Abstract

Abstract: A preliminary study conducted at Public Elementary School Bareng IV Malang (SD Negeri Bareng 4 Malang), found the fact that teachers at SD Negeri Bareng IV Malang have not so well understood the demands of learning in the Curriculum 2013 which requires that the Scientific approach be implemented with integrated character learning. On the other hand, they are required to be able to develop lesson plan (RPP) with Scientific approach. Lack of understanding is caused because the Socialization of Curriculum 2013 has not reached them. They also have not yet mastered the principles of integrated thematic learning and how to integrate the education and character education in it. As a result, they are not yet aware of how to design learning with Scientific approach with integrated character learning in it. Assistance of Preparing RPP Scientific Approach with Integrated Character Learning is done with the aim that teachers in Primary School understand how to develop RPP with Scientific Approach with Learning Character Integration and able to arrange it well.Keywords: lesson plan, thematic, scientific, learning integrated charactersAbstrak: Studi awal yang dilakukan di SD Negeri Bareng IV, ditemukan fakta bahwa guru-guru di SD Negeri Bareng 4 Malang belum begitu memahami dengan baik tuntutan pembelajaran pada Kurikulum 2013 yang menuntut agar diimplementasikan pendekatan Scientificdenganpembelajaran karakter terintegrasi. Di sisi lain, mereka dituntut untuk bisa mengembangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan pendekatan Scientific.Kurangnya pemahaman tersebut disebabkan karena Sosialisasi Kurikulum 2013 belum menjangkau mereka. Mereka juga belum begitu menguasai prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran tematik terpadu dan bagaimana mengntegrasikan pendidikan dan pembelajaran karakter di dalamnya. Akibatnya, mereka belum baham bagaimana merancang pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Scientific dengan pembelajaran karakter terintegrasi di dalamnya. Pendampingan Penyusunan RPP Berpendekatan Scientific dengan Pembelajaran Karakter Terintegrasi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar memahami bagaimana menyusun RPP dengan Pendekatan Scientific dengan Integrasi Pembelajaran Karakter dan mampu menyusunnya dengan baik.Kata kunci: rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, tematik, scientific, pembelajaran karakter terintegrasi

Abstract

One of the factor that plays an important role in learning mathematics is motivation to learn. The purpose of this study was to determine learning motivation both internal and external motivation that play a role in student learning in the content of mathematics in SDN 1 Gawang and SDN 2 Gawang, Kebonagung District, Pacitan Regency. The results showed that the internal motivation and external motivation of students of SDN 1 Gawang and SDN 2 Gawang in learning mathematics were in the good category, based on the average scores obtained. Viewed from the supporting indicators, it is necessary to increase internal motivation related to expectations while learning and external motivation related to an adequate learning environment in mathematics learning. In addition, specifically at SDN 2 Gawang, the provision of external motivation still needs to be improved in order to optimize learning of mathematics, especially in fourth grade students. Salah satu faktor yang memegang peranan penting dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah motivasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar baik motivasi internal maupun eksternal yang berperan dalam pembelajaran siswa pada muatan matematika di SDN 1 Gawang dan SDN 2 Gawang, Kecamatan Kebonagung, Kabupaten Pacitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi internal dan motivasi eksternal siswa SDN 1 Gawang dan SDN 2 Gawang dalam pembelajaran matematika berada pada kategori baik, berdasarkan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh. Dilihat pada indikator pendukungnya, maka perlu ada peningkatan motivasi internal terkait harapan saat belajar dan motivasi eksternal terkait lingkungan belajar yang memadai pada pembelajaran matematika. Selain itu, khusus di SDN 2 Gawang, pemberian motivasi eksternal masih perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran matematika, khususnya pada siswa kelas IV.

