Abstract

Gondanglegi Kulon Village is located in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency, the research location is in the Muhammadiyah Entrepreneur Islamic Boarding School area. From the results of information from local villagers, it was explained that in the study area there was no shallow groundwater found. This is also reinforced by the fact that there are no wells in the settlements of the residents around the Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, so that practically no residents use wells to fulfill clean water, they still depend on river water or PDAM services which are relatively expensive and continuous. still below expectations. As a center for religious education, Islamic boarding schools continue to develop supporting facilities. One of the most needed facilities is the availability of clean water. Quantitatively, the supply from the PDAM is not sufficient and the operational costs borne by the manager are too high. The use of groundwater is a solution that can be used to meet the needs of clean water at the research location. Therefore we need a technology to identify the point of exploration, the technology used in this research is geoelectric resistivity. By using the resistivity geoelectric method, it is expected to know the rock structure at the research location and see the potential for deep groundwater. Thus, the hope that in the future the Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School (PPEM) will no longer depend on water raw materials from the PDAM, so the hope is that daily operational costs related to clean water needs can be minimized. From the results of the analysis and discussion, 2 (two) points of drilling recommendations were obtained, but with technical and non-technical considerations, exploration was suggested at point 3 with a potential of 4.2423 L / sec. Where at this location is a rock lithological arrangement consisting of a top soil layer, a clay layer, a tuff layer, a sandy silt layer, a sand layer and a gravel layer.

Abstract

Modern Islamic boarding schools are a combination of Islamic boarding school curriculum with the national education curriculum. Therefore though the format is a boarding school, boarding education, students also acquire knowledge and graduation standards as students who attend public schools. The Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School (PPEM) is a charity business unit managed by the Muhammadiyah Branch Leader (PCM) Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. The land used by the lodge is certified charity land. Along with the construction of housing on the side of cottage land, land boundaries have become a new problem between the border of cottage and housing developers. There is a difference in stake and land boundary, claimed by the housing developer next to the cottage. The target and output of this service program are that PPEM administrators can make an inventory of land through physical mapping. The product of this activity is the result of land mapping, which is applied directly in the form of a topographical mockup of the Islamic boarding school land that follows the mapping results and strengthens the land certificate.ABSTRAKSistem pondok pesantren yang modern adalah perpaduan antara kurikulum pendidikan nasional dengan kurikulum pesantren, sehingga walaupun bentuknya adalah sebuah pondok pesantren, santri juga memperoleh ilmu dan standar kelulusan seperti pelajar sekolah pada sekolah umum. Pondok Pesantren Entrepreneur Muhammadiyah (PPEM) adalah salah satu unit amal usaha di bawah pengelolaan Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Gondanglegi, Kabupaten Malang. Lahan yang digunakan oleh pondok merupakan lahan wakaf bersertifikat. Seiring dengan pembangunan perumahan di sisi lahan pondok, batas lahan menjadi satu masalah baru, antara pengurus pondok, dengan pihak pengembang perumahan. Terdapat selisih patok dan batas lahan, yang diklaim oleh pengembang perumahan di sebelah pondok. Target dan luaran dari program pengabdian ini yaitu pengurus PPEM dapat menginventarisir lahan melalui pemetaan fisik. Produk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa hasil pemetaan lahan yang teraplikasikan langsung dalam bentuk maket topografi lahan pondok yang telah sesuai dengan hasil pemetaan dan memperkuat sertifikat pondok.

Abstract

The maximum empowerment of village potential is one way to improve the economy. Purwosekar Village, Tajinan Subdistrict, Malang Regency, has the potential of natural and human resources that can be developed. Ownership of a reservoir that was previously neglected, a lot of garbage, sediment, and wild plants will be a very valuable asset if conceptualized water tourism. Moreover, the village community has many skills and handmade products, which are still confused about the marketing media. Thus it is necessary to plan and conceptualize steps to empower the reservoir to become a tourist site which will later be a means of promoting processed products for villagers. The activities carried out are aimed at 1) providing design designs using the SketchUp Pro 3D Design Program for tourism reservoir concepts 2). Provide stages of activities to develop the potential of village tourism village design. This community service activity has an output target in the form of a tourism reservoir design. So that through this service activities can help disseminate the promotion of products created by the village community

