Abstract

“Serenade Tower” is a hack-and-slash game build for PC platform. Player will play as Hero to slay monster and destroy a tower called Serenade Tower which cause misfortune. “Serenade Tower” use keyboard as the main control to character movement such as moving, attacking and using skill. This game created by Unity game engine with C# as the programming language. Testing has been done by Black Box Testing, Alpha Testing by lecturer and Beta Testing by sharing and doing survey to 30 respondent. The results is the game have neat and nice user interface with balanced gameplay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul“Studi Kecakapan Komunikasi Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Bima”. Masalah penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana Kecakapan Komunikasi Organisasi Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Bima?Tujuan penelitian ini yakni: 1) Untuk mengetahui Kecakapan Komunikasi Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Bima.Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Bima. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif.Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: Pertama, keempat kecakapan komunikasi Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Bima, baik keterampilan mendengarkan, keterampilan memberi dan menerima umpan balik, keterampilan menunjukkan ketegasan, maupun keterampilan menangani konflik, maka hasilnya sudah sangat baik dan komunikasi sangat harmonis dan manusiawi. Kedua, berdasarkan komponen komunikasi yang efektif pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kota Bima, yaitu adanya penerimaan yang cermat dari isi pesan yang dimaksud (pengertian), terjalinnya rasa saling akrab, mempengaruhi sikap, hubungan sosial yang baik, kemampuan untuk memahami dan menempatkan diri kita di tengah orang-orang yang kita ajak berkomunikasi (empati), dan perhatian (care), maka hasilnya sudah sangat baik dan komunikasinya sangat lancar, harmonis, dan manusiawi.Adapun saran dari penulis adalah sebagai berikut, Pertama, kecakapan komunikasi Aparatur Sipil Negara, dengan hasilnya dinilai informan sudah sangat baik, maka hendaknya untuk mempertahankan hasil yang sudah ada, dan seyogyanya lebih ditingkatkan lagi.Kedua, komponen komunisai yang efektif, dengan hasilnya dinilai informan sudah sangat baik dan untuk mempertahankan hasil yang sudah ada seyogyanya lebih ditingkatkan lagi di masa-masa yang akan datang agar komunikasi yang terjalin lebih fleksibel.

Abstract

Consumer protection is regulated in Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Article 7 paragraphs (2) and (4) contain the obligations of business actors in carrying out business, as an effort to protect consumers, but this has not been achieved optimally, it can be seen in the phenomenon of business actors in the culinary sector that do not include prices in their food and beverage lists. which then causes losses to consumers because the price charged is unreasonable or excessive. Legal protection for consumers who are victims of such practices is still questionable. Seeing the many cases that have sprung up that have been found on social media, in which cases after getting considerable public attention, the local government then takes action against business actors with sanctions in the form of reprimands to closure, creating a situation where legal certainty and clarity is not created. because it is still unclear whether the practice of not including the price of food and drinks and then charging subjectively based on the willingness of the business actor is an act that is prohibited or not

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the South Korean Cultural Diplomacy Bilateral and Implications South Korea-Indonesia. So the researchers tried to analyze the objectives, constraints, conditions before, after and the prospect of future conditions. The research method is qualitatively using descriptive analysis. Most of the data collected from interviews and literature as well as supported by the literature study and search the website. The study was conducted South Korean Cultural Center in Indonesia and the Embassy of Indonesia in South Korea. The results showed a change in the meaning of Hallyu before and after enforced as part of the South Korean diplomacy. From the 2005-2013 period the relationship between the two countries ever closer as facilitated by the cooperation in the field of culture. But now South Korea worried because in Indonesia began appearing parties that are difficult to accept the presence of Hallyu.

Abstract

Performance and productivity of production line system are very influenced by facility layout planning.Facilities composition which is appropriate with flow of materials between departments, certainly wouldsustain the continuity of the system. PT. X is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. whichmanufactures motorcycle chains. Composition of the current layout facilities on the 1st Plant has not fullyoptimized well and indeed has a potential possibility to be developed further in the future. This statement issupported from the result of existing MHPS which gives Rp 1,047,678.49 for total cost of material handling,463.1 meters for total distance, and 1,617.24 minutes for total time of material movements. Also, the totalarea of empty spaces that can be utilized by the company in the current layout is only 89.74 m2. As for thepurposes of this research are: analyzing the performance of current layout, developing new layout designs toimprove the current one, and comparing the current with proposed improvement layouts. The process ofdesigning proposed layouts is done by using improvement-based algorithm (CRAFT) and hybrid/compositealgorithm (BLOCPLAN) that both of the algorithms need same inputs, which are: current facility layout andthe flow of material. Based from the results of MHPS calculation for both proposed layouts, show that layoutfrom BLOCPLAN algorithm gives maximal reduction to the total cost of material handling so that theamounts will be decreased to Rp 1,022,419.91 (reducing 2.4% from total cost of current layout), 434.62meters for total distance (reducing 6.2%), and 1,506.23 minutes for total time of material movements(reducing 6.86%). As for the total area of empty spaces, BLOCPLAN layout gives 110.74 m2 (23.4%) to beminimized than the current layout.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of good corporate governance and dividend policy on firm value. This research used the sample of consumer goods industry subsector companies which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2020-2022. The number of companies sampled in this study were 49 companies. Hypothesis in this research are tested by multiple linear regression analytical. Data analysis show that institutional ownership and independent commissioner has positive effect firm value because through the establishment of good corporate governance a company can add value to investors or shareholders in the company. While, managerial ownership, audit committee, and dividend policy do not have effect on firm value.

Abstract

Mood is psychological response to many emosional triggers derived from our visual surroundings which mostly perceived from previous visual experiences. Learning atmosphere in college classrooms need to be brought to attention for their potentials to lead students mood when entering classrooms and affect learning process during class hours. This article aims to describe the composition of visual environment elements in classroom. Students mood are recorded, their assessment on attended classrooms are explained, as well as on ARCS to show their learning motives. Outputs confirm that mood is positively affected by lighting and window with exterior view. Thus mood can be made indicator to lighting condition in classrooms as to physical learning atmospheres.
