Abstract

Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is one of the risk factors that have a high contribution to infant mortality. Increasing the baby's weight is used as an indicator to determine LBW growth. In LBW babies, touch therapy is a form of stimulation to increase endurance, digestive function activities, and vagus nerve activity. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Loving Touch Therapy (LTT) as one of the effective non-medical methods to increase body weight in LBW that can be done by parents during home care. Method: This study was a quantitative study using an experimental design and Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) design. This research conducted in 15 respondents in the intervention group with four weeks' LTT and 15 respondents in the control group who were given Tactile Kinesthetic Stimulation (TKS). Data were obtained from measurements of body weight before and after the intervention then the data were analyzed using independent t-test with significance level p-value <0.05 and multivariate analysis using linear regression.Results: 19 respondents female (63.3%) and 11 respondents male (36.6%) was participated in this research by the frequency distribution of the gender. It was a significant increase in body weight in LBW with LTT carried out by his mother for 28 days compared with TKS stimulation. The differences in the average weight gain are 197 grams. The difference is statistically significant.Conclusions: It can be concluded that LTT is more effective in increasing body weight in LBW post-hospital care because the technique is simple and sequential from the front to the back of the baby's body which makes it easier for parents to understand and physiologically doesn't lose much an energy.

Abstract

Abstract: Application of guide inquiry method with real things in increase peaces learning of fourth grade students elementary school. This Research aimed is describe applied of guide inquiry with real things in increase peaces learning of fourth grade elementary school. This research is a collaborative action research with conducted in three cycles, each cycle includes the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research were the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Waluyorejo which consist of 27 students, .The results show that The Application of Guide Inquiry Method with Real Things can  Increase Peaces Learning   of Fourth Grade Students. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah medeskripsikan penerapan metode inkuiri terbimbing dengan benda nyata dalam peningkatan pembelajaran pecahan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, masing-masing siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Waluyorejo yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran disekolah dewasa ini masih nampak, siswa sering terlambat, siswa kurang kesadaran untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah, menyontek saat ulangan dan kurangnya jiwa nasionalisme sehingga mengarah pada lunturnya nilai karakter siswa terjadi di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. Kebijakan pendidikan karakter, implementasi, dan pelaksanaan belum terlihat di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal untuk menjawab tantangan globaloisasi dan indutrialisasi dalam perubahan budaya pada anak usia sekolah. Tujuan Penelitian adalah: (1) Mengkaji kebijakan pendidikan karakter di sekolah berwawasan kebangsaan SMK Negeri 1 Kendal Kabupaten Kendal, (2) Mengkaji implementasi pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Berwawasan Kebangsaan SMK Negeri 1 Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kebijakan pendidikan karakter dan implementasi pendidikan karakter sebagai landasan wawasan kebangsaan di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi, dengan informan terdiri atas tiga kelompok, yaitu pengelola sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) kebijakan pendidikan karakter yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal dilaksanakan sesuai dengan keinginan bersama warga sekolah yang diwujudkan melalui SK Kepala Sekolah. Pendidikan karakter diwujudkan dalam budaya 5S seperti senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, dan santun, (2) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui pembiasaan dengan memberikan teladan oleh guru kepada siswanya. The implementation of school learning today still seems that the students are often late, lack of awareness to do homework, cheating on daily examination, and lack of spirit of nationalism that led to the fading of student’s character occur in SMK N 1 Kendal. The character building policy, implementation, and execution have not been seen in SMK N 1 Kendal to answer the challenges of the global era and industry in cultural change for students. The purposes of this study are: (1) analyzing the character building policy in the national vision school SMK N 1 Kendal, (2) Analyzing the implementation of character building at the National vision School SMK N 1 Kendal. The focus of this research is character building policy and implementation of character building as the national vision in SMK N 1 Kendal. This study uses a qualitative approach. The location of the study is in SMK N 1 Kendal. The technique of data collection uses interviews and observations, which the informants consist of three groups: school administrators, teachers, and students. Data analysis technique is conducted with interactive analysis. The results of the study show (1) the policy of character building applied in SMK N 1 Kendal is properly implemented by the community of the school realized through the decree of Principal. The character building is realized in the 5S habituation like smiles, shaking hands, greetings, polite, and courtesy. (2) The implementation of character building is applied through habituation by examples of teachers to their students.

