Abstract

The recent rise in the use of problem-based learning (PBL) has given rise to serious debates over its introduction. PBL critics question whether emphasizing practice makes teachers less inclined to impart educational content that is responsive to students’ ideas, preferring instead to employ a technocratic approach. This research seeks to expand on the basis of its effectiveness as a means of engaging students in learning and incorporating literature on the Problem- based web learning method. The hypotheses, therefore, address the effect of the PBL method on collaborative learning.  As a means of data collection, a questionnaire was formulated and given to 464 Elementary School Teacher Education Students who approached with a problem-solving methodology. To study the application of PBL, a quantitative research technique was used to figure out the findings of the investigation. SPSS and Structural Equation Method (SEM-AMOS) were used to arrive at the results. Learners’ engagement was raised as a result of implementing learning methods like active learning, iterative learning, and authentic learning. The results indicate that students are encouraged to participate in Problem Base Web Learning, which increases engagement by allowing students to share and discuss their findings. Therefore, PBL is essential such that students are encouraged to employ this approach in their academic endeavours. Further, universities also similarly urge them to do so.

Abstract

The purpose of this technology integration program in learners is to learn about how to make interesting learning videos and apply e-learning. It is hoped that in this community service activity, teachers can master interactive and interesting learning media in the form of learning videos and apply them to e-learning. The implementation of this community service activity is in the form of presentations regarding the introduction of learning media, OBS software, e-learning, and how to make learning videos. The method used is the preparation of materials and software, implementation methods related to how to operate OBS software, and e-learning and practical methods are carried out in the form of making interactive learning video media according to the material taught by the teacher. The evaluation was carried out in this training by observing the differences in the skills of teachers in making learning videos after the implementation of the training. Based on the results that have been achieved. The evaluation of the results training was assessed from the participation and practical assignments of making interactive videos according to the material taught by the teacher. Then the results of making interactive learning videos are implemented in the schools of each SD/MI teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of describing teacher mastery in operating online learning applications in grade 5 elementary schools, students' perceptions of online learning services provided by grade 5 elementary school teachers, the relationship of teacher mastery in operating online learning applications to student learning outcomes in elementary schools. 5th grade elementary school. The method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Based on the data obtained, the significant value between teacher mastery and student learning outcomes shows 0.000, meaning that because the significant value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teacher mastery in operating online learning applications and student learning outcomes. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between teacher mastery in operating online learning applications on student learning outcomes in grade 5 elementary school. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penguasaan guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi belajar online di kelas 5 sekolah dasar, persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan pembelajaran online yang diberikan oleh guru kelas 5 sekolah dasar, hubungan penguasaan guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi belajar online terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas 5 sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, nilai signifikan antara penguasaan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan 0,000, artinya karena nilai signifikan lebih kecil daripada 0,05, maka dapat diputuskan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penguasaan guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi belajar online terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi belajar online terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas 5 sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the implementation and barriers of thematic learning encountered by 4th grade teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating aspects in online learning due the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach used in this research was descriptive quantitative by using ex-post facto method. The subject in this research was 94 samples, of which 4 teachers and 90 students. The results of this research indicate that: (1) the thematic lesson plan (RPP) was in fairly good quality with medium qualification (79,89 percent); (2) the learning implementation was in good quality with high qualification (91,49 percent); (3) the learning evaluation was in good quality with high qualification (74,80 percent); (4) there was a relationship between student outcomes and the lesson plan with a significance value (0.042 less than 0.05); (5) there was a relationship between student outcomes and the learning implementation with a significance value (0.045 less than 0.05); and (6) there was a relationship between student outcomes with the lesson plan and learning implementation with a significance value (0.045 less than 0.05). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan hambatan pembelajaran tematik yang ditemui guru kelas IV SD di Gugus 3 Kedungkandang pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode ex-post facto. Subyek meliputi 94 sampel, di antaranya 4 guru dan 90 siswa. Abstract

Desa Ngenep merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi di bidang perkebunan dan pertanian yang melimpah. Sebagian besar tanah yang berada di wilayah desa ini tergolong subur. Melihat potensi ini, kami sebagai pelaksana Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Negeri Malang mencoba untuk membantu mengembangkan potensi Desa Ngenep melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa pelatihan cara penanaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan serta keterampilan warga Desa Ngenep dalam pengelolaan kebun TOGA. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi serta tanya jawab. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diawali dengan metode ceramah yakni penyampaian materi TOGA, selanjutnya peserta dan pemateri melakukan diskusi serta tanya jawab mengenai materi tersebut. Setelahnya, dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan demonstrasi cara penanaman TOGA yang dilakukan di lahan perkebunan. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, diharapkan warga Desa Ngenep dapat memperoleh banyak pengetahuan tentang TOGA, sehingga bisa mengembangkan kebun TOGA menggunakan cara pengelolaan yang tepat. Kata kunci— Desa Ngenep, Pemberdayaan masyarakat, Pengelolaan TOGA, Potensi desa Abstract  Ngenep Village is one of the villages in Karangploso District, Malang Regency which has abundant potential in the fields of plantations and agriculture. Abstract

