Abstract

Abstrak Partikel ultrafine merupakan partikel dengan diameter <0,1 µm yang telah diidentifikasi dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan manusia. Partikel ultrafine dapat menembus alveoli paru-paru melalui sistem pernapasan dan menyebabkan kerusakan pada sel-sel alveoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur pengaruh partikel ultrafine yang dihasilkan oleh pembakaran biomassa terhadap paru-paru mencit (Mus musculus).Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memasukkan asap pembakaran biomassa dari Burning Chamber ke dalam Exposure Chamber yang telah dimasukkan lima mencit. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 6 kelompok mencit dengan 1 kelompok sebagai kontrol dan 5 kelompok lainnya diberi perlakuan dengan variasi lama paparan yang berbeda yaitu 90 s, 180 s, 270 s, 360 s dan 450 s dalam satu hari. Pemaparan diulang selama 10 hari, kemudian dibuat preparasi organ paru mencit dan diamati menggunakan mikroskop dengan perbesaran 400x. Total partikel ultrafine yang dipaparkan kepada mencit diketahui dengan mengukur konsentrasi partikel ultrafine tiap perlakuan dalam Exposure Chamber. Konsentrasi partikel ultrafne dalam Exposure Chamber diukur dengan menggunakan TSI 8525 P-Trak Ultrafine Particle Counter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan linear antara total partikel ultrafine asap pembakaran biomassa terhadap kerusakan paru-paru. Semakin besar jumlah partikel ultrafine yang dipaparkan maka semakin besar kerusakan organ paru-paru yang teramati.   Kata Kunci : Pembakaran Biomassa, partikel ultrafine, paru-paru, mencit.

Abstract

Online learning during The Covid-19 Pandemic requires lectures creativity to use learning media that are appropriate to the situation and condition. The purpose of this study is to optimize online learning by using social media tiktok and to describe the effect of using tiktok learning media on students' learning skill. The population in this study was all 4th student of the PGMI UNHASY at Jombang. Data collection is done by providing a questionnaire at google form. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and inferential statistic analysis. The result showed that the average use of social media tiktok was 27,97 and the percentage 40% in a good enough category. And the result of teaching skills with an average 46,27 And percentage 37% in the low category. The results of inferential statistic analysis obtained Rcount 0,58>Rtable 0,58 at a significance level of 0,05%, thus H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant effect between the use of social media tiktok with the teaching skill of students of PGMI UNHAS study Program at Jombang.

Abstract

Number one of the issues in controlling Aedes aegypti mosquitoes is the limitations of using chemical repellents, which often have harmful side effects for humans and the environment. The solution to this problem is using natural materials, such as Acalypha indica L. This study aims to inform the results of analyzing the potential of leaf extract Acalypha indica in repelling Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. This study is experimental, using a post-test-only control group design. The subjects of the study are leaf extracts of Acalypha indica at concentrations of 10%, 15%, and 20%. The object is 2-5 days old female Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, totaling 675 individuals with 9 replications. The research variables include the number of mosquitoes landing and the protective efficacy. Data were collected through measurements and observations and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. At the 6th hour of testing, the protective efficacy for concentrations of 10%, 15%, and 20% was 75%, 70%, and 90%, respectively. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences in protective efficacy among the treatment groups (p<0.05). The concentration of 20% has proven potential in repelling Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, with 90% protective efficacy until the 6th hour of testing, according to the standards set by the Indonesian Pesticide Commission.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the phenomenon of gadget use among MAN 1 Jombang students, especially class XI and the impact on student learning effectiveness. Data obtained through field observations, direct interviews, and documentation. In this study, the impact of gadget use on the learning effectiveness of MAN 1 Jombang students includes positive and negative impacts for students. Positive impacts include accessing various educational information, as a communication tool, and one way to reduce the use of paper at school (paperless). In addition, there are negative impacts such as students not being able to manage their time, leading to addiction and health problems. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of education on the impact of gadget use and teachers and students are expected to maximize their use in the learning process.

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada gambaran penerapan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran guna meningkatkan pemahaman Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK 10 Nopember Jombang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses implementasi tersebut. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam pengumpulan data, yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan riset ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan media berbasis teknologi, termasuk proyektor, komputer, serta platform edukasi digital, berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Faktor pendukung implementasi media teknologi dalam pembelajaran meliputi ketersediaan infrastruktur yang memadai, kesiapan guru dalam mengoperasikan teknologi, serta antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis digital. Akan tetapi, studi ini turut mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan, meliputi akses internet yang terbatas, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan peserta didik dan pengajar, serta kemungkinan terjadinya hambatan dalam kegiatan belajar jika pemanfaatan teknologi tidak diawasi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi agar dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

