E-Task merupakan suatu bentuk teknologi informasi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di bidang pendidikan dalam bentuk penugasan mahasiswa secara elektronik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan karena aplikasi E-Task belum bisa digunakan dengan baik oleh semua mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi dan masih adanya kesulitan saat mengaksesnya. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa yang sudah menggunakan aplikasi E-Task sebagai media dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Servqual (Service Quality). Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan kepuasan konsumen, dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa diperguruan tinggi. Dimensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi E-Task, yang diproses dengan menggunakan metode Servqual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi E-Task yang dapat diterapkan dan digunakan oleh semua mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi dan sebagai penunjang meningkatkan prestasi akademik dari semua mahasiswa.
