Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian produksi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis proportionate random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada turnover intention. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan pengurangan tingkat stres karyawan dan membuat program untuk tujuan menekan turnover intention, seperti kesempatan promosi dan meningkatkan reward karyawan. The purpose of this study conducted to examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee in production department. The sample was 86 respondent, using Slovin method with proportionate random sampling technique. The result showed that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention while job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. This study conclude that job stress has positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction significantly and negatively related to turnover intention of employees. Therefore, it is recommended to managerial level people to reduce stress levels in employees and to create a program for pressing turnover intention, such as promotional opportunities and improve employee rewards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)on employees’ performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study were all employees of PT Plasa Simpanglima Semarang is 152 employees.Samples used is106 employees.The method of data collection is by quesionares. Abstract

Abstrak Untuk mengoptimalkan peran sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Hasil observasi pada rumah sakit islam banjarnegara menunjukkan tingkat absensi karyawan pada tahun 2013 selama bulan Januari sampai September mengalami fluktuatif ditambah banyaknya keluhan dari pelanggan kepada pihak rumah sakit islam Banjarnegara. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) adakah pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) adakah pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) adakah pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) menganalisis adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan 3) Menganalisis adanya pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara yang berjumlah 229 orang dengan sampel sejumlah 70 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, tinjauan pustaka dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 19. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai untuk variabel motivasi sebesar 5,068 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa H1 yang menyatakan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Kemudian nilai untuk variabel Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 5,050 dengan hasil signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 maka H2 yang menyatakan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara. Saran untuk Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara antara lain pentingnya meningkatkan pemberian motivasi terutama dalam bentuk penghargaan kepada karyawan yang memiliki prestasi kerja antara lain melalui promosi jabatan serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja kondusif dengan membangun hubungan baik antar karyawan harus ditingkatkan agar kinerja karyawan meningkat. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Abstract To making optimize human resource in organization needs attention  elements which influence on performance such as motivation and work environment. The result of the observation showed the fluctuation of take attendance official employee in January to September 2013 it also get many complaint from customers  to the Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. The inspect of the Problem in this research are: 1) are there influence between motivation to employee performance, 2) are there influence between work environment to employee performance, 3) are there influence between motivation to work environment as both as together in according to employee performance. This study is aimed to 1) analyze the influence of motivation on the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital, 2) analyze the influence of work environment on the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital 3) analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. The population in this study are employees of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital numbering 229 people with a total of 70 samples using Slovin. Data collection methods using observation, documentation, literature and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used validity and reliability testing, the percentage of descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, and partial multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 19. The results of the study based on result t test gotten scores for variable motivation amount 5,068 with significants level 0,000 < 0,05 showed that H1 who state that motivation positive influences the employee performance accepted. Then scores for variable Work Environment amount 5,050 with signifikans level 0,000< 0,05 therefore H2 who state that work environment positive influences the employee performance accepted. Conclusion of this study showed that motivation and work environment positive influences the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. Suggestions for Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital  for example importance for improvement gift motivation especially appreciation for employee who have work performance for example with position promotion. Creation work environment building good relationship among employee have to improved in order to employee performance increase. Keyword: Employee Performance, Motivation, Work Environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and Organizational Commitment on performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by Organizational Commitment. The population in this study were 126 employees in food, drink and cosmetic departemen in PT. Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine Industry. 96 people of them as data. Proportional Random Sampling of Probability Sampling technique was used for gathering the data. The method of data collection by quetionares. Data analysis using path analysis. The conclusion of this study are influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on performance and organizational commitment mediate the relationship emotional intelligence and organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keputusan berkunjung merupakan hasil terbaik pemikiran wisatawaan untuk mengambil keputusan. Dengan lokasi yang baik akses yang mudah serta fasilitas yang lengkap dan menarik diharapkan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan semakin meningkat. Teknik pengampilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 115 wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Pikatan Water Park Temanggung dengan menggunakan rumus iterasi. Variabel penelitian meliputi lokasi, fasilitas dan keputusan berkunjung wisatwan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner, metode analisis data dengan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda secara parsial dan simultan menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh positif lokasi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlu ditambahnya sarana angkutan dari dan menuju objek wisata Pikatan Water Park Temanggung untuk variabel lokasi dan pengoptimalan wahana permainan yang ada serta penambahan wahana permainan outbound untuk variabel fasilitas.   Kata Kunci : Lokasi, fasilitas, keputusan berkunjung     ABSTRACT Decision visiting is the best result from tourist thoughts to take deision. With good location, easy access along with complete and interesting facilities expected can making decision visiting tourist grow up. This research use the accidental sampling technic which took 115 tourists visiting to Pikatan Water Park Temanggung by using the iteration formula. The variabels of this research are location, facility and decision. Data collection methods using documentation and questionnaires, methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability testing), the percentage of descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, and partial multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. This resarch’s result show that are positive influence of location dan facility to decision visiting decision.  The suggestions of this research is need to added transportation from and to Pikatan Water Park Temanggung this for  location variabels and optimalization of existing games and adding outbound games this for facility variabels.   Keywords : Location, Facility, decision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan suatu produk ditentukan dengan seberapa tinggi nilai suatu produk tersebut dimata pelanggan. Nilai inilah yang mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Teknik pengampilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 116 pelanggan Yamaha Harpindo Jaya Semarang dengan menggunakan rumus iterasi. Variabel penelitian meliputi nilai emosional, nilai sosial, nilai kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, metode analisis yaitu uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai emosional, nilai sosial dan nilai kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah hendaknya dengan meningkatkan daya tarik perusahaan kepada pelanggan, kemudian meningkatkan bagian pemasarannya dalam bentuk penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, setelah itu menyediakan perlengkapan tambahan yang mendukung keselamatan pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Nilai emosional, nilai sosial, nilai kualitas, kepuasan pelanggan   ABSTRACT Success of product is determined by how high the value of a product in the eyes of customer. This value able to deliver to customer satisfaction. This research use the accidental sampling technic which took 116 customers of Yamaha Harpindo Jaya Semarang by using the iteration formula. The variabels of this research are emotional value, social value, quality value and customer satisfaction. The data collection methods are using questionnaires, analysis methods which consist of validity test and reliability test, percentage descriptive test, classic assumption test, and double declining regression test using SPSS of Windows version 17. This research result show that emotional value, social value and quality value affect customer satisfaction. The suggestions of this research are should with increase the attractiveness of the company to customers, then improve marketing section in the form of outreach to community, after that providing additional equipment to support the safety of customers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and job involvement on organizational citizenship behavior on the employees of PT Mazuvo Indo Semarang. The population in this study was all employees of PT Mazuvo Indo Semarang amounting to 51 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using the technique of non-probability sampling with this type of sampling saturated, namely the determination of the sample if all members of the population used as a sample. The analysis method used in the study are instruments test (validity and reliability test), the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing through partial test and simultaneous test with SPSS for Windows vertion 21. Data were collected by using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results from this study showed that the partial job satisfaction positive influence on OCB. There is a positive influence organizational culture on OCB and there is a positive influence job involvement on OCB. The conclusions of this study are job satisfaction, organizational culture, and job involvement influence on OCB.

