Senayan Library Management System, usually called as SLiMS dan e-DDC (electronic Dewey Decimal Classification), is an application for library that now is used widely because it is easy to use, guaranteed of updating from the provider, and free. SLiMs and e-DDC is actually two separated application, but in the practice, it is possible and recommended to be used together. SLiMS is used as a tool of library automation, meanwhile e-DDC functions to help finding collection classification number. Some users of SLiMS and e-DDC have suggested to develop SLiMS that is integral with e-DDC, so the use of both application can be practical which can make the librarian easier to manage the library. Based on the suggestion, the writer and e-DDC team finally created and designed additional application which is called plugin in SLiMS automation system that contained e-DDC. The plugin was created using PHP MySQL and MySQL database. The purpose of this paper is to enrich the reference of library application development, especially that is based on Free Open Source Software (FOSS). The method used is Research and Development method. The result was the Plugin e-DDC for SLiMS was finished and released on May 2, 2015 to celebrate National Education Day.

Between Senayan Library Management System or usually called SLiMS and e-DDC (electronic Dewey Decimal Classification) now is the most popular library application software which has a lot of user, because it is simple to use, has an updating guarantee from its developers and off course both of them are free of charge. Although SLiMS and e-DDC are different application at all, as practically they are recommended to be used togather for library management. SLiMS is used for library automation and e-DDC is to find collectionâs classification. Many users of SLiMS and e-DDC ever give suggestions about developing SLiMS with e-DDC include in its database, and then librarians will be easier to manage their libraries. Because of that suggestion, finally a plugin as an additional application for SLiMS has been created and developed. That plugin was build with PHP language programming and MySQL database. The purpose of this paper is to enrich about reference of development of library application, especially those based on Free Open Source Software (FOSS). This paper use Research and Development Methods. And the result of this paper is Plugin e-DDC for SLiMS which has released on May, 2nd 2015, in order to celebrate âNational Education Dayâ.Â Â

The long house of the Brusu Dayak tribe that lives in North Kalimantan is a house that always increases the length of the building following the increase in the number of family heads in one offspring. The most interesting part of the longhouse compared to other Dayak tribes' houses is that in the longhouse Brusu Dayak tribes do not have windows but only rely on openings on the roof of the building according to their residential needs so that it affects the thermal comfort of the longhouse. In general, this study aims to determine the effect of the shape of openings on the roofs of Dayak Brusu tribal longhouse buildings on thermal comfort levels. The research method includes direct surveys to the field by observing the shape of the building and the shape of the roof opening in the longhouse, as well as doing direct measurements on several points determined. Measurements made include measurements of temperature, humidity, air movement, where measurements are made on the interior of a long house with 15 measuring points, where each point is measured for 24 hours with the time of measurement every 2 hours. From the above analysis, it can be concluded that the effective temperature for the tenang area is more likely to be lower than the ganak and lamin, this is because the roof formation of the long house located in the garden can be opened and closed according to the needs of the occupants.

Sumberdaya manusia adalah bagian yang menggerakkan sistem dalam perusahaan dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, karena karyawan adalah perencana, pelaku dan penentu terwujudnya tujuan organisasi. Untuk mendapatkan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas diperlukan strategi untuk mengelola sumberdaya tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahu pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan pada UD. Tohu Srijaya Kec. Junrejo Kota Batu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan UD. Tohu Srijaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan semua karyawan sebanyak 30 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan dan parsial variabel Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada UD. Tohu Srijaya Junrejo Kota Batu.

The existence of Gadingmangu Pesantren in the middle of the global can become one of the interesting object to study, considering that this pesantren is improved of education area. Since the beginning of this pesantren, they have lived in harmony with the community. If observed, there is a strong will to protect traditional culture in the middle of the global culture this day.There are three problem which considered in this research. First is to see how the interaction process between the pesantren and the surrounding societies, and which space and environment setting have a function as media for social interaction between the pesantren and the neighbourhood. Second, how is the attitude and behavior of the community about the existence of Gadingmangu Pesantren settlement. The aims of this study is to see cultural values of pesantren which used in the settlement.Methodology used is field research to study physical and non physical aspect intensively. Area of architecture, environment psychology, and sociology, covers settlement and cultural values of pesantren at Gadingmangu. The research results is to find the concept of space surveillance settlement can be considered by physical aspects. Physically, there is a setting which reflect strong interaction between the pesantren Gadingmangu and the settlement nearly.