Abstract

Abstract: The aimed of this research is to describe the mistakes of the students grade VI in elemetary school that is related to addition and subtraction fraction operation and the causal factors. This research used explanatory design. the data is in the form of test. The result of this research indicated that 61% students do mistakes in addition fraction operation and 63,3% students do mistakes in subtraction fraction operation. The mistakes consist of misprochedure, misconception, misinterpretation of the directions, careless, wrong implementation, and unstudied. According to those datum, the result of discussion can be summed up that the mistakes of the students in addition fraction operation reach 61% and subtraction fraction operation reach 63,3%.Keyword: students’ mistakes, addition, subtraction, fractions.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kesalahan siswa kelas VI SD terkait dengan operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan serta faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan explanatory design. Data berupa hasil tes. Hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa 61% siswa mengalami kesalahan pada operasi penjumlahan pecahan dan 63,3% siswa pada operasi pengurangan pecahan. Kesalahan siswa meliputi kesalahan prosedur, kesalahan konsep, kesalahan dalam menyalahartikan petunjuk, kesalahan karena kecerobohan, kesalahan aplikasi, dan kesalahan belajar. Berdasarkan paparan data hasil pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesalahan siswa pada operasi penjumlahan pecahan mencapai 61% dan pada operasi pengurangan pecahan mencapai 63,3%.Kata kunci: kesalahan siswa, penjumlahan, pengurangan, pecahan.

Abstract

Teaching materials are part of learning. The lack of variety of teaching materials used can make students less active and enthusiastic during the learning process. Several things can make students excited and active in learning, one of which is by using a QR Code-based pocketbook. This study aims to produce a QR Code-based pocketbook that is valid and practical in terms of validation of material experts, teaching materials experts, teachers, and student responses. The type of development research used is research and development (RnD). The research model used is the ADDIE development model. This research produces a pocketbook based on a QR Code on the material of plane figure of fourth-grade elementary school mathematics content. The QR Code-based pocketbook included in the Criteria is valid and feasible to use. These results are based on the average value of 2 material experts of 88%, the average value of 2 teaching materials experts of 97.75%, and the value of practitioners (teachers) of 100%, student responses 95.29%. Percentage based on these results, pocketbooks can be used in learning

Abstract

Reflective thinking is known as assessing what they know, what they need to know, and how they bridge that gap during learning situations. Relating what students knew with what they learn today is not easy, sometimes they forget or just cannot make a connection between it. This study will analyze how the students actively participating in reflective thinking by creating project-based learning on statistics lesson based on design research. Thirty-nine engineering students, in a group of four, were asked to make their own data, analyze and transfer it into a poster to inform the readers about the use of statistics in daily life. This study used the measurement of reflective thinking scales by Kember to analyze students answer through the worksheet and instructional activity. The instructional activity succeeds to reveals students thinking of all four skills; habitual action, understanding, reflection, and critical reflection. Furthermore, it also discovered the misuse of some terms when used in daily life.

Abstract

Minimum competency assessment is a new challenge for classroom teachers in implementing and integrating it in learning to maximize its diagnostic and curative function on the quality of Indonesian education. This is the background of this research to analyze the readiness of teachers in arranging literacy and numeracy tests in elementary schools. This study used a content analysis design to reveal a test prepared by elementary school teachers for minimum competency assessment involving 30 elementary school teachers. Data analysis results are presented in the form of percentage accuracy of items with quantitative descriptive and examples of items that are described qualitatively. The results showed that the competence of school teachers in compiling literacy and numeracy assessment questions in elementary schools was still not optimal in terms of form, content, context, and cognitive level, especially for reflect and evaluate levels for literacy assessments and reasoning levels for required numeracy assessments. Especially for literary content on literacy, scientific context on literacy and numeracy, and third-level literacy and numeracy. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the competency of elementary school teachers in implementing a minimum competency assessment needs to be carried out to meet the standards and functions of the Indonesian national assessment. This study provides an overview of teacher readiness in carrying out minimum competency assessments in elementary schools related to their role as learning evaluators

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the readiness of prospective elementary school teachers who are students of the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program of the State University of Malang in facing the era of the industrial revolution in terms of educational competence, competence for technological commercialization, competence in globalization, competence in the future strategies, and counselor competence. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study model. The results showed that the ability of prospective teachers in terms of these five aspects showed good results, namely from the aspect of educational competence. The results are quite good for the aspects of counselor competence. And the results are less for competence for technological commercialization, competence in globalization, and competence in future strategies. Keywords: readiness, prospective elementary school teachers, industrial revolution ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan calon guru sekolah dasar siswa program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) Universitas Negeri Malang dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri ditinjau dari kompetensi pendidikan, kompetensi komersialisasi teknologi, kompetensi globalisasi, kompetensi strategi masa depan, dan kompetensi konselor. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan calon guru ditinjau dari kelima aspek tersebut menunjukkan hasil yang baik yaitu dari aspek kompetensi pendidikan. Hasilnya cukup baik untuk aspek kompetensi konselor. Dan hasilnya kurang untuk kompetensi komersialisasi teknologi, kompetensi dalam globalisasi, dan kompetensi dalam strategi masa depan. Kata kunci: kesiapan, calon guru sekolah dasar, revolusi industri