There are three focuses on this study, namely: 1) What is the attitude of the independence of the santri in al-Washoya Islamic boarding school, 2) What is the management system of Islamic boarding schools in al-Washoya Islamic Boarding School, and 3) What are the supporting factors and constraints on the pesantren management system independence of santri in al-Washoya Islamic boarding school. This research is included in qualitative research. This research was conducted in the Al-Washoya Ngoro Jombang Islamic boarding school, using a phenomenological qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Based on the results of the study: 1) informing self-reliance on santri, the students were taught various skills such as in the field of fashion, cooking, and entrepreneurship from these activities. It was hoped that the santri would be able to live independently without relying on others. 2) the management system is centered on caregivers and is assisted by clerics and administrators, all activities that have been designed can work well, because of good cooperation between the various parties incorporated in them. And the support and motivation that makes the students enthusiastic to become better people and can live independently. 3) The supporting factors are motivation, support, and assistance from caregivers, clerics, and administrators in assisting students to implement each activity and facilities provided. The inhibiting factor is the limited time due to the many activities that exist, besides that, it is also difficult for the new santri to adapt to the environment and with the activities in the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The prophetic leadership model is a leadership modelthat is rarely studied. This leadership model is very suitable to beapplied in various situations. Generally, the leadership modelprioritizes scientific and experiential aspects only. Meanwhile,this prophetic leadership model requires a leader not only tohave scientific and practical abilities but also to have a strongfaith or spirituality. This prophetic leadership is more attached tothe uswah of the leader as the principal of the school, its abilitywhich is driven from the aspects of high conscience and logic (intellectual intelligence) makes it easy for leaders to achievesuccess because what is dynamized is truth and intelligence.Such a leader's attitude makes motivation and inspiration forsubordinates in shaping their character, including students inschool. Based on the identification of the problems above, theresearcher wants to answer the focus of the research question,namely, how is prophetic leadership in fostering the character ofstudents in school? The method of this research was carried outby library research (library research) as part of the qualitativeresearch design. While data collection is carried out byresearchers by collecting information that is relevant to theresearch context. This information can be obtained byresearchers through books, scientific papers, and journals.

Abstract

Contextual learning is a learning approach that emphasizes the importance of relating learning material to situations and problems that exist in real life. Thus, students are expected to be able to connect and apply learning outcomes relevantly in everyday life. Based on the above, the authors have 2 research focuses, namely: 1) How is the application of contextual learning models in fiqh class VIII at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak, Diwek Jombang. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in applying the contextual learning model to fiqh class VIII at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak, Diwek, Jombang. The author specializes in choosing a qualitative research approach that is appropriate to the research subject being investigated.. The data was combined during observations, interviews and documentation involving madrasa heads, students and teachers. The research results in this thesis show that the application of contextual learning is very effective. Learning provides real examples of the material being taught, encouraging students to increase their understanding and knowledge in useful everyday life. Contextual learning strategies emphasize the full involvement of students in discovering and relating material to real life situations. Supporting factors include the existence of professional teachers, adequate facilities, and active behavior of students. Inhibiting factors include boredom, lack of motivation, and the last hour of class.

Abstract

The Tarbiyatunnasyiin Islamic boarding school is one of the Salaf Islamic boarding schools that really pays attention to the personality traits of its students. Character formation is built by bringing to life the cultural values of Salaf (traditional) Islamicboarding schools. For example, by teaching the basics of faith which are learned through Salaf books such as the books Kifayatul 'Awam and Aqidatul 'Awam, habitual worship activities which can be obtained through congregational prayers, reciting the Koran and murojaah, as well as upholding morals. The focus of this research is 1) How is the Character Education of Santri at the Tarbiyatunnasyiin Pacul Gowang Jombang Islamic Boarding School? 2) What is the Salaf Islamic Boarding School Culture like at theTarbiyatunnasyiin Pacul Gowang Jombang Islamic Boarding School? 3) What is the role of Kyai in shaping the character of students through Salaf Islamic boarding school culture at the Tarbiyatunnasyiin Pacul Gowang Jombang Islamic boarding school? The research in this thesis uses a qualitative approach method. The type of research used in this research is case study research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The character education of students at the Tarbiyatunnasyiin Islamic boarding school is formed, one of the ways, by the presence of figures or role models and also formed by the existence of rules or regulations. 2) The Salaf culture at the Tarbiyatunnasyiin Islamic boarding school has two sides, namely first from the side of life or activity conditions which are still very traditional which are farfrom luxurious and modern, and second from the learning method or system which still uses and even emphasizes the Salaf method, namely sorogan., bandongan, memorization and deliberation. 3) The role of kyai in educating the character of students through Salaf culture at the Tarbiyatunnasyiin Islamic boarding school cannot be separated from the existence of role models, namely the elders of the Islamic boarding school. The elders used to shape the character of their students not only by teaching knowledge from certain books, but also by providing guidance and becoming role models for their students.
