Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction. 2) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. 3) the influence of service differentiation on customer satisfaction. 4) the effect of price on customer loyalty. 5) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. 6) the influence of service differentiation on customer loyalty. 7) the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 8) indirect effect of price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 9) indirect effect of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 10) the indirect effect of service differentiation on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The number of subjects for UD. Sumber Roso customers is 840 customers/consumers. In sampling, the sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with a significance level of 0.01 so that the sample is determined to be 98 customers/consumers. In this research, the writer uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS program. V. 26.0. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: 1) price has no effect on customer satisfaction; 2) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) service differentiation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 4) price has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 6) service differentiation has no effect on customer loyalty; 7) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 8) price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable; 9) product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable; 10) service differentiation has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) The partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; 2) The partial effect of product quality on customer satisfaction; 3) The partial effect of price on customer satisfaction; 4) The simultaneous effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction. The population in this study consists of all customers of Ahsan Jaya Building Store. Sample determination using non-probability sampling techniques with the Slovin formula yielded 60 respondents, and data distribution was conducted using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted partially using the t-test, while simultaneous hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test. The research results indicate: 1) Service quality partially influences customer satisfaction; 2) Product quality partially influences customer satisfaction; 3) Price partially influences customer satisfaction; 4) Service quality, product quality, and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Leaflet merupakan salah satu bentuk promosi yang sangat diperlukan dalam bidang pariwisata. Cara promosi ini di pandang perlu dilakukan agar kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara menuju objek-objek pariwisata khususnya dipokdarwis pulorejo bisa meningkat.metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan cara memberikan arahan teknis serta mendampingi dalam pembuatan leaflet. Untuk icon destinasi yang di angkat di kelurahan pulorejo adalah kampung buah , kampung kelor, kampung cor, kesenian budaya bantengan , yang kemudian di ambil dokumntasi dan di olah untuk pembuatan leaflet ddengan aplikasi canva.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously on improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach, involving the participation of 30 teachers. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that leadership style, compensation, motivation and work environment simultaneously or partially influence teacher performance improvement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda, Sumbertanggul, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. With an adjusted R-square value of 0.766, it shows that 76.6% of the variation in teacher performance improvement can be explained by these factors and 23.4% is influenced by factors outside the scope of the research. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Leadership style has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 2) Compensation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 3) Motivation has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 4) The work environment has a partially significant effect on improving teacher performance. 5) Leadership Style, Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Sumbersari Hamlet, Mojojajar Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency, with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants to boost their economy. Community service activities last for 3 months and use counseling and mentoring methods. Counseling is carried out by providing material about the cultivation of grass jelly plants, including planting, maintenance and harvesting techniques to converting them into economically valuable products such as grass jelly ice and organic fertilizer from grass jelly waste. Mentoring is carried out by helping the community apply the material that has been presented in the counseling. The results of community service show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills in cultivating grass jelly plants after participating in counseling and mentoring. This is proven by the increasing number of participants who succeeded in harvesting grass jelly and their harvests. This increase also has a positive impact on the economy of the people of Sumbersari Hamlet, as can be seen from the increase in their average monthly income. The success of this community service shows that grass jelly cultivation can be a promising business alternative to improve the economy of rural communities. This community service program can be replicated in other areas with similar conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the variables affecting the productivity of employees at CV. Ulur Wiji Muda Berdaya Mojokerto, whether partially, simultaneously, or dominantly. The study uses a quantitative approach. The research method employed is a survey method, with a questionnaire as the data collection tool and a sampling technique called saturated sampling. The effects of workload, job training, and independence also influence and determine the effectiveness of their impact on productivity. This is consistent with the respondent's research in this study, which indicates that workload plays a crucial role in employee productivity at CV. Ulur Wiji through several indicators and is stated to have a positive effect on increasing employee productivity. In the job training process at CV. Ulur Wiji, the variable values positively influence the increase in employee productivity through several indicators. The impact of employee independence at CV. Ulur Wiji shows that the variable values positively influence the increase in employee productivity through several indicators.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of agile leadership and employee engagement on performance within a hybrid workforce, specifically focusing on freelance workers on the Upwork platform. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 50 freelancers through online questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS for path analysis. The findings reveal significant positive relationships: agile leadership positively influences the effectiveness of the hybrid work model, which in turn enhances performance. Additionally, employee engagement was found to significantly impact performance through its contribution to the hybrid work model's effectiveness. These results underscore the importance of agile leadership and employee engagement in optimizing performance in hybrid work settings. The study provides valuable insights for organizations aiming to foster a productive and collaborative environment among freelance workers, highlighting the need for leaders to adapt their practices to meet the unique challenges of the hybrid workforce.

