Abstract

The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced farmers to adopt some new habits so that household income and expenses may differ between before and after the pandemic. This study was aimed to analyze the total income and expenditure of rice farmers' households and analyze several factors that can affect the total expenditures of rice farmers' households. This research was conducted in Dukuhwaru District, Tegal Regency. The method used in this study was the survey method by taking several samples from members of the existing farmer population. The results showed that the total household income of rice farmers in Dukuhwaru District was IDR 44,944,892.37 per year. The total household expenditure of rice farmers was IDR 17,963,720.00 per year allocated 57.49% from food consumption and 42.51% from non-food consumption. Factors that affect rice farmers' household expenditures were the area of rice fields, the number of family members, and the number of school children. The COVID-19 pandemic does not affect farmers in Dukuhwaru District to keep farming three times a year but increases household spending on electricity and education costs.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes in the order of people's lives, including the economic aspect. causing people to have to manage spending and even have to stop using a product or suppress habits that have to issue a budget. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence consumers in buying and consuming processed Sambiloto. The research method used is a non-probability sampling technique with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The data analysis method used to analyze Identification, Consumer Perceptions, and Efforts is descriptive qualitative, and the influencing factors use multiple linear regression analysis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis Identifikasi, Persepsi Konsumen, dan Upaya adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian terhadap variabel Pengetahuan ( ), Manfaat ( ), Kebiasaan ( ), Harga ( ) dan Mudah diperoleh (X5) serrta Upaya dalam meningkatkan penjualan yaitu Aspek produk, Harga, Promosi, dan Tempat. Kata Kunci: Sambiloto, Obat Herbal, dan Konsumen

Abstract

This study was aimed : (1) to analyzed the added value of Siwalan into a product Dawet Siwalan and Legen Siwalan in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency, (2) to compared the added value Siwalan into Dawet Siwalan and Legen Siwalan in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The location of the research was determined purposively in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. This research used a descriptive method. The type of data used was quantitative data. The sources of data used were primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used the Hayami Method. The results showed that the added value of Dawet Siwalan was IDR 73.411,-/production, while the added value of Legen Siwalan was IDR 7.773,-/production. Based on the calculation of added value analysis, the added value of Dawet Siwalan are higher than Legen Siwalan. The added value ratio generated by Dawet Siwalan was 73% which categorized as high, while Siwalan Legen was 31% which categorized as medium. It was caused by several factors, such as: production capacity, amount of raw materials used, number of workers, output prices, raw material prices and the other cost of donation contributedKeywords:Added Value, Dawet Siwalan, Legen SiwalanINTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis nilai tambah siwalan menjadi produk dawet siwalan dan legen siwalan di Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik, (2) membandingkan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan siwalan menjadi produk dawet siwalan dan legen siwalan di Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah dawet siwalan sebesar Rp 73.411,-/produksi, sedangkan nilai tambah legen siwalan sebesar Rp 7.773,-/produksi. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis nilai tambah, produk dawet siwalan lebih tinggi dibandingkan legen siwalan. Rasio nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dawet siwalan sebesar 73% di sini >40% dikategorikan tinggi, sedangkan legen siwalan sebesar 31% dikategorikan sedang. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu, kapasitas produksi, jumlah bahan baku yang digunakan, jumlah tenaga kerja, harga output, harga bahan baku dan biaya sumbangan input lainnya. Kata kunci: Dawet Siwalan, Legen Siwalan, Nilai Tambah

Abstract

The life of fishermen in Tengket Village is still synonymous with low levels of welfare and poverty, because the socio-economic aspects are not fully understood and are not realized by fishermen. This study aims to identify the social conditions of fishermen, identify the economic conditions of fishermen, analyze fishermen's exchange rates (NTN) and to analyze the factors that influence the amount of fishermen's income. The location of this research was in Tengket Village, Arosbaya District, Bangkalan Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 60 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis, Fishermen's Exchange Rate (NTN) analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the social conditions of fishermen and the economic conditions of fishermen in Tengket Village, Arosbaya District, Bangkalan Regency were included in the moderate category. Based on multiple linear regression testing on the t test, it shows that age and education level partially have no effect on income, while length of time at sea, capital, number of catches, and selling price have partially affected income. The f test shows that simultaneously age, education level, length of time at sea, capital, number of catches and selling price affect income, with an R2 value of 0.073 or 73.3%.Keywords: fisherman, socio-economic, income, fisherman exchange rateINTISARIKehidupan nelayan di Desa Tengket masih identik dengan rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan dan kemiskinan, karena aspek sosial ekonomi belum sepenuhnya dipahami dan tidak disadari oleh nelayan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi sosial nelayan, mengidentifikasi kondisi ekonomi nelayan, menganalisis nilai tukar nelayan (NTN) dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya pendapatan nelayan. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tengket, Kecamatan Arosbaya, kabupaten Bangkalan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis Nilai Tukar Nelayan (NTN) dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sosial nelayan dan kondisi ekonomi nelayan di Desa Tengket Kecamatan Arosbaya Kabupaten Bangkalan termasuk pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear berganda pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa usia dan tingkat pendidikan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan lama melaut, modal, jumlah tangkapan, dan harga jual secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Uji f menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan usia, tingkat pendidikan, lama melaut, modal, jumlah tangkapan dan harga jual berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, dengan nilai R2 0,073 atau 73,3%.Kata kunci : nelayan, sosial ekonomi, pendapatan, nilai tukar nelayan