Abstract

The purpose ofthis study is to know the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention on employees’ performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by turnover intention. The population in this study is the Custom employees of PT Milan Indonesia  numbering to 444 employees. The samples that are used in this study are 82 employees using formula of Slovin.The method of data collection is by quesionares measured with likert scale.Data analysis using percentage descriptive, partial multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. Based on the result hypothesis test, then the conclusion are job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives negatif effect and significant on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment gives positif effect and significant on employee performance and turnover intention gives negatif effect and significant on employee performance. Turnover intention has mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resource issues becomes the significant challenge for the company management. A new approach in leadership could simultaneously increase the employees personal growth and repair the quality and services. An effort to achieve that condition at the workplace is necessary to be applied by a leadership model known as servant leadership. This study aims to investigate the influence of self-leadership to the employee performance with bornout as the intervening variable on the employees of PT. Inti Roda Makmur Persada Tbk Tangerang. The population of this study is all the employees of PT. Inti Roda Makmur Persada Tbk Tangerang. Sampling technique using proportionate random sampling, there are 64 respondents. The methods of collecting the data are observation, questionnaires and literature. Data analysis using linear regression and line analysis. The result showed that t value is proved that servant leadership contributes positive and significant impact on the burnout. The second research results obtained proven that servant leadership gives positive influence and significant impact on the performance directly. The third result showed that burnout give negative effect And significant on the performance directly.  And the next result showed that servant leadership to performance by burnout give negative affect and significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person-organization fit, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada komitmen organisasional secara langsung dan tidak langsung yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi dan HR di PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul yang berjumlah 2026 karyawan, dan sampel sebanyak 95 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan jenis Proportional Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi dan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji parsial dan uji path analysis menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 21. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial person-organization fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komitmen organisasional. Selain itu, hasil menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi variable mediasi. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu person-organization fit dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasional dan variabel kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan person-organization fit dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional.
