Cookie companies are demanded to improve their product quality, product quality is one of the important things. Because with a good product quality, it will deliver purchase intention; with the intention earned by customer, it will also deliver the purchase decision process. The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of product quality towards purchase intention and its impact on the purchase decision process. The method used in this research is descriptive-associative, with Path Analysis. Questionnaires were distributed to J&C Cookiesâ consumers. The findings of this research show that the product quality gives a big influence to customerâs purchase intention and gives a big and positive impact on purchase decision process of J&C Cookiesâ customers.

This study aimed to build a prospective management model of sustainable tour packages in PT. Golden Rama Express. Given the complexity and the many interrelated factors in the performance management packagetours, it is necessary to approach a holistic system. First, the method used in developing the performance management model is a sustainable package tour and, second, using prospective analysis. Determination of the attributes that reflect the sustainability performance of the tour package is based on field studies. Based on the four dimensions of sustainability, namely the dimensions before the trip, during trip, etc., and the tour leader aredetermined as much as 23 attributes. Attributes in four dimensions for each package tour Junglelicious Africa, Asia Splendid, Adventurous Australia and New Zealand, Europe Romantical and Marvelous the U.S. and Canada. After obtained the level of sustainability index values of each dimension that can be categorized into the not sustainable until very sustainable values of the index, combination of these factors forms the basis of development models.. Based on the scenario that was built and in order to achieve the ideal scenario is the recommended scenario is the optimistic scenario.

Kota Tua is just like other historical old towns in various cities in developing countries, generally preserved even put to improve simultaneously historic and economic value of sustainable revitalization program which involves all stakeholders. The historical value and the architecture of the Kota Tua Jakarta are no less attractive compred to other cities in the world. Thus, Kota Tua has become a historical mainstay tourism destination objects for Jakarta and has broad potential to bring a lot of domestic and foreign tourists. Study on this research describes the identification of direction of planning and development of landscape management in historical tourism destinations of Kota Tua Jakarta. After conducting various studies and literature, then the spatial obtained existing condition, studies the potential of historical tourism, studies history, typology and building reserves, cultural space and Setup zoning patterns, which can be used for consideration and direction for management zoning landscape historical tourism in Kota Tua Jakarta.

Non-performing loans are common problem faced by financing companies. One of the companies which is exposed to this problem is a motorcycle dealer. Object of this research is PT. AM, a motorcycle dealer of brand Yamaha. Corporate leaders realized the problem of non-performing credit, and they tried solving the problem by conducting strengthens analysis credit with the purpose to sustain the operational in the future. The methods used in this research were standard credit scoring and method of comparison exponential as decision-making to determine the sequence of alternative counsel by plural criteria. The technique of the data collection was directly face-to-face unstructured interview through. On the stage of standard credit scoring analysis, the data obtained process by giving value. Next on the stage analysis using method of comparison exponential, used the calculation of parameters and eckenrode method. The final results of this research were that good analysis management of credit can reduce the problem of non-performing loans. It is proven of 3 debtor non-performing in notes of the company was 3 debtor equal to the result predictions of this research.

The marine zone tourism is growing attracting more tourists. Pramuka Island is marine conservation area enriched with marine biodiversity in coral reefs and other natural resources. To develop this potential tourist destination, a customer-based marketing program is required to attract domestic and foreign tourists. The main vision is to understand tourist preferences for marine tourism activities and facilities. A research was conducted on Pramuka Island as a well-known marine tourism zone. The objective was to determine the key tourist preferences for marine tourism destination. Research methods utilized Cochran Q test and Conjoint analysis where the primary data were obtained from tourist respondents. The result showed that there was a tourist preference based on the five attributes considered most important, namely tourism activities, tourist attractions, types of accommodation, food and souvenirs types. This study provided marine tourism destination management with useful guidance for broader implications of the implementation of marketing programs and tourism attraction. Moreover, the results of this study consolidated the learning of a variety of academic and industrial research papers in particular for the measurement of customer preferences towards marine tourism destination.

Cane (Calamus spp), also known as rattan, is an important non-timber forest product used extensively all over Indonesia as a raw material for making furniture, handicraft, and other household articles. The study aims to generate information on production and export industry of rattan furniture, identify problems, and recommend solutions. The general problem on rattan manufacture management is human resources especially working ethos and performance of employees. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of quality management and working ethos towards working performance of the employee at a rattan exporter and industry. Analysis method used are associative and Pearson correlation. The data collected from the employee towards quality management and working ethos, by filling out the questionnaire provided by using Likert scale that is effective to analyze the composition of the agreement and disagreement towards the statement on the questionnaire. The result achieved from this research is to learn the relation between quality management of working ethos, notify the relation between quality management and working ethos with working performance, and acknowledge the influence between quality management and working ethos, and working performance. The quality management has a low relation towards working performance. Working ethos has a strong relation with working performance. Quality management and working ethos has a strong relation towards working performance employees in rattan exporter and industry.

This research purpose is to analyze the influence service quality and promotion to decision making and its impact on consumer loyalty. Method used in this research is descriptive-associative, using Pearson Correlation Path Analysis. Data gathered by distributiong questionnaire to 110 respondents in Gold’s Gym Thamrin City. From the data analysis, it is found out that the structural model is given as Y= 0,497X2 + 0,868, whereas R2 24,7% , and structural 2 Z = 0,491 X1 + 0,871 whereas R2=24,2. The service quality seems have less influence to consumer’s decision making but have stronger influence to consumer loyalty. Promotion effectively influences consumer’s decision making as much as 24,2%. Thus, service quality and promotion should be leveraged to increase sales and consumer loyalty.

The study aims to identify Creativity-relevant Personal Characteristics among creative workers in Indonesia’s creative industry. Identification of the constituent elements of the nature of the changes needs to be measured. Researchers have advocated replacing creativity-relevant personal characteristics based on the five-factor model to investigate how individual differences stimulate creativity. This study presents data supporting reliability (internal consistency) and validity (criterion and construct) of the instrument. Validity of the instrument is based on the content validity involving art and design experts. The 220 creative workers from several creative industry firms in Indonesia participated as samples in this research. Results of a factor analysis indicated a five factor solution of creative characteristics and behavior. Discussion of findings and the most important ways in which individuals differ in their enduring emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles for stimulating creativity are presented.

Ecotourism, one of the emerging tourism alternatives, is the result of the changes in the values and the habits of people. The rapidly growing ecotourism movement for mountain zone of tourism attraction, in this case just like the ecotourism in the Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak (TNGHS), West Java. Ecotourism contains area of natural tropical biodiversity conservation, wildlife nature, rainforest scenery, local community, and others various natural potentials that can be beneficial to attract domestic tourists as well as international tourists. This study refers to the mountain ecotourism destination representing extreme virtues of landscape and nature. Mountain issues have been recognized by the international community as one of the world's most vulnerable bio-geographical areas susceptible to land degradation, having variable climates, heterogeneous habitats often with the unique fauna and flora. The study aimed to develop a dynamic model to understand the dynamic relationships between economy, environment and population. In this model several scenarios are analyzed which incorporate various policies and development paths. A dynamic simulation model tries to conceptual simulate the real situation or the real world to analyze the dynamic relations between the variables in the model. The dynamic model is used to see how developments and management of tourism destination may affect the conservation area. The main goal of this study is to obtain an insight into the dynamic interactions between the main factors influencing tourism. The results indicate that tourism shows a cyclical path, that policies to conservation the mountain not only have a positive effect on tourism but also on the rest of the economy.