Pengembangan  pada artikel ini didesain untuk mengembangkan media video pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika yang dinilai valid dan praktis oleh dosen ahli serta guru sekolah dasar. Budaya di kota Malang yang dikaitkan dengan etnomatematika pada video pembelajaran ini meliputi Keripik Tempe, Keramik Dinoyo, serta Alun-Alun Tugu Kota Malang yang berbentuk lingkaran. Tiga video pembelajaran tersebut masing-masing dikelompokkan berdasarkan pengertian dan unsur-unsur lingkaran, cara mencari luas dan keliling lingkaran, dan cara menyelesaikan masalah matematika materi lingkaran yang dijelaskan melalui etnomatematika budaya di kota Malang. Video pembelajaran diawali dengan kegiatan pembuka, kemudian diceritakan sejarah budaya di kota Malang tersebut, kemudian dikaitkan dengan materi lingkaran dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan penutup disertai evaluasi berupa pemberian soal. Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah R2D2 (recursive, reflective, desaign and develompent). Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan media dan uji coba tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran berbasis etnomatematika pada materi lingkaran kelas VI valid dan praktis digunakan di sekolah dasar sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Packaging Village, Kediri City District is one of the areas in Kediri City, which is famous for its cultural arts village, especially Jaranan. So many people know it as the "Kampung Pecut." The branding of the "Kampung Pecut" has been carried out, primarily through various performances held to introduce "Pecut" arts and "Pecut" crafts. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has limited promotional activities due to a ban on holding shows. It causes an economic downturn for the arts and "Pecut" craftsmen. So as an effort to overcome this problem, the community service team conducts training and assistance to optimize the sale of "Pecut" handicrafts and the completeness of the art of “Jaranan” through digital media. Based on the results of the joint evaluation, information obtained that this mentoring activity was constructive for art actors to increase their ability to promote"Pecut” arts and "Pecut" crafts to the broader community. So that is expected to improve the economy of the art performers. After the mentoring process is deemed sufficient by paying attention to the evaluation results and seeing the use of media directly, the direct mentoring process stops. However, indirect assistance (monitoring and communication) continued to develop and implement to obtain maximum results and maintain the sustainability of the technology used

Ngenep Village is one of the villages in Karangploso District, Malang Regency which has abundant potential in the fields of plantations and agriculture. Most of the land in this village area is classified as fertile. Seeing this potential, we as implementers of the Malang State University Community Service Activities try to help develop the potential of Ngenep Village through community empowerment activities in the form of training on how to plant Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). The service activity aims to improve the abilities and skills of the villagers of Ngenep in managing the TOGA garden. The method used in this activity is the method of lecture, demonstration, discussion and question and answer. The implementation of this activity begins with the lecture method, namely the delivery of TOGA material, then participants and presenters conduct discussions and ask questions about the material. After that, it was continued with demonstration activities on how to plant TOGA which was carried out on plantation land. After the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that the residents of Ngenep Village can gain a lot of knowledge about TOGA, so that they can develop a TOGA garden using appropriate management methods.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce question card media based on google sites material for LCM and GCF grade IV Elementary Schools that are valid and interesting for students. The research model uses the ADDIE model with five stages of development including: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The product is a website link (https://sites.google.com/view/media-mathion-card/page-muka) which is online. Based on the validation results, the percentage of material experts is 85 percent (valid), the percentage of media experts is 96.67 percent (very valid), the percentage of teachers is 91.67 percent (very valid), and the student attractiveness test results are 93 percent (very good). So it was concluded that the mathion card media product was valid according to the experts and interesting for fourth grade students.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media kartu soal berbasis google sites materi KPK dan FPB kelas IV Sekolah Dasar yang valid dan menarik bagi siswa. Model penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahap pengembangan meliputi: (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Produk berupa link website (https://sites.google.com/view/media-mathion-card/halaman-muka) yang secara online. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, persentase ahli materi 85 persen (valid), persentase ahli media 96,67 persen (sangat valid), persentase guru 91,67 persen (sangat valid), dan hasil uji kemenarikan siswa sebesar 93 persen (sangat baik). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa produk media mathion card valid menurut para ahli serta menarik bagi siswa kelas IV.
