Abstract

Perancah adalah salah satu komponen terpenting dalam setiap proyek pembangunan rumah atau gedung bertingkat. Ketepatan dalam pemilihan perancah yang sesuai dengan karakteristik proyek sangat penting agar proyek yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Ada beberapa faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kontraktor dalam memilih perancah yang akan digunakan, antara lain adalah  faktor biaya, tingkat keselamatan dan keamanan, tingkat kesulitan dalam hal pemasangan maupun pembongkarannya, durasi proyek dan lain sebagainya.Faktor biaya dalam pemilihan jenis perancah merupakan faktor yang memegang peranan penting dalam keseluruhan nilai proyek. Pemilihan perancah yang tidak tepat bisa menyebabkan tingginya estimasi biaya yang diajukan dalam penawaran sehingga berakibat pada pemborosan pemakaian sumber daya. Kata kunci: Perancah kayu cerucuk/gelam, Scafollding, biaya, waktu

Abstract

The construction service industry is one of the sectors that has a high accident risk. It can not just be left to mind the losses that will not only cause casualties, material that is not the least good for workers and employers, delayed production process, until the damage to the environment that ultimately affect the public. That is why the required Occupational Safety and Health Management (K3) implemation on all construction work. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation and implementation of K3 in Jungkat PLTD. Data analysis used quantitative analysis using primary data from interview, observation, literature study, questionnaire, sample and data analysis. The mean yand obtained from the data analysis of the importance level of the K3 program in general is 3.53 with a standard deviation of 0.22. the average of the six K3 program factors is 3.02 with a standard deviation of 0.37. In order for the construction project to run smoothly and not be hampered by the existence of work accidents, it should be in the implementation of the company should be more implemented OSH program. Keywords: Construction, application, Accident

Abstract

Construction projects in the field of civil engineering, particularly concrete bridge project is complex and involves a lot of merging and combining resources are diverse, so it requires a material management plan specifically can manage materials in construction projects. The use of the material in the bridge construction project is one of the most important parts that have a fairly large percentage of the total cost of the project , therefore the use of good management techniques and appropriate materials to buy , store, distribute and count the use of construction materials becomes very important . Material issues that often occur in the implementation of the bridge project is delays in ordering materials as well as materials come how the storage process, including planning for material storage warehouse. As for the purpose of this penelititian among others, be able to identify the material on the concrete bridge projects, designing schedule the use of materials, designing organizational structures that takes care of materials management, designing the process of ordering and delivery of materials and material storage plan on concrete bridge construction projec. As for the results of research , among others can be found with the format of materials management at the concrete bridge construction project Merian Ilong tainted village will be easier to determine work priorities based materials handling procedures have been arranged systematically , material scheduling is the first step in starting the process of management material that will facilitate the processes contained in the materials management , weather factors ( climate ) priority in determining when a material delivery process is done .  Keywords : Management of Materials, Concrete Bridge , Belitang Hulu District, SekadauRegency

Abstract

Pengusaha konstruksi berusaha merealisasikan proyek dengan tercapainya efisiensi biaya dan waktu tetapi tetap memenuhi mutu. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, membuat pengelola proyekmemilih metode pelaksanaan konstruksi dari beberapa alternatif metode. Penelitian dengan judul “Perbandingan Biaya Pada Penggunaan Sistem Bondek Sebagai Alternatif Plat Lantai Konvensional”, memiliki rumusan masalah membandingkan biaya pelaksanaan plat lantai beton dengan menggunakan sistem bondek sebagai alternatif plat lantai konvensional. Tujuan penelitian memberikan gambaran dan komponen-komponen biaya pelaksanaan plat lantai, mengetahui besar selisih biaya, dan kelebihan serta kekurangan antara penggunaan plat bondek dan plat konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian metode survey. Menggunakan data primer dengan melakukan observasi, jumlah pekerja, dan harga bahan. Sedangkan untuk data sekunder yaitu data dari kontraktor yang menerapkan tinjauan biaya pada proyek pembangunan ruang kelas baru Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pontianak. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang berhubungan dengan sistem plat lantai menggunakan bondek dan perbandingannya dengan sistem plat lantai konvensional.Kata kunci : Plat lantai, Bondek, Konvensional, Biaya