English has become a must-have skill nowadays, because English is used as a communication tool between nations, so we can understand, learn and use products from abroad.

The study examines the effects of the Ngawiâ€Kertosono toll road interchange development planning to land use change in Nganjuk as an agricultural city using Delphi method through exploration of expert opinion. The study forecasted potential development such as housingâ€residential, tradeâ€service and industryâ€warehousing as a result from the development plan. Analysis showed that the plan rendered two implications. On the one hand it provided an increase in accesibility south of the toll road making development possible, on the other hand the north of the toll road might suffer development challenges due to loss of accessibility because the interchange was to only accommodate traffic from the south. Because of this, experts think that the north part of the toll road will suffer stagnance. All this demonstrate contradictory influence of development planning in the development of a region.

Abstrak Faktor utama penentu keberhasilan dalam usaha peternakan adalah penyediaan pakan. Salah satu penyediaan pakan bagi ternak adalah dengan pemanfaatan pakan asal sisa hasil pertanian, perkebunan maupun agroindustri. Salah satu sisa tanaman pangan dan perkebunan yang mempunyai potensi cukup besar adalah janggel jagung. Sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelaku usaha peternakan dan pengolahan limbah jagung, maka perlu dilakukan rancang bangun mesin penggiling janggel jagung. Setelah mesin selesai dibuat mesin tersebut harus diuji performa/unjuk kerjanya apakah produktivitasnya sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan apakah ukuran butiran produknya sudah sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Analisis dilakukan dengan variasi kecepatan putaran pada as poros yaitu: 1100 rpm, 880 rpm dan 629 rpm. Analisis yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah hasil pengujian performa mesin penggiling janggel jagung yang terdiri dari kapasitas produksi dan juga konsumsi bahan bakar yang dibutuhkan untuk proses penggilingan janggel jagung. Hasil akhir yang diinginkan adalah hasil pengujian mesin penggiling janggel jagung yang efektif dan effisien pada hasil produk yang palaing bagus. Pengujian dengan hasil maksimal didapat pada kecepatan putar 1100 rpm. Pada kecepatan 1100 rpm didapatkan kapasitas peroduksi sebesar 65 kg/jam dan konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 2,64. Jurnal ini menjelaskan tentang penurunan kekuatan impact dan struktur mikro pelat baja St 37 setelah dilakukan pengelasan SMAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan metode literatur. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelat baja St 37 yang mengandung sedikitnya 0,12813 % karbon. Jumlah spesimen yang diujikan dalam penelitian ini adalah 27 yang mendapatkan perlakuan kuat arus berbeda. Pengelasan menggunakan elektroda E 6013 dengan variasi kuat arus 80 A, 100 A dan 120 A. Sambungan las menggunakan sambungan kampuh V tunggal dengan sudut 70o. Setiap spesimen yang sudah dilas, dilakukan metode pendinginan dengan media pendigin oli selama 15 detik dengan posisihorizontal. Oli yang digunakan adalah meditran S dengan kondisi baru untuk setiap spesimen variasi kuat arus. Spesimen baja St 37 yang dilas memiliki ketebalan 10 mm. Nilai awal rata-rata kekuatan impact pelat baja St 37 sebelum dilakukan pengelasan SMAW adalah 5,41 J/mm2 dengan struktur mikro ferit dan perlit yang berarti sifat awal dari baja St 37 adalahulet. Setelah dilakukan pengelasan SMAW pada pelat baja St 37, nilai rata-rata kekuatan impact mengalami penurunan. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil pengelasan paling optimal, yaitu pada kelompok kuat arus 100 A dengan nilai rata-rata kekuatan impact sebesar 0,96 J/mm2. Pada kelompok kuat arus 100 A didapatkan struktur mikro ferit halus, bainit atas dan martensit sehingga hasil patahan menjukkan patah ulet-getas. Hasil pengelasan paling rendah didapat kelompok kuat arus120 A dengan nilai rata-rata kekuatan impak sebesar 0,77 J/mm2. Struktur mikro yang didapat pada kelompok 120 A adalah ferit kasar, bainit atas dan martensit sehingga hasil patahannya terlihat getas sepenuhnya.
