The study results stated that after being analyzed, it turned out that there was an impact of Knowledge, history of allergies, and the environment affected the incidence of Dermatitis as evidenced by the value (P-value 0.05) with the Prevalence Ratio (7.302, 3.062, and 2.460). Abstract

The empowerment of homemakers has a significant effect on the Implementation of Extermination Transport Collection in handling solid waste to improve the cleanliness of the residential environment. The problem in this study is the low Implementation of 3P, where garbage collection is not left correctly scattered; the Transportation of garbage is not routine every day so that the garbage is scattered. Garbage is not destroyed as often as possible so that it harms health. This study aims to assess the feasibility of implementing 3P in dealing with solid waste by empowering homemakers in Drien Rampak Village, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. This research is a sectional observational study with one group pretest post-test design. I conducted in October 2020, which became the population of housewives with a total sample of 45 people. The study results show differences before and after measuring the 3P Implementation with the empowerment of homemakers in improving the cleanliness of the residential environment, as evidenced by the value (Probability 0.000) where there is a difference before and after measurement with a mean value of -1.622. The 3P Implementation by empowering homemakers is feasible. Suggestions for continuing to empower the role of homemakers in implementing 3P solid waste to improve the quality of cleanliness in residential environments.

The population of this study were 46 peoples with those taken based on sample distribution. The results obtained by the value of sig = 0.007 which means smaller than the value of α = 0.05, so it can be concluded a significant relationship between socio-economic and nutritional status of toddler

According to Riskesdas 2013 report, the prevalence of stunting in children under five years is 37,2%. One of the provinces which regarded as a serious category is the Province of Aceh with a prevalence of 41,5% consists of the very short 20,1% and the short around 21.4%. The regency of Aceh Barat is one of the regencies in Aceh province. This regency still confronts severe nutritional issues, one of them is stunting with the prevalence of 40,9%. The design of this study is cross sectional which learn the correlation between independent variables and the dependent variables, where the measurement of both variables was conducted at the same time.Result: From 212 children, there are 55,66% children suffer from stunting. The result of bivariate analysis suggests that the factors related to stunting is low birth-weight (p <0.05). Height of the mother are not related to stunting cases (p> 0.05).Conclusion: the factors related to stunting is low birth-weight.

Abstract

Nowadays, dietary fiber is no longer a modern food for teenagers in Indonesia. Dietary fiber has long been neglected as an important factor in dietary nutrition. This is due to a lack of public knowledge on the importance of consuming dietary fiber. Adolescence is a transition period from children to adult where they are easily influenced by the surrounding environment, easy to follow the latest trends where it is a determining factor for the quality of adolescents, such as the incidence of overweight in adolescents caused by lack of fiber consumption so that adolescents prefer fast food rather than fruit and vegetables. This study aims to determine the relationship between fiber consumption and the incidence of overweight in adolescent girls in Aceh Barat District. This research is a cross-sectional study with the sample of 50 adolescent girls aged 15-18 years old. Data was collected by means of a 24-hour food recall, weighing, and measuring their body height. Data analysis includes univariate and bivariate analysis with independent sample t-test. The results shows that there are 26% of adolescent girls who consume fiber well, while 76% of young women consume fiber bad. Fiber consumption affects the incidence of overweight in adolescent girls where the value of OR=13,588 (95% CI 1.591-116.032). So that fiber consumption has a 13.58 times chance of influencing adolescents girls not to be overweight.