Abstract

Due to a shift in habits from face-to-face to virtual activities, the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has affected the way people interact with each other and the environment. However, other activities, such as in the construction industry, are not digital. In Indonesia, the outbreak has had a significant impact on construction projects. Due to the pandemic, construction projects may involve local workers mixed with migrant workers, which could potentially result in new clusters of Covid-19 spread. This study presents an Agent Based Modeling (ABM) by using NetLogo approach to assess the impact of using multiple shifts to reduce the spread of Covid-19. ABM is a simulation model that describes individuals (agents) in a complex and dynamic system. This model is based on literature data to replicate worker behavior across shifts and simulate scenarios using various alternatives during a pandemic. Therefore, estimates and scenarios are needed to realize the Covid-19 simulation among construction projects. From the results of modeling using Netlogo, it can be seen that when shifts are divided into several scenarios, the number of hecalthy workers can increase compared to only one shift. The best scenario is to distribute 30% of project workers into night shift. By implementing various alternative work shifts, it is expected that they can contribute to minimizing the spread of Covid-19 among construction workers which can be implemented by the Project Manager.

Abstract

An intersection is a part of a road where currents from various directions or directions meet. This is what causes conflicts between currents from opposite directions and intersect each other, resulting in congestion along the intersection arm. The signalized intersection on Jl. Panglima Sudirman – Jl. Urip Sumoharjo – Jl. Pattimura is one of the main network junctions in Malang City, precisely located in an area that provides several public facilities, namely the National Defense Field, Kota Baru Station and Klojen Market. This intersection connects to public places such as the city center, schools, offices and others. This reseach aims to evaluate the performance of the intersection and the degree of saturation as well as the level of service at the signalized intersection at the current condition based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. This reseach uses empirical methods to obtain data from observations that occur in the field. From the results of the reseach the degree of saturation (DS) on the north approach was 0.89, with queue length (QL) = 140.30 m, south approach 0.84, with queue length (QL) = 97.25 m, east approach 0, 49 with queue length (QL) = 69.25 m and the western approach 0.56 with queue length (QL) = 54.40 m. The average delay of the intersection is 27.31 sec/pcu and is included in the value of service level of service D.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah 1) membersihkan dan memberdayakan kawasan sumber daya alam berupa sungai yang terbengkalai dan banyak sampah; 2) menyediakan desain dan aplikasi pembangkit listrik tenaga mikro hidro; 3). Menciptakan kawasan pendidikan bagi masyarakat berupa taman pendidikan berbasis teknologi mikrohidro di sekitar waduk sungai. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan di Desa Purwosekar Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki target keluaran berupa perancangan produk dan pembuatan bentuk fisik instalasi PLTMH untuk Taman Edukasi. Dengan demikian diharapkan pada akhirnya mampu mengembangkan kawasan waduk menjadi wahana pariwisata untuk membantu menyebarluaskan promosi produk-produk buatan masyarakat pedesaan dan meningkatkan perekonomian warga. Taman Edukasi Mikrohidro dapat memberikan pengetahuan tentang pembangkit listrik berbasis air di masyarakat

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Purwosekar Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki tujuan yaitu pembuatan area wisata di sekitaran Waduk Purboyo, membuat area kolam ikan disekitaran aliran waduk dan produk olahannya sebagai potensi desa dan membuat area hiburan di kawasan waduk dan sekitarnya. Implementasi ke dalam beberapa kegiatan, antara lain pembersihan waduk dan pelatihan terkait pengembangan produk olahan untuk mendukung potensi lokal yang dijadikan metode dalam pengabdian ini. Dalam hal ini dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan budidaya ikan dan produk olahan ikan yang di kembangkan di area kolam sekitaran Waduk Purboyo. Target luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menciptakan destinasi wisata di waduk dengan meningkatkan potensi waduk. Dengan cara ini diharapkan pada akhirnya kawasan waduk dapat dikembangkan sebagai sarana pariwisata, menyebarluaskan pemasaran produk hasil masyarakat pedesaan, dan membantu peningkatan perekonomian Desa Purwosekar.

