Abstract

Logam berat kadmium (Cd) bersifat karsinogen, mutagenik dan teratogenik pada beberapa jenis hewan. Ketika berada di dalam sel, Cd akan menginduksi berbagai jenis mekanisme signal transduksi serta mengaktifkan banyak gen. Salah satu efek langsung yang ditimbulkan oleh Cd adalah mengganggu proses homeostasis sel. Mekanisme homeostasis sel terlaksana dengan keberadaan protein metallothionine (MT) yang berperan sebagai protein pengikat logam dan mengurangi efek toksik. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Cd pada kompartemen tubuh Deadema setosum sekaligus mengkaji efek Cd terhadap ekspresi protein metallothionein pada D. setosum. Hasil analisa kandungan Cd dalam kompartemen tubuh D. setosum menunjukan rerata kadar Cd bervariasi namun pada cangkang (0.67) < duri (0.75) < gonad (1.35) < usus (1.63). Hasil pemulasan imonohistokimia menggunakan antibodi rabit anti MT-1 D. setosum menunjukan sel yang mengekspresikan MT-1 berwarna coklat. Ekspresi protein MT-1 pada gonad, usus, dan hepar menunjukan perbedaan morfologi sel, dimana Cd yang terakumulasi pada setiap sel tergat tergantung pada jenis dan fungsi organ selnya. Abstract

In the curriculum 2013 there are student activities with parents (formerly with homework/PR) is expected to develop and add activities according to the conditions and abilities of parents and students. Interaction between parents and students is very important to build a learning experience that can be at school an inseparable part of life at home. This study aims to find out how student activities with parents influence the learning creativity of first grade students at SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative, in collecting data using observation techniques and subjective tests with data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and Product Moment. The results found a positive relationship between activities with parents at home on student learning creativity with a pretty good correlation.

Abstract

Empowerment of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is often not optimal due to the lack of availability of HOTS-based learning documents. The purpose of this development research was to produce HOTS-based biology learning tools on motion system material for class XI high school. This development research uses the ADDIE model which has five stages: analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate. The product development was validated by learning experts and material experts and then tested on students. The validation sheet was used as a data collection instrument. The validation results from learning experts stated that the learning syllabus was very feasible (84.3%), lesson plans were very feasible (80.2%), student worksheets were feasible (72.2%), and test questions were very feasible (83%). Meanwhile, the validation results from material experts stated that all learning documents were feasible (the percentage of eligibility for syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, and test questions were 77%, 70%, 80%, and 80%, respectively). After being tested on students, student responses and the results of their evaluation scores indicate that the learning documents that have been developed are suitable for use. In addition, the HOTS learning tools developed are practical and effective in the learning process, so as to create a student-centered learning process and be able to improve students' HOTS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D yang menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran Zig-zag Learning Book atau Zook. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media Zook. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu validasi, observasi, angket dan tes evaluasi. Hasil data dianalisis menggunakan skala likert dan skala guttman yang selanjutnya dihitung dengan rumus persentase sedangkan hasil tes menggunakan rumus mean. Hasil penelitian meliputi tiga hal meliputi hasil kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Kevalidan berdasarkan ahli materi diperoleh sebesar 90%, kegrafikan sebesar 86,7% dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan berdasarkan keterlaksanaan penggunaan media Zook sebesar 4,56 dengan kategori sangat baik. Keefektifan media Zook berdasarkan hasil respon siswa sebesar 95,4% dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the sacred text of Muslims that serves as a guide in life. Therefore, in reciting the Qur'an, it is necessary to understand from the letters to the reading rules. In the process of learning to read the Qur'an, teaching methods have a very crucial role, and there are several approaches that have been implemented to facilitate learning. The method is chosen as a means and tool of teaching transformation to achieve the desired goal. The goal of qiroah training is to facilitate students in improving their skills in reading the Qur'an, especially among TPQ AL-HALIM students. In addition, qiroah training aims to instil students' appreciation of Islamic cultural arts, develop students' talents and interests in the field of reciting the Qur'an, and promote a sense of independence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada pembelajaran diferensiasi proses berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas IV di Mi Tambak Sumur Waru. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen true experimental design dengan desain posttest only control design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV MI Tambak Sumur Waru Sidoarjo. Kelas IV A dan IV B digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Angket posttest digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini, dan diberikan kepada peserta didik baik kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol. Angket digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mempunyai pengaruh terhadap bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa IPA di kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada pembelajaran diferensiasi proses pada pembelajaran IPAS di MI Tambak Sumu Waru yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,01 atau kurang dari 0,05.