Abstract

Limited business and management skills hinder family economic development in Mojogebang Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to enhance the economic capacity of housewives through training in traditional herbal medicine (jamu) production and marketing using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Capacity Building approaches. The program was conducted from November 18 to December 23, 2024, involving 100 out of 987 local housewives. The training covered jamu production techniques, business management, and digital marketing strategies to expand market access. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' skills, increased marketing networks, and the sustainability of jamu-based businesses. This study highlights the effectiveness of locally tailored training in enhancing small business competitiveness and empowering women economically. The findings have implications for community-based economic development policies and heritage-based business strategies in the digital era.ABSTRAKKeterbatasan keterampilan bisnis dan manajemen usaha menghambat pengembangan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Mojogebang, Kecamatan Kemlagi, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan produksi dan pemasaran jamu tradisional dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dan Capacity Building. Program ini berlangsung dari 18 November hingga 23 Desember 2024, melibatkan 100 peserta dari 987 ibu rumah tangga setempat. Pelatihan mencakup praktik pembuatan jamu, manajemen usaha, serta strategi pemasaran digital untuk memperluas akses pasar. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan peserta, pertumbuhan jaringan pemasaran, dan keberlanjutan usaha berbasis jamu. Studi ini menyoroti efektivitas pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan lokal dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan memberdayakan perempuan secara ekonomi. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada kebijakan pengembangan ekonomi komunitas dan strategi bisnis berbasis warisan budaya di era digital.

Abstract

The education currently being implemented is considered incapable of forming a national identity, especially amidst changes in life values that occur as a result of the transformation process. Education is often trapped in the pursuit of academic achievement alone, so that the formation of strong character in the younger generation is given less attention. This community service activity aims to instill character in students to know and carry out activities that can increase the economic resilience of the family and school as well as teach how to use time to strengthen the family and school economy. The methods used are lectures and demonstrations at SDN. Balongsari 1 Mojokerto City. The findings from this activity are that hydroponic activities not only increase children's understanding of modern agriculture, but also build entrepreneurial values, responsibility and cooperation. Children learn to plan, execute, and evaluate hydroponic ventures which contributes to their managerial skills. In addition, it provides an additional source of income for families and schools. The results of this research also conclude that the integration of hydroponic businesses in early childhood education is very effective in forming character and entrepreneurial skills that are relevant for the future.ABSTRAKPendidikan yang telah dijalankan saat ini dianggap belum mampu untuk membentuk identitas bangsa, terutama ditengah perubahan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang terjadi akibat proses transformasi. Pendidikan sering kali terjebak dalam mengejar prestasi akademik semata, sehingga pembentukan karakter yang kokoh pada generasi muda menjadi kurang diperhatikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan karakter kepada Anak Didik untuk mengenal dan melakukan kegiatan yang bisa menambah ketahanan ekonomi keluarga dan sekolah serta mengajarkan bagaimana memanfaatkan waktu untuk bisa menguatkan ekonomi keluarga dan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan demonstrasi di SDN. Balongsari 1 Kota Mojokerto. Hasil temuan dari kegiatan ini bahwa kegiatan hidroponik tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman anak tentang pertanian modern, tetapi juga membangun nilai-nilai kewirausahaan, tanggung jawab dan kerja sama. Anak-anak belajar merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi usaha hidroponik yang berkontribusi pada keterampilan manajerial mereka. Selain itu, memberikan sumber penghasilan tambahan bagi keluarga dan sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi usaha hidroponik dalam pendidikan anak usia dini sangat efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan keterampilan kewirausahaan yang relevan untuk masa depan.
