Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani maka petani mengalokasikan waktu kerja di bidang usahatani dan non usahatani sesuai dengan musim dan kesempatan, pasar tenaga kerja, dan waktu luang setiap harinya. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini yaitu sejauhmana alokasi tenaga kerja rumahtangga petani jagung mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perilaku rumahtangga petani khususnya dalam pengalokasian tenaga kerja rumahtangga petani jagung sehingga diperoleh masukan agar pendapatan petani dapat meningkat. Metode pendugaan yang dipergunakan untuk menduga parameter dari persamaan simultan RTP adalah metode 2 SLS. Model persamaan dispesifikasi dalam bentuk tiga blok persamaan struktural dan identitas yaitu: (1) blok tenaga kerja; (2) blok produksi dan pendapatan rumahtangga; (3) blok pengeluaran. Alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga di sektor usahatani (ATKDF) dipengaruhi oleh luas lahan (LH), dan jumlah anggota keluarga (JRT). Sedangkan alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga pada sektor non usahatani (ATKNF) dipengaruhi oleh alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga pada sektor usahatani jagung (ATKDF), luas lahan (LH), dan pendapatan non usahatani (RNF). Dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan petani maka dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan harga jual output, peningkatan upah, peningkatan produksi, dan pelatihan ketrampilan bagi anggota rumahtangga.   Kata kunci: alokasi tenaga kerja, pendapatan rumahtangga, usahatani jagung

Abstract

This paper attempts to find out the potato conservation farming in Batu, East Java, Indonesia. This research is conducted because the potato can be used to substitute rice. Data used in this study is primary data obtained from the research location, Bumiaji, Batu, Indonesia. This study has three objectives. First objective is to find out the impact of conservation on farmers’ income; the second is to assess the adoption rate of conservation farming; and the third is farming efficiency of the potato farming, as well as the adoption of conservation farming implementation factors. From the research results, the implementation of conservation influences the income of farmers. From second objective, it can be found that the efficiency level of potato production is relatively low. Additionally, the factors that influence farmers to adopt conservation farming are age, land area, and knowledge of the importance of conservation farming.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani di daerah penelitian, telah dilaksanakan program SRI (System Rice of Intensification) selama lima tahun yang memberikan banyak bantuan dana dan bimbingan teknis kepada petani padi, oleh karena itu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan petani. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana program usahatani SRI dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani padi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sejauh mana program usahatani padi SRI dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani padi. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut dirumuskan hipotesis bahwa  program SRI dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani padi. Sampel ditentukan di Kecamatan Megaluh, Kabupaten Jombang dengan jumlah 60 petani SRI dan 28 petani non SRI. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan adalah analisis perbandingan rata-rata dan analisis fungsi pendapatan. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa program usahatani padi SRI dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani padi hingga 65.9% lebih tinggi.   Kata kunci: program SRI, petani padi, pendapatan petani padi

Abstract

Unpredictable supply and demand dapat menyebabkan unpredictable price sehingga dapat menyebabkan kecenderungan terjadinya volatilitas harga. Demikian halnya unpredictable supply and demand juga terjadi pada pasar minyak goreng di Indonesia dan pasar dunia Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Di sisi lain, adanya globalisasi dan liberalisasi perdagangan menunjukkan kemungkinan besar terjadinya transmisi harga dan volatility spillover. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis volatilitas harga pada masing-masing pasar, transmisi harga antara kedua pasar tersebut, serta spillover volatility yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kointegrasi engel, ARCH/GARH, dan GARCH-BEKK. Meskipun terjadi transmisi harga dan volatilitas spillover pada kedua pasar tersebut, hasil penelitian volatilitas pada masing-masing harga yaitu pada pasar minyak goreng di Indonesia dan pasar dunia Crude Palm Oil (CPO) menunjukkan bahwa harga bersifat low volatility.   Kata kunci: Transmisi harga, Volatilitas, Volatility spillover, ARCH/GARCH

