Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of Regulation No. 6 of 2011 on the eradication of prostitution in the district of Batang and see its effectiveness. Variables used to see the implementation of Regulation No. 6 of 2011 are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structures and to evaluate their effectiveness using indicators of goal achievement, productivity, and efficiency are analyzed qualitatively descriptive look at the phenomenon that is occurred. Looking at the various aspects that have been analyzed can be concluded that the law No. 6 of 2011 on the eradication of prostitution in the district of Batang is not implemented properly and its implementation has not been effective.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of  transformational leadership on comittment  organizational; the effect transformational leadership on job satisfaction; team climate on job satisfaction and the effect of job satisfaction on comittment organizational.  The sample of research was the employees in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) of Sukoharjo  consisting of 200 respondents. The method of sampling used was non probability sampling method and  quota sampling. Meanwhile the method of analyzing data used was Structural Equation Model (SEM).The result of hypothesis testing showed that transformational leadership affected negative and did not significantly on comittment organizational; transformational leadership affected significantly and positively the job satisfaction; team climate affected significantly and positively the job satisfaction; the job satisfation affected positively and significantly on comittment organizational and significantly mediated the effect transformational leadership and team climate on comittment organizational.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik merupakan salah satu hal utama yang diprioritaskan oleh penyedia listrik. Perlunya dilalukan perencanaan terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan energi listrik oleh penyedia listrik setiap tahunnya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memprediksi kebutuhan energi listrik PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Semarang tahun 2020-2025 dengan mengembangkan suatu model Jaringan Saraf Tiruan metode Backpropagation menggunakan software Matlab. Beberapa variabel yang digunakan yaitu jumlah penduduk, jumlah pelanggan, PDRB, daya tersambung, beban puncak dan total produksi energi listrik. Variabel tersebut merupakan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan  kebutuhan energi listrik. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 0,4% dan Growth of Total % (GOT %) sebesar 2,7% setiap tahunnya.