Abstract

Risk is the cause of unexpected conditions that can cause loss, damage, or loss. This is due to the risks contained in construction projects that can affect the productivity and quality of the project. The Central Sulawesi Province 2 School Infrastructure Disaster Management Project, located in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, is a project that handles the construction of school infrastructure. This project is also not free from risks that can cause the project not to run as planned and suffer losses. Based on the description above, the researcher is interested in conducting a risk analysis that occurs in the Central Sulawesi Province School Infrastructure Disaster Management Project 2. The methods used in this study are data collection by distributing questionnaires, conducting data analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability tests, risk analysis, risk response and risk control. This research was carried out for 6 months, starting from preparation, implementation, data collection, and monitoring and evaluation. The outputs to be achieved in this study are scientific articles published in research journals and reports on the results of activities.

Abstract

Character education has a very important role in shaping students' moral and ethical values, especially in facing the demands of 21st century education. This study aims to examine the integration of character education in Outcome-Based Education (OBE)-based curriculum by emphasizing effective strategies and implementation. Using a qualitative approach, this study identifies key components of character education that are in line with OBE principles, such as outcome orientation, student-centered learning, and development of measurable competencies. It also reviews best practices, including curriculum design, teaching methods and evaluation techniques that support learners' holistic development. The results show that good integration of character education in the OBE curriculum not only supports academic success, but also enhances learners' social responsibility and moral integrity. This article provides practical insights and recommendations for educators, policy makers and institutions in effectively implementing character education within the OBE framework.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis etnosains dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) di kelas IV MI. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tantangan globalisasi yang membuat generasi muda semakin terpapar budaya asing, sehingga diperlukan integrasi budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan rasa nasionalisme dan pemahaman ilmiah. Model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis etnosains menggabungkan pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan kerja sama antar siswa dengan pengintegrasian elemen budaya lokal, seperti proses membatik menggunakan teknik ecoprint, dalam pembelajaran IPAS. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pre-test post-test control group, di mana kelas eksperimen menerima intervensi berupa pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis etnosains, sementara kelas kontrol menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis etnosains memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata skor N-Gain kelas eksperimen mencapai 62,4%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis etnosains tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil belajar, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman siswa tentang budaya lokal, menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, serta memotivasi keterlibatan aktif peserta didik.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Physical Education, Health and Recreation (Penjaskesrek) Study Program of STKIP Yapis Dompu,with the goal of determining the level of nutritional status and physical fitness of Penjaskesrek students at STKIP Yapis Dompu in the year 2024 in the following practical courses. The research method used a quantitative descriptive study, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 52 students in semester 3. The nutritional status measurement instrument employs test items for body mass index (IMT) and physical fitness tests (VO2Max), as well as the multistage fitness test (bleep). The results of IMT measurements were 2 students or 3.84% at the less / malnutrition level, 39 or 75% in the normal weight category, 7 or 13.46% of students in the overweight category, and 4 students or 7.69% had more weight / obesity. While the results of research on physical fitness (VO2Max) dominant students in the moderate category as many as 22 or 46.15% of students, 16 students or 30.76% in the lesser category, 4 students or 11.51% in the less category, 8 students or 19.23% in the good category, and 2 students 3.83% in the excellent category.