Abstract

Clean water is a need that has no limits and will continue to be sustainable for the community, so there is a need to concentrate on fulfilling it, especially in urban areas where clean water sources are usually difficult to obtain. In meeting the need for clean water, it is necessary to evaluate and plan for the development of the community's clean water needs so that they can be fulfilled optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the need for clean water in urban areas where the study location is the management of the clean water distribution network system whose source of clean water comes from the Legundi IPA, Gresik Regency. The application used to support the analysis of clean water distribution network is EPANET software. Utilization of the program serves to analyze the flow of distributed water and can determine the pressure that occurs in each pipe and node. The evaluation results show an increase in clean water services for the Surabaya River Water Resources service area, Gresik Regency, from 39.78% in 2021 to 50.88% in 2031. Using the Least Square method, the projected population of the Legundi IPA Water Resources service area in 2031 numbered 131,555 people, with a division of nodes of 1278 nodes in 2020 to 1352 nodes in 2031 with pipe diameters of 2 inches to 24 inches. Meanwhile, the average need for clean water is 186.51 liters/second in 2020 to 285.04 liters/second in 2031.

Abstract

The development of Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH) in irrigation networks has great potential to contribute to the national electricity supply. However, the construction of the PLTMH in the irrigation network is still constrained due to the design of the placement of civil buildings which are limited by land. In fact, the procurement of electrical energy in the irrigation network can help provide backup sources of electrical energy based on New and Renewable Energy (EBT) which can also play a role in reducing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. Based on a study in the main irrigation canal of Kedung Kandang which has a fall height of 11 m with a flow of 3.5 m3/second, the generating power that can be generated reaches 275 kW. Conveyor channel design and reservoir ponds are planned in the channel body. The dimensions of the reservoir are planned to have a water depth (h) = 3.2 m, a width of 2.5 m, and a length of 10 m. Based on the study of determining the type of turbine, the components used are two propeller turbines of the H-Shaft type with a diameter of 0.603 m, each with a capacity of 137.5 kW. The use of two turbines requires a power house design measuring 4.5 x 6.5 m. The potential results of PLTMH in the Kedung Kandang main irrigation canal can be utilized to meet the electrical energy needs of SMK Muhammadiyah 7 and Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah Gondanglegi as well as an integrated field laboratory between SMK Muhammadiyah 7 and University of Muhammadiyah Malang. By utilizing NRE-based electricity sources, it is estimated that it will be able to reduce carbon emissions from the use of fossil energy and coal.

Abstract

Daerah di Kota Malang yang menjadi kawasan rawan longsor salah satunya di daerah anak sungai metro yang menjadi daerah Perumahan Joyogrand seringkali terjadi longsor, longsor yang terjadi di daerah Perumahan Joyogrand terjadi karena material tanah ikut terbawa arus aliran Sungai Metro yang mengakibatkan bagian dasar tanah jadi kopong/tidak ber-isi sehingga tanah bagian atas menjadi runtuh, hal tersebut mengakibatkan lahan warga berkurang karena volume tanah yang ikut terbawa aliran arus sungai. Analisa kondisi eksisting yang ada dilokasi pengabdian dan pihak mitra, maka tim pengabdian merumuskan permasalahan yang perlu diselesaikan sebagai bentuk alternatif solusi permasalahan yaitu perlu adanya survey dan pengukuran dilokasi studi guna mendukung kegiatan berikutnya adalah analisis dan perencanaan dinding penahan lereng sungai, guna mengatisipasi adanya kerusakan lebih parah yang disebabkan oleh arus air. Hasil dari perencanaan ini nantinya dapat digunakan oleh pihak mitra untuk menjadi data pendukung pembangunan bangunan pengaman sungai. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka pencegahan potensi terjadinya tanah longsor yang dapat merugikan masyarakat, maka perlu direncanakan dan dihitung anggaran biaya pembangunan dinding penahan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya bencana longsor, karena dinding penahan ini bisa mencegah pergeseran tanah yang menjadi penyebab utama tanah longsor. Selain itu dinding penahan dapat menjadi pelindung untuk lahan yang ada di daerah aliran air anak sungai metro, serta mencegah pengikisan lahan perkebunan warga, dan juga dapat mencegah kerusakan jalan yang terjadi akibat pengikisan tanah tersebut. Dari hasil analisis dan gambar desain didapatkan desain angunan penahan tanah tipe kantilever dengan biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp. 130.225.471,- untuk bangunan sepanjang 25 meter. Sehingga anggaran mitra yang didapat dari dana desa sebesar Rp. 160.000.000,-, maka bisa dibangun sepanjang 29 meter.
