Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan suatu model yang akan diterapkan kepada siswa dalam suatu pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung dan guna untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa yaitu dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir analitis setelah diterapkan dengan model pembelajaraan Problem Based Learning di kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 2 banyuasin 1 tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berpikir analitis pada mata pelajaran geografi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada kelas eksperimen dan juga kemampuan berpikir analitis geografi siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional/langsung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata 75,6, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional/langsung memiliki rata-rata 61,36. Maka dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa: ada pengaruh dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin 1 tahun ajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how teachers at SMP Kota Palembang view student management in terms of admitting new students, documenting student data, grouping students, and coaching students. Obtained 150 samples from a population of 300 teachers or 50%. The research tool is a questionnaire using a likert scale which has been proven valid and reliable. The average score (mean) is used for data analysis. Based on research findings, state junior high school students are well managed, the results of the overall research implementation of student management in Palembang City Public Middle School. This is marked by an overall average score of 76% in the good category.

Abstract

This research aims to improve teacher competence in writing scientific papers through training carried out at SMAN 1 Kandis, Ogan Ilir Regency. In an era of increasingly developing education, the ability to write scientific papers has become an important aspect for developing teacher professionalism. This training is designed to provide teachers with basic understanding and skills in compiling quality scientific work, as well as improving their abilities in conducting research and scientific publications. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this training show a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills in writing scientific papers, as well as a positive impact on their motivation to be more active in research activities and scientific publications. It is hoped that the results of this training can encourage teachers to continue to develop themselves and improve the quality of education at SMAN 1 Kandis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic plan in improving the quality of educators at SDN Banjarrejo, Belitang Jaya District, OKU Timur Re- gency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The object of research is the principal, educators and school administration. Data were ana- lyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategic plan in improving the quality of educators has been implemented well consisting of the main steps, namely; strategic plan, implemen- tation of strategic plans, and evaluation of strategic plans. The principal carried out a number of procedures, namely holding meetings and initiating, examining various laws and school policies, formulating a vision of a successful school future, analyzing the school internally and externally using SWOT analysis, identi- fying strategic issues, developing problem handling techniques, and evaluating and assessing activities that need to be improved.

Abstract

The Golden Indonesia 2045 vision is driving Indonesia's transformation into a developed nation. In order to achieve this goal, education - the primary pillar of human development - is essential. Nonetheless, a number of issues still plague Indonesia's educational system, including insufficient infrastructure, irrelevant curricula, and inconsistent teacher quality. In order to create a golden generation that is capable, bright, and morally upright, this study attempts to develop a complete education transformation approach. This study identifies a number of crucial elements that must be taken into account in education transformation through literature reviews and policy analysis, including the creation of a competency-based curriculum, the application of efficient learning technologies, raising the caliber of teachers, and extending equitable access to education. This report also emphasizes how crucial it is for communities, schools, the government, and the commercial sector to work together to support educational transformation. It is anticipated that the findings of this study would aid in the creation of improved educational policy in Indonesia. This study also comes to the conclusion that enhancing teacher quality, utilizing technology, and cultivating 21st century capabilities must be the main goals of educational change. The secret to a successful transformation is competency-oriented evaluation, active learning strategies, and a pertinent curriculum. This report offers policy suggestions that can help Indonesia Emas 2045 achieve its goals, specifically by boosting educational investment, enhancing collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and communities, and promoting educational innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a detailed and in-depth description of school leadership, obstacles, and solutions in improving teachers' abilities to implement the Merdeka Curriculum at SD 134 Palembang. The research was conducted from December to February 2025 at SD 134 Palembang, involving 48 teachers and 7 educational staff as samples. The study employed a qualitative descriptive research approach, utilizing data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and triangulation.The principal of SD 134 Palembang has fostered a positive school environment, evident in their active role in enhancing teachers' competencies in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum grants schools and teachers greater autonomy in designing learning that aligns with students' needs and potential. This necessitates teachers possessing adequate capabilities to effectively implement the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aimed to improve teachers' abilities at SD 134 Palembang in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum through training and mentoring.The study employed a qualitative method with a classroom action research design. The research subjects were the teachers at SD 134 Palembang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques.The findings revealed that training and mentoring were effective in enhancing teachers' capabilities in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze classroom management in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Karya Jaya, Mesuji Makmur District in four classes, namely class V A, class V B, class VI A, class VI B. The subjects of this research were teachers of classes V and VI at SDN 2 Karya Jaya, Mesuji Makmur District. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative type. The data sources used are observation, interviews, documentation, book sources, journals and previous research. The results of class management at SDN 2 Karya Jaya in class V A, class V B, class VI A, class VI B look good. Good classroom management is proven to make students have motivation to learn so that students have learning outcomes above the KKTP. The report card data for students who are already above the KKTP is that in classes V A and VI A there are many students above the KKTP, in classes V B and VI B quite a lot of students are above the KKTP. Obstacles in classroom management in the four classes can be overcome by providing technical guidance for teachers, making classes comfortable for students and using varied learning methods, and reporting any damage to school facilities.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is highly dependent on teacher competence as the main implementer of the learning process. In the dynamic modern era, teachers are required to continue to improve their professionalism and pedagogical skills in order to be able to face the challenges of the curriculum and the development of educational technology. However, in several elementary education units, including State Elementary School 07 Rantau Alai, there are still teachers who experience competency gaps, both in pedagogical, professional, and social aspects. This encourages the need for an appropriate strategy in an effort to improve teacher competence in a sustainable manner. This study aims to describe the strategy for improving teacher competence through the Continuing Professional Development Program (PPPB) at State Elementary School 07 Rantau Alai. This study also focuses on the form of implementation, effectiveness of the strategy, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study included principals, teachers, and school supervisors. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the strategy for improving teacher competence through PPPB is carried out through internal training, routine coaching, and collaboration with teacher learning communities. This program has been proven to have a positive impact on improving teacher professionalism in designing and implementing learning. The main obstacles in implementation are limited time and facilities, but are supported by high teacher motivation and active principal leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision management functions by the principal to improve teacher quality at SMK Negeri 1 Babat Supat. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the principal systematically implements the planning, execution, and evaluation functions of academic supervision. Planning is conducted through the development of structured supervision programs, execution involves direct observation of the teaching process, and evaluation provides feedback and recommendations for teacher improvement. This supervision implementation positively impacts the enhancement of teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies, ultimately improving the quality of learning. This study recommends further training for principals in the field of academic supervision to support the sustainability of educational quality improvement.

Abstract

Pendidikan bermutu adalah tujuan yang diharapkan dalam pendidikan. Pemerintah telah menetapkan pada tahun 2020 untuk memulai program MB-KM. Kebijakan ini mendorong mahasiswa agar dapat menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang siap digunakan dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana memanfaatkan program MB-KM? Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui observasi, dokumen dan testimoni mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Palembang (UPGRIP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perguruan tinggi, fakultas, dan program studi memfasilitasi program MB-KM melalui kurikulum merdeka. Dosen dan Mahasiswa memanfaatkan program MB-KM. Dosen menyiapkan pembelajaran daring dan membimbing mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM. Mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan kapasitasnya, menjadi multitalenta, dikarenakan tidak hanya memahami pengetahuan dan teknologi program studinya, namun juga belajar di program studi lain di dalam kampus sendiri atau di luar kampus. Pertukaran dan saling berbaurnya antar kebudayaan, antara lain manfaat dari kegiatan pada modul Nusantara. Pada akhirnya MB-KM menjadi Indikator Kinerja Utama Perguruan Tinggi.