Abstract

Hospitalization is often interpreted as a punishment for children, then the child will feel embarrassed, afraid, anxious, thus causing the child to act aggressively, angry, rebellious, often ask questions, not want to eat, not cooperate until he loses control and limited activities which makes treatment difficult. hospitals could be hampered. This study is to provide nursing care for children by applying puzzle play therapy to reduce anxiety in preschool aged children (3-6 years) with hospitalization at RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno Ungaran. The design of this scientific work uses a case study approach based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Observation of anxiety levels using the Preschool Anxiety Scale Revised (PASR) questionnaire.  The results was focused on the nursing problem raised was to reduce anxiety in pre-school children (3-6 years) with hospitalization. The intervention is based on SIKI and SLKI with EBNP intervention in the form of providing puzzle playing therapy. This puzzle playing therapy lasts for 3 days with a duration of 10-15 minutes in one meeting. Giving EBNP shows a decrease in anxiety so that nursing problems can be resolved. There were 3 respondents aged 3-6 years, female and male, hospitalized. 3 clients experience moderate anxiety, appear fussy, quiet, avoid eye contact, appear tense. After the puzzle therapy intervention was carried out, the three clients experienced mild anxiety, appeared calm, and felt less tense. It can be concluded that puzzle game was effective to reduce anxiety of the hospitalized children from moderate to mild anxiety.Keyword:  anxiety, preschool children, puzzle game, hospitalization

Abstract

Latar belakang: Persalinan merupakan hal yang fisiologis, namun dapat menjadi patologis ketika ibu mengalami kecemasan seperti ibu akan megalami persalinan lama, adanya kelainan his, kejadian kecemasan di Indonesia terdapat sekitar 30%, dari data survey di Puskesmas Bukoposo sebanyak 33,3% merasa cemas akan proses persalinan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan kecemasan dengan dukungan dari suami, dengan adanya dukungan suami, ibu akan menjadi lebih tenang.Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan suami terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bukoposo Kabupaten Mesuji Tahun 2024.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif rancangan quasy eksperimen pendekatan two group pre and posttest. Populasi adalah ibu bersalin sebanyak 36 responden dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu 18 kelompok intervensi dan 18 kelompok kontrol, pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bukoposo Kabupaten Mesuji pada bulan Februari – Juli 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t-test).Hasil penelitian: diketahui rata-rata tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin sebelum intervensi 54.2 dan sesudah intervensi adalah 37.1. Sedangkan rata-rata tingkat kecemasan kelompok kontrol adalah 57.2 dan sesudah adalah 45.8.Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pendampingan suami terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin dengan (p-value = 0,000). Saran bagi suami dapat meluangkan waktu untuk mendampingi ibu selama ibu melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan, mendampingi ibu saat ada kegiatan kelas ibu hamil, dapat memberikan dukungan dengan menenangkan ibu, mendampingi ibu, menyiapkan keperluan ibu selama persalinan berlangsung sehingga tingkat kecemasan pada ibu menurun. Kata Kunci : Ibu bersalin, kecemasan ibu bersalin, pendamping suami ABSTRACT  Background:  Childbirth is a physiological thing, but it can become pathological when the mother experiences anxiety, such as the mother will experience a long labor, there are abnormalities, the incidence of anxiety in Indonesia is around 30%, from survey data at the Bukoposo Community Health Center, 33.3% feel anxious about the birth process. . Efforts can be made to reduce anxiety with support from her husband. With her husband's support, the mother will become calmer.The purpose The aim of this research is to determine the effect of husband's assistance on the level of anxiety among mothers giving birth in the Bukoposo Community Health Center Working Area, Mesuji Regency in 2024.Methods: This type of quantitative research is a quasi-experimental design with a two-group pre- and post-test approach. The population was 36 mothers giving birth, divided into 2, namely 18 intervention groups and 18 control groups, total sampling. This research was carried out in the Bukoposo Community Health Center Working Area, Mesuji Regency in February – July 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate data analysis (t-test).Results of the study showed that the average level of anxiety in mothers giving birth before the intervention was 54.2 and after the intervention was 37.1. Meanwhile, the average anxiety level of the control group was 57.2 and after that it was 45.8.Conclusion: There is an influence of husband's assistance on the level of anxiety in mothers giving birth with (p-value = 0.000). Suggestions for husbands can take the time to accompany the mother while the mother is having a pregnancy check-up, accompany the mother during pregnancy class activities, can provide support by calming the mother, accompanying the mother, preparing the mother's needs during labor so that the mother's anxiety level decreases.Keywords: Maternity, maternity anxiety, husband companion

