Abstract

Proses clustering dengan algoritma K-Means pada dataset yang memiliki banyak atribut akan mempengaruhi besarnya jumlah iterasi. Pada penelitian ini, metode Information Gain digunakan untuk mereduksi atribut dataset. Dataset yang telah direduksi atribut akan dilanjutkan proses clustering dengan K-Means. Dataset yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah data Hepatitis C Virus yang diperoleh dari UCI Machine Learning Repository, dengan 29 atribut dan 1385 jumlah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah iterasi yang diperoleh dari 10 kali pengujian dengan menggunakan K-Means konvensional diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 32 iterasi, sedangkan K-Means dengan reduksi atribut diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 27.7 iterasi. Nilai validitas cluster dihitung menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). Nilai DBI pada K-Means konvensional sebesar 2.1972, sedangkan DBI pada K-Means yang telah direduksi 1 atribut sampai 5 atribut diperoleh nilai rata-rata DBI masing-masing sebesar 2.0290, 1.8771, 1.8641, 1.8389, dan 1.8117.

Abstract

Purity is an algorithm thatcan be used to measure the purity value of the data. This research aims to implement the purity algorithm to provide the information on the area of rice harvest productivity in Kabupaten Aceh Utara. The highest purity value indicates the highest harvest productivity area. With lower Purity value indicates lower harvest productivity areas. The data used in this research obtained from the Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Aceh Utara in 2015-2019, which consists of 26 sub-districts. The results of this research indicate that the areas that are very productive in producing rice in Aceh Utara are based on planting area (ha), harvested area (ha), productivity (kw/ha), production (ton), and production presentation using Purity. In 2015, the highest purity value was in Muara Batu sub-district with a value of 0.742189869. In 2016, the highest purity value was in Sawang sub-district with a value of 0.732474998. In 2017, the highest purity value was in Sawang sub-district with a value of 0.732862423. In 2018, the highest purity value was in Muara Batu sub-district with a value of 0.742319507. In 2019, the highest purity value was in Tanah Luas sub-district of 0.735502499. The system created on web using the PHP programming language.

Abstract

The scholarship program held to ease the burden of students in taking the study period, especially in terms of costs. This research conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Sawang – Paya Gaboh in Sawang sub-district, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. This research discusses the provision of educational scholarships from the government of Kabupaten Aceh Utara for students. Therefore, the researcher intends to offer a solution to determine the scholarship recipients at SMP Negeri 7 Sawang by applying the Profile Matching method to find the criteria for receiving the scholarship. The purpose of this research is to design and build a system to determine students who are entitled to receive the scholarships by applying the Profile Matching method based on core data and secondary factors. The implementation of the results of the criteria for the scholarship recipients will be processed using the Profile Matching method. It will produce an output that later assist the selection team in finding the scholarship recipients. The results of the research indicate that the use of the Profile Matching algorithm in finding scholarship recipients works according to the expected categories. The student with the highest score on rank is the first alternative that deserves to be the recipient of the government scholarship aid of Kabupaten Aceh Utara. The system is builtand implemented using PHP programming language.

Abstract

The management of Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh is still using a manual library in Biro Perlengkapan which contains some problem whereas it can be burned accidentally refers to fire case in 2017 in Rektorat Building at Universitas Malikussaleh. Given the problem faced by the staff in Biro Perlengkapan, the authors idea is to create a database-based data processing system, the authors designed an integrated information system which be able to anticipated such problem in the future and saving time to collecting important certificates such Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh and protecting them with Honey Encryption algorithm. The information system based on desktop and works as a client-server system. The result of this research provide that the honey encryption algorithm can protect the data and it can solve the problem in management system of land and building certificates.