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a media product in the form of interactive mathematical multimedia called MUTIF MATIKA material for GCD and LCM for grade IV elementary school students that is valid and practical. The research method is the Research and Development used model of ADDIE. Based on formative evaluation by media experts obtained 97 percent, material experts obtained 81.9 percent, trials to teachers obtained 92.5 percent, and trials to students gained 88.5 percent. Based on the percentage gain, it shows that the MUTIF MATIKA media is valid and practical so that it can be used in learning in grade IV in primary schools. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk media berupa multimedia interaktif matematika yang disebut MUTIF MATIKA materi FPB dan KPK untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang valid dan praktis. Metode penelitiannya adalah Research and Development menggunakan model ADDIE. Berdasarkan evaluasi formatif oleh ahli media diperoleh 97,2 persen, ahli materi diperoleh 84,7 persen, uji coba oleh guru diperoleh 92,5 persen, dan uji coba oleh siswa 88,5 persen. Berdasarkan perolehan persentase, menunjukkan bahwa media MUTIF MATIKA valid dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning media is a tool used by teachers to deliver material to students. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that the teacher had not used the media. So that when the observations showed that students were still confused about the material properties and volumes of shapes. This research develops interactive multimedia based on android. The purpose of this research is to produce interactive multimedia that is valid according to media experts, material experts and practical according to users. This study uses the ADDIE model. The result of the development is in the form of interactive multimedia products that are used in building materials. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Glanggang. Based on the assessment instrument from 2 media experts, an average percentage of 94.98 percent was obtained, from 2 material experts obtained a percentage of 89.29 percent, from the trial to the teacher the percentage was 96.05 percent, and the student user trial obtained a percentage of 95.44 percent. Based on the percentage of assessments from experts and the test results show that interactive multimedia is categorized as very valid and very practical so that it can be used in learning activities. Abstrak: Media pembelajaran merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan materi kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara ditemukan bahwa guru belum menggunakan media. Sehingga saat observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih kebingungan tentang materi sifat dan volume bangun ruang. Penelitian ini mengembangkan multimedia interaktif yang berbasis android. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif yang valid menurut ahli media, ahli materi serta praktis menurut pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil pengembangan berupa produk multimedia interaktif yang digunakan pada materi bangun ruang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 2 Glanggang. Berdasarkan instrumen penilaian dari 2 orang ahli media diperoleh rata-rata persentase 94,98 persen, dari 2 orang ahli materi diperoleh persentase 89,29 persen, dari uji coba kepada guru diperoleh persentase 96,05 persen, dan uji coba pengguna siswa diperoleh persentase 95,44 persen. Berdasarkan persentase penilaian dari para ahli dan hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif dikategorikan sangat valid dan sangat praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: Field conditions show that learning fractions in class V requires innovative teaching materials. This study aims to test the validity and practicality of the developed E-Module. The ADDIE model is used in this development. Product validation got the results of 98.68 percent declared valid. Material validation got a percentage result of 83.33 percent declared valid. The practicality test from users (teachers) got a percentage result of 94.23 percent which was declared practical and the practicality test of students got a score of 88.59 percent which was declared practical. So the validation and practicality of the product are declared valid and practical. Abstrak: Kondisi lapangan menunjukan pembelajaran pecahan di kelas V membutuhkan bahan ajar yang inovatif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji kevalidan dan kepraktisan E-Modul yang dikembangkan. Model ADDIE digunakan pada pengembangan ini. Validasi produk mendapat hasil 98,68 persen dinyatakan valid. Validasi materi mendapat hasil persentase sebesar 83,33 persen dinyatakan valid. Uji kepraktisan dari pengguna (guru) mendapat hasil persentase sebesar 94,23 persen dinyatakan praktis dan uji kepraktisan peserta didik mendapatkan nilai sebesar 88,59 persen dinyatakan praktis. Jadi validasi dan uji kepraktisan produk dinyatakan valid dan praktis.
