Abstract

The global financial crisis that occurred at the end of 2008 have an impact on the world economy in 2009. The crisis is caused by a number of large financial institutions experiencing financial difficulties as in the USA, Europe and so on. Due to the high risk of investing in countries in crisis, then investors more confidence to invest in emerging markets countries. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of capital inflows on economic growth in Indonesia 2001-2012 period. This study uses annual time series data from Indonesian Central Banks (BI) and the central statistical burue (BPS). The model used in this study was a simple linear regression method. The conclusion is the regression of the gross domestic product (GDP), foreign direct investment (FDI) and portfolio investment (PI) have a positive and significant on GDP. The magnitude of the effect that the (R2) FDI is 96% and the rest is explained by other factors outside the model. While PI of 92,4% and the rest is explained by other factors outside the model. The regression result previously FDI and PI previous year to economic growth, show that both have a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia during the period of study. The magnitude of the effect that the (R2) FDI the previous year was 47,9% and the rest is explained by other factor soutside the model. While the effect of PI previous year amounted to 59.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords : Capital inflow, Gross domestic product (GDP), economic growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru in May 2014 until October 2014. The purpose of this study was to determine how the prospects for business development in the leather shoe industry in Pekanbaru. The data used are primary data and secondary from central bodies and official statistics of industry and trade Pekanbaru city. The method used to analyze data is descriptive quantitative and financial feasibility analysis such as Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Net Benefit Cost Ratio and Internal Rate Of Return. In this study, the population is all businessmen leather shoes in the city of Pekanbaru in 2014/2015 and carried out a census of the technique that is 13 businessmen. From the results of the study with method financial feasibility analysis Net Present Value, the value of business industry leather shoes of 8.449.371 is greater than zero means worthy to be developed. According to the results of the Benefit Cost Ratio obtained the value of 1,01 as well as the results of the calculation of Net Benefit Cost Ratio obtained the value of 1,34 more than zero, means business is worthy to be developed. Then from the results of the Internal Rate Of Return it is known to the rate of 29,68% bigger than interest rate is 16% then it is worthy to be developed. So a leather shoes business in the city of Pekanbaru have a good prospect and deserves to be developed, because it can provide jobs as well as impact to the revenue for that business it self.Keywords: prospect, leather shoes, material, capital, and financial analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Furniture Industry of aluminum in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of Furniture Industry of Aluminum and how the influence of capital, labor and raw materials for industrial production of aluminum furniture in the city of Pekanbaru. The approach of this research is using quantitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Population Industry aluminum used in this study amounted to 20 units of business or industry. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression in the process by using SPSS for Windows version 21.0. The results showed that in partial labor (X2) and variable raw material (X3) has a significant effect on the production variable (Y), while capital variable (X1) does not affect production. Simultaneously test results obtained value Fhitung (38,212)> F table (3.634) or significance value less than 5% alpha (0.000 <0.05). It is concluded that together there is a real impact on capital variable (X1), Labor (X2), Raw Materials (X3), to the production variable (Y) with a margin of error of 5%level.Regression analysis produces the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.878. This means that the variables that affect the production of Furniture Industry of Aluminum in Pekanbaru can be explained by the variable Capital, Labor, and Raw Materials amounted to 87,8%. While the remaining 12,2% is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords : Capital, Labor, and Raw Materials

Abstract

This research carried out in the district of Payung Sekaki to the tofu small-medium industry. This Study aims to identify the structure, conduct and performance market are formed in the industry small-medium tofu that there are in the district Payung Sekaki. This research method is quanlitative deskriktif. Population in this study there was a total of 17 business units. Sampling for the determination of the study authors sensus method that is the entire population being sampled. Used data derived from primary data and secondary data obtained from the BPS and Departement of industry and Trade of the Pekanbaru city and then data directly from small-medium industry respondents tofu in district Payung Sekaki. Analysis tools used in this study is Market Share ,Concentration Ratio, Indeks Herfiendhal-Hircsman, Capital to Labour Ration and Price Cost Margin. This study has shown that the calculation of CR4 and IHH corresponding range in the can industry market structure in the district tofu is a monopolistic market structure with a CR4 value of 35,35% and IHH amounted to 562,82%.Conduct industry seen from CLR the results indicate that the value CLR is only about 2.846 % - 6.142 % this means that the conduct of small-medium industrial tofu in district Payung Sekaki is a capital intensive industry. The performance of industrial tofu can be seen from the PCM gained an average of 23,8 %. With the biggest PCM is 82.3 % but the biggest PCM does not become the largest (MS) market share means that the benefits seen from PCM does no affect the market share.Keywords : SCP, Tofu Small-Medium Industry, Pekanbaru City

