Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh risiko sistematis dan risiko tidak sestematis terhadap expected return saham manufactur di BEI Jakarta dengan pendekatan koreksi Beta dan variable manakh yang lebih besar pengaruhnya. Hipotesis yang diuji adalah menganalisis secara empiris dampak sistemetis dan tidak sistematis return saham perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Jakarta dengan pendekatan koreksi beta. Sampel perusahan dalam penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam LQ 45. Sampel diambil berdasarkan metode Gay.  Analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda dengan asumsi klasik. Pengujian dengan bantuan Statistical Program for Social Science(SPSS) 17.0. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial risiko sistematis berpengaruh negatif  terhadap expected return saham, dan risiko tidak sistematis berpengaruh  positif  terhadap expected return  saham. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel risiko sistematis dan risiko tidak sistematis berpengaruh  terhadap expected return  saham. Namun variabel risiko tidak sistematis yang paling berpengaruh terhadap expected return saham sebesar  85,2 persen.Kata kunci : Risiko Sistematis, Resiko Tidak Sistematis, Koreksi Beta, Expected Return

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of the amount of income between Gojek and Maxim drivers for one month, and to find out whether the income of Gojek and Maxim drivers has reached the Surabaya Minimum Wage or not. This research model uses case studies in the field with a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through field interviews with 6 Gojek drivers and 6 Maxim drivers around UPN Veteran East Java, which was conducted for one week. From the results of the interviews, the researchers concluded that the average income of Gojek and Maxim drivers still did not meet the Surabaya City Minimum Wage, although there were several Gojek drivers whose income reached the City UMK.

Abstract

Obat tradisional di Indonesia masih digunakan secara luas di berbagai lapisan masyarakat baik di desa maupun di kota. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang khasiat dan cara pengolahan yang baik tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) yang dapat digunakan untuk mengobati penyakit. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan masyarakat dalam pembuatan kebun TOGA dan penyuluhan mengenai obat-obatan tradisional dan cara pembuatan obat tradisional yang benar. Penanaman tanaman obat keluarga di Desa Watumeeto terdiri dari 10 jenis tanaman yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga. Dengan adanya TOGA ini menjadi dasar untuk melakukan pengobatan swamedikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how study habits, talent development, and challenges faced by students affect their strategies in managing time, which in turn can affect the balance between studies and other aspects of their lives. Quantitative methods were used in this study through distributing questionnaires to students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 26 and using the t-test to assess the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The statistical results showed that students' study habits had a significant influence on their strategies in managing time. Talent development was also shown to have a significant influence, suggesting that students who are active in developing their talents may have a different approach in managing their time. In addition, the challenges students face also have a significant influence on how they manage their time. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach in supporting students to manage their time effectively to achieve a balance between studies, talent development, and overcoming the challenges they face.

Abstract

Basic techniques in hair cutting are basic skills that must be mastered as a foundation in learning various types of cuts. This study aims to examine the effect of cutting techniques and angles on the final results of haircuts through a literature study approach. The method used involves searching for various relevant theoretical sources, such as scientific journals, books, and related articles. The results of the analysis show that cutting techniques (such as blunt cut, point cut, slide cut, and razor cut) and variations in cutting angles (starting from 0°, 45°, 90°, to 180°) have a major effect on the texture, volume, and final shape of the hair. Choosing the right combination of techniques and angles can produce a haircut that is in harmony with the shape of the face, increases aesthetic value, and meets the client's desires. These findings are an important reference for hairdressers in determining precise and aesthetic cutting methods.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di kalangan karyawan di PT FIF Group Cabang Baturaja. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan pendistribusian kuesioner. Total populasi terdiri dari 40 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda, persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y= 5,889 + 0,881 X1 + 0,407 X2. Hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki nilai t (7,873) > tabel-t (2,026), yang berarti H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan pengaruh beban kerja yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di kalangan karyawan di PT FIF Group Cabang Baturaja. Untuk variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, nilai-t (4,321) > tabel-t (2,026), yang berarti H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dari keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara bersamaan, nilai-F (54,829) > tabel F (3,25), yang berarti H0 ditolak, dan Ha diterima, menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja bersama-sama memiliki efek yang signifikan pada kepuasan kerja di antara karyawan. Koefisien penentuan (R²) adalah 0,748, menunjukkan bahwa 74,8% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, sedangkan 25,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti motivasi, keterlibatan kerja, ketidakhadiran, pergantian pergantian, dan kinerja.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this research is “Does the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model improve the skills to write short stories in class V of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Huda Kota Gorontalo?”. This research aims to improve short story writing skills through the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model for students in class V of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Huda Kota Gorontalo. This is a class action research. Data are collected throught tests, observation, and documentation. In the initial observation of 20 students, 4 students, or 20%, could write short stories, and 16 students, or 80%, were unable. In Cycle meeting I of 20 students, there were 9 students, or 45%, who were able to write short stories, and 11 students, or 55%, were unable. Implementation of cycle I meeting II of 20 students, there were 14 students, or 70%, who were able to write short stories, and 6 students, or 30%, were unable. While in cycle II of 20 students, there were 18 students, or 90%, who were able to write short stories, and 2 students, or 10% were unable. Based on the research findings and discussion that have been carried out, it is concluded that through the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) Model, the students’ skills to write short stories have increased. ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah melalui model Project Based Learning (PjBL) kemampuan menulis cerpen kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Huda Kota Gorontalo meningkat?”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen melalui model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Huda Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada observasi awal dari 20 siswa terdapat 4 siswa atau 20% yang mampu dalam menulis cerpen dan 16 siswa atau 80% tidak mampu. Siklus I pertemuan I dari 20 siswa terdapat 9 siswa atau 45% yang mampu dalam menulis cerpen dan 11 siswa atau 55% tidak mampu. Pelaksanaan siklus I pertemuan II dari 20 siswa terdapat 14 siswa atau 70% yang mampu dalam menulis cerpen dan 6 siswa atau 30% tidak mampu. Sedangkan pada siklus II dari 20 siswa terdapat 18 siswa atau 90% yang mampu dalam menulis cerpen dan 2 siswa atau 10% tidak mampu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa dengan melalui Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) kemampuan menulis cerpen pada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Huda Kota Gorontalo meningkat.

Abstract

Leadership (leadership) which means the ability and personality of a person to influence people or other parties so that these parties carry out activities in accordance with the rules to achieve goals that have been set together. Which in this study looks at how the leadership style in the Ganting Parak Gadang village head, the factors that influence it and how the leadership strategy is set in the Ganting Parak Gadang village head. Leaders who direct others to achieve optimal employee performance in Lurah ganting Parak Gadang. The method used in this research uses qualitative methods The data obtained in the field will be analyzed descriptively qualitative. Qualitative analysis is used to describe how the leadership style in the Ganting Parak Gadang lurah office. The leadership style of the Head of Ganting Parak Gadang is a Democratic leadership style. Which is where the Head of Ganting Parak Gadang always provides his community by communicating directly with his citizens in the field. Lurah Ganting Parak Gadang also always opens communication with the community, namely by providing opportunities for each community to express ideas or ideas in it. As for some factors that influence the Head of Village in improving leadership, namely high work discipline employees do not just appear but are a continuous learning process. This leadership must have a role or authority in leading a company or a job where in this leadership we must build cooperation, the ability to influence with good things, and provide useful benefits to staff or employees.
