Abstract

In producing salted fish, Karang Labuang fishing communities still use traditional tools, so that the results obtained are not optimal. The boiled process takes a long time, the short life of the tool used, the heat generated is not maximal, and the quality of salted fish is also not good. Color fading of salted fish also causes the decrease of salted fish price in the market. Consequently, the sales turnover has decreased by 75%. This has an impact on the economy and welfare of the local community because the sale of salted fish is their main income. To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Karang Labuang fishing community in producing salted fish, there is an idea to create a boiled tool for salted fish that have been modified, either from the raw material of the container and furnace construction used. To apply this technology in the community, the first step is a survey. In survey process, the team went to the targeted place in order to study the character of the local community, so when they are given the socialization and introduction of the tool, they do not pose questions. With this tool is expected that local communities can improve the productivity and quality of their salted fish productions. Thus, it will also affect the welfare of targeted society.Keywords : fishing communities, fish, boiled tool, economy of society.

Abstract

Evaluasi dalam pendidikan Islam, secara umumsangat berguna bagi pendidik, peserta didik, ahli fikir pendidikan Islam,politik pengambil kebijakan pendidikan Islam, untuk membantu mereka dalam membenahi sistem pengawasan dan mempertimbangkan kebijakan yang akan diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan nasional (Islam). Penelitian Kepustakaan atau Library research adalah telaah kepada beberapa referensi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan baik telaah pemikiran tokoh dan yang lainnya.evaluasi yaitu suatu proses dan tindakan yang terencana untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang kemajuan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan (peserta didik) terhadap tujuan (pendidikan), sehingga dapat disusun penilaiannya yang dapat dijadikan dasar untuk membuat keputusan. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi peserta didik, pendidik, materi pendidikan, proses penyampaian materi pelajaran, dan berbagai aspek lainnya yang berkaitan dengan materi pendidikan.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam, seorang guru harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang evaluasi hasil belajar, diantaranya adalah teknik dan langkah-langkah evaluasi hasil belajar, sehingga evalusi yang dilakukan dapat terukur. Penelitian ini lakukan untuk mengkaji apa saja Langka-Langkah dan Teknik Eveluasi Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan dengan menganalisi  beberapa buku literatur dan sebagai sumber data utama. Adapun hasil penelitianya yaitu Langkah-langkah Evaluasi Hasil Belajar yaitu, Menyusun rencana evaluasi hasil belajar, Menghimpun data, Melakukan verifikasi data, Mengolah dan menganalisis data, Memberikan interpretasi dan menarik kesimpulan, Tidak lanjut hasil evaluasi. Sedangkan Teknik Evaluasi Hasil Belajar yaitu Teknik Tes, Teknik Objektif dan Teknik Non Tes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the terminology of the Qur'an about human potential. This research is designed in the form of library research or library research that uses various library sources as a source of research data. The data studied were sourced from the Qur'an, books and research results of Muslim scholars and scholars. The data used is divided into two, primary and secondary data. Primary data includes the Qur'an which talks about the terminology of the Qur'an about human potential. Secondary data to support primary data, taken from books and relevant research results related to the focus of the study. The data analyst used the text analysis method, namely selecting key terms from the vocabulary of the Qur'an, determining the basic meaning and relational meaning and concluding and integrating these concepts into a one general concept. The results of this study are: First; The potential of Indra, mentioned in the Qur'an with three terms al-sam'u repeated 185 times, al-bashr repeated 139 times, and al-dhuq, repeated 48 times. Second, the potential of reason, etymologically, the term "aql" is mentioned in the Qur'an more than 49 words, which are collected in (dzakara), (faqiha), ('alima), (tadab bara), (tafakkur) and Ulu al -chapter. Third, the potential of the heart, the mashdar form of the root qalaba-yaqlibu-kalbuan which means turning or turning. The Qur'an uses the term heart to refer to the human heart, but the heart or heart In the Qur'an the word heart is mentioned 122 times spread over 45 letters and 112 verses, collected in the terms qalb, shadr, lubb, and fu'ād.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan sarana yang dipakai perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi terkait aset, liabilitas, ekuitas, pendapatan, beban dan arus kas. Dalam mencapai beberapa tujuan, laporan keuangan perlu untuk dianalisis agar diperoleh informasi yang dapat menjadi dasar kebijakan untuk periode mendatang, supaya diperoleh laporan keuangan yang optimal. Untuk menganalisis keoptimalan laporan keuangan digunakan model fuzzy goal programming. Fuzzy goal programming merupakan suatu metode yang menerapkan himpunan fuzzy pada goal programming. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, peneliti mencari deviasi dari setiap sasaran yang menghasilkan derajat kepuasan yang maksimal. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan model fuzzy goal programming untuk menganalisis keoptimalan laporan keuangan BCA. Model fuzzy goal programming diselesaikan dengan bantuan software Lingo 20.0. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ke enam sasaran (memaksimalkan total aset, meminimalkan total liabilitas, memaksimalkan total ekuitas, memaksimalkan total pendapatan, meminimalkan total beban, dan memaksimalkan total arus kas) telah tercapai yang berarti bahwa laporan keuangan BCA sudah optimal. Namun, keoptimalan laporan keuangan tersebut seharusnya dapat ditingkatkan karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total aset dapat ditingkatkan sebesar Rp 28.340,10 miliar, total liabilitas dapat diturunkan sebesar Rp 20.919,24 miliar, total ekuitas dapat ditingkatkan sebesar Rp 49.258,35 miliar, total pendapatan dapat ditingkatkan sebesar Rp 4.628,130 miliar, total beban dapat diturunkan sebesar Rp 515,5290 miliar, dan total arus kas dapat tingkatkan sebesar Rp 5.240,053 miliar selama 8 tahun terakhir.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the penalty methods used in linear optimization. The main objective is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each penalty method, as well as determine the specific context in which each method is most effective. This research belongs to the literature research type. The study is conducted on prepared cases to obtain the optimal result of each penalty method. Penalty methods and barrier methods are interrelated in optimization, especially in handling problems with constraints. The penalty method is used to start the solution search, while the barrier method is applied at the final stage to refine the solution. This is because the penalty method is able to provide an initial solution quickly, which can then be refined using the barrier method to better approach the constraint boundary.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the final ranking results of the AHP method through sensitivity analysis. The sensitivity value is sought to predict the situation if there is a change in the weight of the decision criteria. A case example in this research is the determination of an exemplary teacher at SDN 028068 Binjai based on their performance using the AHP method. The decision criteria for this research are Academic Qualifications ( ), Educator Certificate ( ), Pedagogical Competency ( ), Personality Competency ( ), Social Competency ( ), and Professional Competency ( ). Before sensitivity analysis, preliminary final results were obtained by the AHP method. From the final results of the initial ranking using the AHP method, experiments were carried out through several stages of sensitivity analysis. Of all the experiments, generally experienced the most changes in priority order, especially in  with 12 changes in alternative priority order. Then through the sensitivity testing process, sensitivity 1 gets the highest value in the experiment with a value of 0.0282, sensitivity 2 in the experiment with a value of 0.1269, and sensitivity 3 in the  experiment with a value of 0.1256.