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru Duku river port in 2016. The aim of this study was to determine the trend of the flow of goods and services as well as to determine whether the facility could increase the flow of goods and services in the Port River Duku Pekanbaru. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data analysis method is quantitative descriptive analysis. In this study, the population is the entire passenger service users duku river port in the city of Pekanbaru in 2015. The number of samples taken is as much as 45 respondents was obtained by using the formula slovin. The survey results revealed that the trend of the flow of goods and services in ports river duku in 2016-2018 experienced a negative trend. And the condition of the main facilities and supporting facilities in ports river duku in both categories with a score of 3138 which is in the range from 1172-1532, but good facilities can not affect the increase of the flow of goods and services. Because more passengers switch to using ground transportation such as travel, in addition to low cost and passenger also be delivered directly to the address that will be addressed.Keywords : Duku River port, port facilities and flow of goods and services

Abstract

This Research was conducted in the distric of Riau Province Indragiri Hilir in 2016, and the object of this research is Micro, Small and Medium scale business (SME) with consideration of many SME that received loan for business development and to increase the prosperity. This research aims to find out the influence of business capital, the labors and the turnover of business with ability of credit repayment. The independent variable used in this research were business capital, labors, and the turnover of bussines, and the dependent variable is ability of credit repayment. Population used in the research is Micro, Small, Medium scale business (SME) at Indragiri Hilir district, in 2015, where the amount of sample were 99 samples of SME. The technique of sampling used was accidental sample. The analysis used in ths research was regression logistic analysis by using SPSS program application 21,0. The result of this research showed that business capital and the turnover of business had a positive influence and significant to the ability of credit repayment, meanwhile, the labors had a negative influence and significant.Keywords : SME, Capital, Labors, Turnover and Ability of Credit Repayment

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kampar Village Penyasawan Village discussing about Prospect of Smoking Salted Fish Industry Development in Kampar Subdistrict Village. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the salting industry is feasible to be developed.Data analysis method used in this research is Net Present Value analysis, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period. Methods of data collection is done by collecting secondary data data that can be from relevant agencies and with interviews and questionnaires.The results of this study show: 1) from the aspect of industry finances worthy of development seen from the value of NPV is Rp. 325,761,387 which is greater than zero, Benefit Cost Ratio 1.04 which means greater than 1, Internal Rate of Return 26.42% The figure is greater than the interest rate used is 12% and Payback Period obtained 1 year result 2 2) from the aspect of the market has entered the market in and outside Riau Province, 4) from the technical aspects, choosing the location close to the source of raw materials, 5) from the management aspect has been done, 6) from environmental aspects, not polluting the air, 7) From the economic and social aspects of reducing unemploymentKeywords : development prospects

This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds and their impact on increasing the income of Kesumbo Ampai villagers, Bathin Solapan Sub District, Bengkalis District. The study population was all families in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 885 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of the Slovin formula so that as many as 90 respondents were obtained. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was to use descriptive analysis and non-parametric test analysis using the Wilcolxon test using the SPSS program . Based on the results of the study it was found that the allocation of village funds in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency was carried out for infrastructure development such as roads, concrete tripe, box colvert, trenches and culverts during 2016 - 2018. The allocation of village funds had an impact on increasing income community in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. Abstract

Many city programs only provide urban infrastructure but ignore the participation and governance of local communities. Public and community participation indicates the success of the settlement of slums in residential areas. This paper aims to intensively explain and analyze the role and governance of the community in urban programs in Tuah Karya Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. This research involved interviews with community leaders and participants in volunteer groups and residents. This paper also uses analysis of government statistics, documents, and other materials. The self-management of the RW-RT in Tuah Karya provides valuable experience for sustainable community development, especially for self-governance communities where community governance has shifted from bureaucracy to democracy. Sustainable development in urban communities offers a possible pathway and symbol for self-organizing urban communities in the coming era. Its cost-effective institutional design contributes significantly to sustainable community development, partly solving the current failure to promote urban sustainability. Volunteer groups and active public participation help support the RT institution. The lack of volunteer groups is still an obstacle to many RTs to mobilize public participation organized by community members themselves.