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to describe the response of interest and convenience of junior high school students in Pekanbaru in understanding the contents of a collection of short stories Bicyclefrom the President of Yulismar's work who are mid-level winners at the Basic and Intermediate Literacy Material Writer Competition held by the KEMENDIKBUD Language Development and Language Development Board together with the Language Hal in 2018, via questionnaires to 50 SMP / MTS students in Pekanbaru who were randomly taken. As well as describing the values of education contained in the collection of short stories. This study resulted in the finding that this collection of Bicycle from the President storiesreceived a high positive response from readers, namely as many as 1159 of the 1400 positive reactions. And the educational value contained in it was also quite high for the category of a book containing 7 short stories that can be found in 92 educational values. So that the book collection of short stories Bicycle from the President of Yulismar's works is included in the feasible category with repairs as intermediate level reading material, because it not only meets the criteria of reader interest, but also fulfills the readiness requirements for the age level and quality in the educational value.Key Words: Literary reception, readers, educational value.

Abstract: This study is titled Surat Kapal Poams of the Traditional Marriage from the Rengat sub-district of Indragiri Hulu Regency: an Expressive Approach. The background of this research is that surat kapal poams which only exists in Indragiri Hulu becomes extinct even though surat kapal poams are unique poams that only exist in Indargiri Hulu, Riau. The purpose of this study is to describe the author and authorship of surat kapal poams and describe the exspression of the author of surat kapal poams. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes the results of the research that has been done. Research conducted to obtain results discussing (1) the authors and authorship of surat kapal poams covering: 1) family background, 2) educational background, 3) profession, 4) social relations, 5) character, 6) creative process, 7) fellow profession, and 8) regeneration. Abstract

Abstract : This research entitled Cultural Defense in the novel of the Hidden Moon in the Sky of America by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. The purpose of this study is to describe how the cultural defense in the novel Moon Breaded in the Sky of America by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that tries to tell the existing problem solving based on existing data. The source of data in this study is cultural defense in the novel Moon Breaded in the Sky America by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. Based on the research, 84 cultural defense data were found in the form of language, knowledge system, life equipment and technology, belief or religious system. The details of data related to cultural defense are (1) language 2 data; (2) knowledge system 2 data; (3) live equipment and technology 3 data; (4) trust or religious system 47; and data that do not preserve the culture are (1) language 21 data; (2) religious system 2 data; (3) live equipment and technology 7 data; (4) belief or religious system 0 data. The results of this form of data that retain culture and do not maintain the culture in the novel Moon Splitted in the Sky America by Hanum Salsbiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra.Keywords: defense, culture, the Moon is split in the sky of America.

Abstract

Abstract: Malay nation is a nation that is cultured, dynamic and open. Malay nation can develop in various ways. One of them is by way of Malay wisdom thinking that basically often takes the example of natural example. With openness, culture, Malay society, with strict judgment and judgment, is not in accordance with external culture, which is appropriate and harmonious with the values, cultural principles. Various methods have been applied by Malay people in Rantau Kuantan in order to enrich their local wisdom, one of which is through keratif literary or continuous processes in which local wisdom can be used in several oral publications that exist and develop in the Inuman Rantau Kuantan community. One process for literature or sustainability is nandong, or humming. Inuman, Rantau Kuantan which is part of the Malay cultural region itself has various types of nandong which are scattered and have become inherent in the daily lives of their people. This research includes child bedtime songs whose texts consist of mantra, gurindam, syair, pantun, seloka, and thimbles or other traditional research.Keywords: nandong, poetry literary genre, local wisdom.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is titled Magical Motifs Kayangan of Riau Folklore (Intertextual Study). The background of this research is that the researchers want to see how the magical motifs of the sky consist of the main motifs of the angelic stories as well as the similarities and differences in the inner elements of the two folklore texts. The aim of this study is to describe the magical motifs of the folklore text of the legend of Putri Mambang Linau and Mahligai Keloyang (origin of the name Kelayang) from the main motifs of the Bidadari stories and similarities and differences in the intrinsic structure of the folklore text Legend of Putri Mambang Linau and Mahligai Keloyang (Originally Names) to describe Kelayang). This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes and describes the results of the study. The data of this study are the folklore text of the legend of Putri Mambang Linau and Mahligai Keloyang (origin of the name Kelayang). Data obtained using the reading and recording method. Based on the results of the study, one found a magical motif in the form of angels, angelic cloths, hermitage, number of angels and kayangan.