Abstract

The number of regions and types of plants in East Aceh Regency requires a data clustering process in order to easily find out which areas are most in-demand based on the type of plants. This study applies the k-means algorithm to classify the data. The data used in this study were obtained from the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture, East Aceh Regency. Based on the test results with k-means, the average number of iterations in the 2015-2019 data is 8,7,6,4,3 iterations for each commodity. The test results can show areas of interest for plant seeds with clusters of high demand, attractive, and less desirable. The system in this study was built based on the web using the PHP programming language.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an merupakan pedoman hidup kaum muslim yang berisikan firman Allah yang tersusun dalam bahasa Arab yang simbol hurufnya dikenal dengan sebutan huruf hijaiyah. Huruf hijaiyah terdiri dari 30 huruf. Hampir dari keseluruhan umat Muslim mampu membaca Al Qur’an, akan tetapi tidak dapat membaca Al Quran dengan benar berdasarkan Makhraj, Waqaf, dan Tajwid yang telah ditentukan. Hukum hukum ini merupakan pedoman dalam membaca Al Quran. Untuk membaca Al-Qur’an diperlukan pengetahuan tentang pedoman ilmu Tajwid. Pada umumnya, tidak banyak orang yang mempelajari, mudah mengerti maupun untuk menemukan hukum Tajwid di dalam kitab suci Al-Qur’an. Oleh karena itu, sistem pendeteksi Tajwid diperlukan untuk membantu pengguna menemukan hukum-hukum Tajwid di dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 7 pola Tajwid Idgham Mutajanisain dengan algoritma Fuzzy Associative Memory (FAM) yang diukur unjuk kerjanya berdasarkan nilai sensitive yang berbeda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa keakuratan sistem ini sebesar 60% hingga 90%.

Abstract

Algoritma Honey Encryption dan algoritma Blowfish merupakan dua buah algoritma kriptografi yang dapat digunakan dalam proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Honey Encryption merupakan salah satu algoritma yang masih baru  dalam ilmu kriptografi, untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis  kinerja algoritma tersebut pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Berdasarkan studi perbandingan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa jika ditinjau proses enkripsi dan dekripsinya, algoritma Honey Encryption jauh lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan algoritma Blowfish dari segi keamanan dan tingkat kompleksitas enkripsi dan dekripsinya.

Abstract

Libraries are one of the facilities owned by educational institutions in their service efforts in the field of education. The role of the library is very important in providing scientific books for students and teachers in an effort to provide maximum service. Therefore, the library always increases the number of books provided. With the large number of books, the librarian will certainly have difficulty in finding the book data contained in the library. Therefore, this study aims to create a library system that is expected to help facilitate the management process related to library activities such as borrowing books, returning books, inputting book data and so on. This system is built using the PHP programming language by adding a Brute Force algorithm to help facilitate the search for large number of book data.

Abstract

Purity algorithm is a new algorithm in the field of informatics that used to measure the pure value of a number of data. Profile Matching algorithm is an algorithm that used in making a decision, such as determining the criteria for receiving aid from the government. This research aims to apply the two algorithms, Purity & Profile Matching in determining the criteria of recipients for government aid funds for citizens in Aceh Utara in 2022, where it is hoped that the funds will be accurately given to people in need. The criterias used in this research include name, occupation, income, assets, and number of dependents. The data that has been collected then analyzed by applying the Purity & Profile Matching algorithm. As for this research, two methods will be applied namely Purity & Profile Matching. It used as a comparison in determining the criteria needed in determining the acceptance of the aid funds. This research applied to a Web-based system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

ISPA disease is one of the most common types of disease suffered in Aceh. The method used in this research is fuzzy c means algorithm to cluster the spread of ISPA disease areas in Aceh Utara. The data used is the data on patients with ISPA in 2021 obtained from Cut Meutia General Hospital and Arun Hospital. The attributes used consist of the patient's age, patient's address, patient's gender and the type of ISPA the patient suffered. In this research only focused on 3 types of ISPA, namely Pneumonia, Bronchitis and ISPA. The existing data will then be grouped into 3 clusters, namely low cluster, medium cluster and high cluster. The results of clustering the spread of ISPA in Aceh Utara show that the highest case is in Dewantara District, the medium cluster are Muara Batu, Nisam, Nisam Antara, Sawang, and Tanah Jambo Aye Districts, and the low cluster is Baktiya, Baktiya Barat, Banda Baro, Cot Girek, Geureudong Pase, Kuta Makmur, Langkahan, Lapang, Lhoksukon, Matang Kuli, Meurah Mulia, Nibong, Paya Bakong, Pirak Timu, Samudera, Seunudon, Simpang Keramat, Syamtalira Aron, Syamtalira Bayu, Tanah Luas and Tanah Pasir Districts. With the results of this clustering, it is expected that the provision of drug stocks for ISPA will be prioritized in cluster areas with the highest spread rates.
