Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the stability of the implementation of the learning process at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Hasanuddin (FEB-UH). The sample of all 145 alumni graduating in an odd semester of 145 people and an even semester of 155 people by photocopying the archives in the academic administration section of the Faculty of Economics and Business, especially in the Undergraduate Program (S1). The results showed that the implementation of the learning process has a fairly good level of stability, although there are wide variations according to the regulations applied at Hasanuddin University. The variation on the duration of the study completion means that the time and money that must be incurred to complete the study also varied; the longer the duration of student study completion, the more the time and money must be spent by students and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze: 1). The effect of extraversion on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees; 2). The effect of Neuroticism on the Performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees; 3) The influence of Openness to Experiences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Employees; 4). The influence of Agreablenes on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees; 5). The effect of Conscientiousness on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 6). Direct and indirect directors extraversion of employee Performance; 7). The direct and indirect influence of neuroticism on Employee Performance; 8). The direct and indirect influence of Openness to Experiences on Employee Performance; 9). The direct and indirect influence of Employee Performance Agreablenes; 10). Direct and indirect effect of Conscientiousness on Employee Performance; 11). The effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance This type of research is quantitative research with SEM (Structural Equation Model) method which looked for the relationship between variables. While the steps were taken consisted of determining the structural model, followed by setting the measurement model, combining data and checking, pretest validity and reliability, determining the path analysis model, collecting models and analyzing with IBM-SPSS AMOS 22, testing the fit test model, if possible to re-check the model, and then interpreted the results of data processing. The results showed that: 1). The extract significantly affects OCB; 2). Neuroticism has a significant effect on OCB: 3). Openness to Experiences influence OCB; 4). Agreeableness has a significant effect on OCB; 5). Conscientiousness has no significant effect on OCB; 6). Direct extract does not have a significant effect on performance and has a significant indirect effect on performance; 7). Slim neuroticism has no significant effect on performance and has a significant indirect effect on performance; 8). Openness to Experiences directly has no significant effect on performance and indirectly significant effect on performance; 9) Agreeableness has a significant direct and indirect significant impact on performance; 10) Conscientiousness has no significant effect both directly and indirectly on performance; 11) OCB has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This research is a study that is in the direction of knowing the influence of the industrial revolution era 4.0 on human resources competence and performance. The sample in this study is all permanent employees of PT Sermani Steel company in Makassar City which numbered 95 employees, the size of the sample that can represent the population to be studied is as many as 83 respondents. The method of analysis used is simple regression analysis, with the t-test as a research hypothesis test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be known partially the free variables that exist in the industrial revolution era 4.0 had a significant effect on competence and h e r performance, the industrial revolution era 4.0 had a significant effect on h e r performance and the results of the study also proved there was an influence of competence on hr performance in PT. Sermani Steel in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction with Padang restaurants in the city of Makassar. This study takes data directly from the number of customers who eat at several Padang restaurants, especially in the city of Makassar by taking 100 customers from 3 different restaurants as samples in this study. To implement the objectives of this study used analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the analysis prove that service quality (X1) on customer loyalty (Z) through customer loyalty (Y) has a positive and significant effect. The effect of price (X2) on customer loyalty (Z) through customer loyalty (Y) has a positive and significant effect, but the effect of service quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Z) has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable of the Makassar New Port Project of PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. Data was collected by a survey method, using direct observation and questionnaire instrument made on the paper and distributed to 103 employees with three job divisions, namely finance & administration, engineering, and operational. Of the 103 employees, 103 responded. Data is then analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed that leadership styles and organizational culture have a positive and significant direct effect on organizational commitment, leadership styles and organizational culture have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis also show that leadership styles and organizational culture have no significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. This implies that leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment play a key role in increasing employee performance.

Abstract

Every company is required to always survive in the face of all challenges, both existing challenges, and challenges that will come. In facing challenges, it is necessary to use human resources who can improve performance in the implementation of work. This study aims to identify and analyze (1) the influence of person-job fit and training on job satisfaction and employee performance at PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Utara (2) Satisfaction with the performance of employees, (3) Person Job Fit and training to performance through satisfaction at PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Utara. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance-based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). In determining the samples used were 58 respondents. The results of the study found that (1) person-job fit and training have an effect on job satisfaction and employee performance (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of person-job fit on employee performance (4) Satisfaction work cannot mediate the effect of training on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the major industries that have undergone a major transformation in the media industry. The influence of technology makes this industry more dynamic. Empirical facts from the impact of digitizing the media industry have been felt by several media that previously dominated the media market This research will analyze the success of the Palopo Pos newspaper as one of the media that is able to survive and exist to this day, both in terms of business and in terms of content or rubric. To analyze the success of the strategy carried out by the Palopo Pos newspaper, it is based on structure, performance, and conduct with other economic theories. The number of readers, company efficiency to the number of advertisers are indicators used to measure and analyze the success of the Palopo Pos newspaper.

Abstract

This study aims at finding out the effect of leadership style and work culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at Parepare-Owned Water Utility Company. In this study, the researcher applied a non-probability sampling technique collected using questionnaires totaling 60 employees. The obtained data were then analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test. Results showed that leadership style and work culture had a direct and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Both leadership style and work culture also show a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction had a direct effect on employee performance. Leadership style and work culture had an indirect and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Moonlighting berarti bekerja di luar daripada tempat bekerja biasanya atau pekerjaan sampingan. aktivitas moonlighting yaitu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam melakukan pekerjaan sampingan. Dimana ada 3 indikator dalam mengukur moonlighting yaitu: 1). Waktu yang dihabiskan pada Universitas yang lain yaitu jam kerja dosen yang dilakukan saat melakukan pengajaran di Universitas selain homebasenya .2). Jumlah kelas kuliah yaitu jumlah kelas kuliah yang dimiliki oleh dosen dalam melakukan pengajaran kepada mahasiswa di tempat mengajar dosen. 3). Aktivitas lain yang menghasilkan pendapatan yaitu kegiatan lain yang dimiliki oleh dosen selama mengajar pada Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aktivitas moonligthing terhadap kinerja dosen.