Abstract

Perum BULOG as a company assigned directly by the government to manage food logistics, has not made our products, KITA, excel in the market. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price, product quality, and packaging on the repurchase intention of Beras KITA. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, with 95 respondents. The research employs the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. Brand image (X1), price (X2), product quality (X3), and packaging (X4) have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention (Y). The results of this study provide insights to Perum BULOG for optimizing marketing strategies and product development to enhance the brand image, quality, and attractiveness of Beras KITA in the eyes of consumers, thereby gaining a competitive edge in the market. Keywords: brand image, price, product quality, packaging, repurchase intentionINTISARI Perum BULOG sebagai perusahaan diberikan tugas langsung oleh pemerintah dalam mengatur logistik pangan, hal terebut tidak menjadikan produk KITA unggul dalam pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, harga, kualitas produk, dan kemasan terhadap minat beli ulang Beras KITA. Metode penentuan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 95 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Brand image (X1), harga (X2), kualitas produk (X3), dan kemasan (X4) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y). Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan kepada Perum BULOG untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan produk untuk meningkatkan citra merek, kualitas, dan daya tarik Beras KITA di mata konsumen, sehingga dapat lebih unggul di pasaran. Kata kunci: brand image, harga, kualitas produk, kemasan, minat beli ulang

Abstract

Rice is the most important commodity in Indonesia. Indonesian people are highly dependent on consuming rice. Rice apart from being the main staple food, rice is also very important in terms of the number of producers and the number of consumers in Indonesia. Rice producers, as many as 25.4 million households are involved in rice farming activities. Rice consumers, the total expenditure of poor households is around 30 percent used to buy rice. Sumenep Market, but amidst the many brands sold in the market, rice consumers feel unable to assess the quality of the rice, the suitability between the contents and the packaging, especially the intended market segment. This study analyzes the factors that influence the level of consumer confidence in rice. This study uses quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the level of trust of the five variables that have a positive and significant influence are Brand, Purchase Frequency, Price, Attributes and lastly Packaging. Key-words: Market, Rice, ConsumersINTISARI Beras merupakan komoditas terpenting di Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi dalam mengonsumsi beras. Beras selain sebagai makanan pokok utama, beras juga sangat penting terkait jumlah produsen dan jumlah konsumen di Indonesia. Produsen beras, sebanyak 25,4juta  rumah tangga terlibat dalam kegiatan usaha tani padi. Konsumen beras, total pengeluaran rumah tangga miskin sekitar 30 persen digunakan untuk membeli beras. Pasar Sumenep, namun di tengah banyak merek yang terjual di pasar, konsumen beras dirasa belum mampu menilai beras berkualitas, kesesuaian antara isi dengan kemasan , khususnya segmen pasar yang dituju. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan konsumen beras. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan dari kelima variabel yang memiliki pengaruh positif  dan signifikan adalah Merek, Frekuensi Pembelian, Harga, Atribut dan terakhir Kemasan. Kata kunci: Pasar, Beras, Konsumen

Abstract

Cultivating organic vegetables promises significant benefits such as supporting environmental health, increasing farmer welfare, and improving food quality. Even though demand for organic vegetables continues to increase, farmers' awareness and understanding regarding organic cultivation is still limited due to barriers to access to information and the strong tradition of conventional farming. To overcome these obstacles, service activities are carried out through socialization of organic vegetable cultivation, in collaboration with CV Reja Mayur. This outreach not only provides technical information on organic cultivation but also highlights economic and environmental aspects. Approach methods through lectures, discussions and simulations are used to provide significant understanding to socialization participants. The results of this activity are not only aimed at meeting market demand for organic vegetables, but also as a strategic step in achieving sustainable agriculture. The hope is that farmers can implement organic vegetable cultivation practices with sufficient confidence and knowledge, create positive transformations in their lives, and have a positive impact on the local community and environment.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase the use of abundant milk from dairy cows in Sereng Hamlet, Kemiri Village, Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency, through training in making sucked pudding or pudot. The local community, which previously only sold raw milk to collectors with low economic value, is trained to process milk into value-added products that are more attractive to consumers using direct practical methods to facilitate community understanding and skills at every stage, starting from socialization, training theoretically, hands-on practice, to digital marketing. The results of the activity showed that participants not only mastered the technique of processing pudot with various flavors, but also utilized digital platforms to reach a wider market. Apart from improving technical and economic skills, this program motivates communities to innovate and be independent in managing local products. With ongoing support and evaluation, it is hoped that the people of Sereng Hamlet can create new, sustainable business opportunities and strengthen the village economy through diversifying dairy products. This program is expected to become a model for rural economic development that can significantly improve the quality of life of local communities

Abstract

Vegetable traders are the occupation of the majority of the people in Claket Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto. The lack of knowledge and insight gained by vegetable traders regarding the recording of vegetable deposits so that there is no accurate recording or data on vegetable deposits. Community service activities are carried out by providing outreach and assistance to provide insight and application of accounting reports. This activity consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, the preparation stage, the socialization stage and the mentoring stage. The existence of socialization and assistance is expected to help vegetable traders in managing their bookkeeping.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the importance of socializing the application of social media in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Blitar City. Social media has become a very effective tool in building relationships with customers, marketing products and increasing business visibility. However, there are still many MSMEs in Blitar City that have not utilized the potential of social media optimally. Through outreach, MSMEs owners will be provided with a better understanding of social media and how to use it as an effective marketing tool. This outreach will involve training and increasing knowledge on relevant social media platforms, online marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and measuring and analyzing social media performance. It is hoped that by socializing the use of social media, MSMEs in Blitar City will be able to make better use of social media to promote their products and services, reach a wider audience, and increase their online presence. With the increase in online presence, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the overall turnover and growth of MSMEs in Blitar City.
