AbstractOnline seminar system is a real time communication application service used to organizes scientific conference in Internet. The online seminar system application can support text communication, face-to-face communication, dialogue-based communication, and sharing seminar material presentation. The design of the online seminar system application program consists of three parts, which are a server application program, a moderator application program and a client application program.The importance of the real time communication in organizing online seminar system is its capality to create virtual environment (Internet) as a replication of real world communication, because it supports text communication, file presentation, face-to-face communication anddirect dialogue between participants. The face-to-face communication and direct dialogue can create a dynamic interaction environment, because participants can interact face-to-face, directly talk to each other, obtain feedback, present physical reaction of other participants, and chatting using text communication. It become a solution to the problem of distance and time for meeting activities of two or more individuals using internet.The result of the research is a class diagram design that contains group functions and rules/processes necessary in communication. The classes formed in the class diagram design are directly used as object classes at implementation level in the form of online seminar application program code.Keywords: Online seminar system, Real time communication, video conference application design.

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

The purpose of the service activity is to implement an online business model, namely e-commerce Papua tani as a marketplace or agricultural products in Keerom Regency. E-commerce Papua tani is a sustainable business model because e-commerce Papua tani can be developed for various business services which include online marketing services, agricultural fertilizer and pharmaceutical services, online marketing agents, business capital for farmers through cooperatives, and extension services, agriculture in partnership with the Keerom Regency Government. The implementation of community service activities is using the lecture method, discussion, question and answer, demonstration, and practice of using the e-commerce Papua tani application. The result of the service activity is the web-based application as a marketplace or agricultural products in the Skanto Disacetrict, Keerom Regency. The e-commerce Papua tani application is used as a medium for the promotion and marketing of farmers' products in the Skanto District which can be marketed online directly to consumers at the right price without going through middlemen. This can increase the income and welfare of farmers in the Skanto District, Keerom District. The implementation of the Papua Tani e-commerce application using tokopedia.com business platform makes it easy for people to sell agricultural products in the Skanto district, Keerom Regency.

The purpose of the dedicaton activity is to apply computer based test application using PHP programming and MySQL database, train and practice the use of computer based test application to the students junior high school Advent Abepura. Method of implementing activities adopting the pattern of action research which includes program planning, program implementation, evaluation, and report. Implementation of the service activities includes seven stages of coordinating with the junior high school Advent Abepura, creating computer based test application software, socialization about the application of computer based test, training and practice of using computer based test application, mentoring the use of computer based test application, and report generation. The result of the activity is the students are able to use computer based test application so that it can improve the quality of education at junior high school Advent Abepura. This overcomes the student's cheating factor in the exam process, improves teacher's objectivity in the assessment, cost savings in the problem-making / replication process and answer sheets, speeding up the examination and assessment of the exam results. Home automation is an automation technology that focuses on managing circuits and electronic equipment in homes, offices, and others. Home automation is a form of Internet of Things (IoT) development that allows communication and control through devices while connected to the internet. This study aims to design a Home Automation prototype on lighting devices such as lamps, light sensors to activate lights, and several lights controlled using mobile devices. The research method uses the prototype method, where system development is focused on the results of input from customers who will be evaluated for software development. The stages in this research begin with analyzing device requirements, literature study, system design, hardware design, user interface design testing, and arriving at the results. This research output will be made in the form of a prototype, where all components will be placed based on the layout described in the design. This system can help users control the equipment in the house from anywhere and anytime, including using light sensors to provide input to turn the lights on or off.

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terjadi karena adanya pengaruh alkohol, kondisi ekonomi keluarga dan perselingkuhan. KDRT di Kota Jayapura terus meningkat yaitu pada Tahun 2019 ada 11 kasus Tahun 2020 ada 26 Kasus dan Tahun 2021 ada 74 kasus. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukanlah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pemberian edukasi kepada warag Jemaat GKI Lembah Yordan Emereuw Kota Jayapura melalui seminar tentang Membangun Keluarga Kristen Mandiri Yang Bebas Dari Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, Kenali Pelaku dan Waspadai Dampak Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Kami berharap melalui kegiatan ini warga jemaat dapat memahami defenisi, pelaku, waspadai dampak yang diakibatkan oleh KDRT, hak-hak korban dan ancaman pidana atas kekerasan fisik yang diakibatkan oleh KDRT dan dapat mengedukasi semua anggota keluarga maupun tetangga.

The use of learning media can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. The solutions offered to partners are; help partners illustrate something abstract in mathematics that requires visualization or animation in writing, especially in the form of images. The methods used for solutions to problems faced by partners and to support the success of the program are in the form of lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations and exercises/practices. Participants who have attended the training will put into practice directly the results of the training they received and create learning media with the guidance of the trainer so that participants can create interactive mathematics learning media using Macromedia Flash, and can develop their work according to their imagination. The results of the implementation of PKM activities were felt by the service team and the training participants were very satisfying. With an indicator of the arrival of participants in each meeting and the enthusiasm of the participants. One of the problems at GKI Lembah Jordan Congregation is monitoring the security of the church building's environment which is often visited by irresponsible people. This is done to avoid various crimes such as destroying church facilities, scribbling on church walls, stealing church assets, and so on. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training to the multimedia team and church guards at the GKI Lembah Jordan congregation, so they can understand how to use environmental security monitoring of church buildings with Android-based Smart Home Camera C6N technology devices.