Abstract

Decision trees have been well studied and widely used in knowledge discovery and decision support systems. One of the applications of binary integer programming to form decision trees or decision making is the knapsack problem. The knapsack problem is an integer programming problem that involves only one constraint. The knapsack problem is generally illustrated with a bag and an item. The problem to be solved is to maximize the price of goods with a certain capacity that can be loaded by a bag with a certain capacity too. In solving the knapsack problem, it can generally be done directly. In this paper we are interested to show how the implicit enumeration method solves the knapsack problem to form an optimal decision tree

Abstract

Abstract: Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) has been widely known as a technique for performing data clustering, such as image segmentation. This study will conduct a trial using the Normalized Cross Correlation method on the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm in determining the value of the initial fuzzy pseudo-partition matrix which was previously carried out by a random process. Clustering technique is a process of grouping data which is included in unsupervised learning. Data mining generally has two techniques in performing clustering, namely: hierarchical clustering and partitional clustering. The FCM algorithm has a working principle in grouping data by adding up the level of similarity between pairs of data groups. The method applied to measure the similarity of the data based on the correlation value is the Normalized Cross Correlation (NCC). The methodology in this research is the steps taken to measure clustering performance by adding the Normalized Cross Correlation (NCC) method in determining the initial fuzzy pseudo-partition matrix in the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) algorithm. the results of data clustering using the Normalized Cross Correlation (NCC) method on the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) algorithm gave better results than the ordinary Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) algorithm. The increase that occurs in the proposed method is 4.27% for the Accuracy, 4.73% for the rand index and 8.26% for the F-measure..

Abstract

Stochastic programming is a methodology utilized for the purpose of achieving optimal planning and decision-making outcomes when faced with uncertain data. The subject of investigation pertains to a stochastic optimization problem wherein the results of stochastic data are not disclosed during runtime, and the optimization of the decision does not necessitate foresight into forthcoming outcomes. This establishes a strong correlation with the imperative need for immediate optimization in uncertain data settings, enabling effective decision-making in the present moment. The present study introduces a novel methodology for achieving global optimization of the model for nonlinear mixed-stochastic programming problem. The present study centers on stochastic problems that are two-staged and entail non-linearities in both the objective function and constraints. The first stage variables are discrete in nature, whereas the second stage variables are a combination of continuous and mixed types. Scenario-based representations are utilized for formulating problems. The fundamental approach to address the non-linear mixed-stochastic programming problem involves converting the model into a deterministic non-linear mixed-count program that is equivalent in form. The feasibility of this proposition stems from the discrete distribution assumption of uncertainty, which can be represented by a limited set of scenarios. The magnitude of the model size will increase significantly due to the quantity of scenarios and time horizons involved. The utilization of filtered probability space in conjunction with data mining techniques will be employed for the purpose of scenario generation. The methodology employed for addressing nonlinear mixed-integer programming problems of significant scale involves elevating the value of a non-basic variable beyond its boundaries in order to compel a basis variable to attain a cumulative value. Subsequently, the problem is simplified by maintaining a constant count variable and modifying it incrementally in discrete intervals to achieve an optimal solution at a global level.