Abstract

This study examines the impact of performance evaluation (feedback) on the self-efficacy of counsellors in training in Indonesia using a mixed-method sequential explanatory approach. Quantitative analysis (SEM-PLS) revealed that feedback significantly influences self-efficacy (β = 0.323, p = 0.042), though with a modest effect size (R² = 10.4%). Qualitative findings identified three key themes: (1) constructive feedback (specific, solution-focused, and dialogic) as most effective, (2) self-reflection as a mediator, and (3) the critical role of a supportive environment. The study highlights the need for structured feedback rubrics, integrated reflection sessions, and collaborative evaluation practices to enhance self-efficacy. These findings contribute to the development of evidence-based training models for counselor preparation programs in Indonesia, addressing gaps in conventional evaluation systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh Pembelajaran metode Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman IPA metode Mind Mapping. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan action research sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Untuk subjek penelitian adalah siswa VII-D. Sedangkan untuk Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (83,33%,), siklus II (100%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui formulasi terbaik yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi bumbu penyedap rasa berbasis sawi putih fermentasi. Sawi asin fermentasi diproses melalui fermentasi dengan penambahan garam, gula jawa dan bawang putih yang selama ini banyak digunakan sebagai pembangkit nafsu makan. Untuk memudahkan dalam penyajian, maka sawi asin fermentasi ini diolah menjadi bumbu penyedap rasa yang praktis dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2023-Februari 2024. Bahan dasar formula pada penelitian ini adalah sawi putih fermentasi dan tempe semangit atau lewat masa fermentasi tiga hari dari tempe normal. Sawi asin fermentasi dan tempe semangit masing-masing dikeringkan dan dibuat tepung dicampur dengan bumbu-bumbu kering menjadi bumbu penyedap rasa instan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu penambahan tepung tempe semangit masing-masing 10%, 20%, 30% dan 40%. Hasil pengujian bumbu penyedap rasa SAFERIN, formulasi terbaik yaitu perlakuan P2 dengan formulasi tepung sawi 80% dan tepung tempe semangit 20%. Berdasarkan hasil uji kualitas, formulasi tersebut telah memenuhi standar SNI 01-4273-1996 untuk bumbu penyedap rasa, yaitu kadar air 3,61%; protein 17,65%; NaCl 25,42%; serat 12,46%; ALT 290 koloni/gram; coliform < 3 MPN/gram. Berdasarkan uji kesukaan, perlakuan P2 memperoleh nilai tertinggi secara keseluruhan baik warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa dengan rata-rata skor kesukaan 3,6 (suka). Keunggulan produk bumbu penyedap rasa SAFERIN, antara lain : menggunakan bahan baku sayuran sawi putih dan tempe semangit yang tersedia melimpah di Kabupaten Boyolali, tidak mengandung bahan hewani sehingga dapat dikonsumsi oleh vegetarian dan penderita penyakit yang membatasi konsumsi bahan hewani, kaya kandungan protein dan serat nabati yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan, tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet, perasa (MSG) dan pewarna buatan, merupakan diversifikasi produk hasil pengolahan sawi putih untuk memperpanjang masa simpan dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya.
