Abstract

This research aims to find path analysis that influencing emloyee performance in Indonesia manufacturing company. Design of this research is quantitative methode, There is 150 questionaires spreaded to manufacturing company. This research using multivariate anlysis with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The result of this paper will described the important factors to build employee performance in manufacturing company. This study will strengtened the previous research about employee performance in manufacturing company. This research finding provides conceptual framework job satisfaction and employee performance. there are six hypotheses developed in this study, there are Four accepted hypotheses and two rejected hypotheses. This research will contributed to the body of knowledge, particularly in human resource management science.

Abstract

This skripsi examines the strategies or steps taken by the management of Istana Tambakbulusan in developing Istana Tambakbulusan as a marine tourism destination in Demak Regency. Including the constraints faced in the development process. The writing of this skripsi uses descriptive qualitative research to examine the strategy for developing Istana Tambakbulusan as a marine tourism destination in Demak Regency. The method of data collection is in-depth interviews with managers, in addition, other data is carried out by observation and field data. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively by data triangulation method and presented descriptively. The results of this study found that the strategy of developing attractions in the marine tourism destination of Istana Tambakbulusan will revive old activities or events that are no longer implemented, namely "rowing boat races". As well as physical development in the shoreline area (small scale reclamation) to accommodate more tourists. In addition, the development of amenity is to provide a proper place for UMKM to sell food, souvenirs, etc. Accessibility will continue to be carried out in accordance with the strategic plan for the development of the Istana Tambakbulusan. Meanwhile, in terms of ancillary service, coordination will be carried out with villagers to be willing to rent their houses for homestays, and will also add stakeholders, especially companies to provide CSR in fostering Tambakbulusan Village residents to develop ancillary services in the marine tourism area of Istana Tambakbulusan. The obstacle is the difficulty in educating the people of Tambakbulusan Village to be aware and care about tourism development in Tambakbulusan Village and with regard to budget constraints in development and constraints regarding cleanliness in the Istana Tambakbulusan tourist area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hedonic shopping motivation, quality of website, discount terhadap perilaku e-impulse buying pengguna Shopee dengan pisitive emotion sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan sampel menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar sebanyak 200 namun hanya 191 data responden yang valid, menggunakan teknik random sampling, dan dengan aplikasi AMOS 24. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel hedonic shopping motivation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap positive emotion dan e-impulse buying, quality of website berpengaruh signifikan terhadap positive emotion, discount tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap positive emotion namun berpengaruh langsung dengan e-impulse buying serta positive emotion tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku e-Impulse buying.

Abstract

UMKM termasuk salah satu sector yang sangat terdampak dengan adanya Pandemi Covid-19. Kondisi Pandemi ini bahkan menyebabkan 63,9% dari UMKM yang terdampak mengalami penurunan omzet lebih dari 30%. Dampak pandemic juga dirasakan oleh para pedagang di sekitaran Prapatan Perumnas Palur dimana diwilayah tersebut menjadi wilayah perdagangan yang cukup ramai sebelum pandemi. Penurunan konsumsi rumah tangga serta berkurangnya aktivitas berbelanja di luar rumah menyebabkan berkurangnya pendapatan warung-warung makanan, warung sembako dan pedagang – pedagang kecil yang berada di Perumnas Palur khususnya di wilayah prapatan, daerah yang menjadi sentra hilir mudik penduduk di wilayah ini. Banyak dari pedagang yang masih mengandalkan penjualannya secara offline dan ketidakpahaman cara untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan semakin membuat dampak pandemic terasa cukup berat bagi mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk membantu pada pedagang di wilayah prapatan Perumnas Palur agar dapat memunculkan kreativitas dan inovasi dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang serba digital saat ini. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan terdiri dari 3 tahap. Tahap pertama melakukan Sosialisasi serta melakukan proses Need Training Analysis untuk mengetahui profil pedagang serta kebutuhan pelatihan yang akan diselenggarakan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah melaksanakan pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manajemen bisnis online, pelatihan membuat desain promosi flyer canva serta praktek pemasaran online sederhana. Hasil dari pelatihan peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan yang bertambah tentang mindset kewirausahaan dan manajemen bisnis. Peserta juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membuat desain promosi melalui aplikasi Canva. Selain itu peserta juga bisa melakukan praktik pemasaran online sederhana baik melalui media social maupun aplikasi. Hasil dari post test menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua peserta pelatihan mengatakan bahwa pelatihan ini sangat menarik , sangat bermanfaat, dan mereka menjadi tertarik untuk memasarkan produknya secara online. Peserta juga berharap bahwa mereka akan mendapatkan pelatihan lagi untuk memperdalam pengetahuan tentang bisnis secara online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi merek terhadap memercayai, kepuasan serta hubungan merek online pada konsumen yang membeli printer inkjet Epson seri L. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen dan pelanggan yang membeli printer inkjet Epson seri L.Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, dan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan bantuan program SmartPLS v.3. Hasil analisis PLS menunjukkan keenam hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima, yaitu reputasi merek mempengaruhi kepercayaan, reputasi merek mempengaruhi kepuasan, reputasi merek mempengaruhi hubungan merek online, kepercayaan mempengaruhi kepuasan, kepercayaan mempengaruhi hubungan merek online, dan kepuasan mempengaruhi hubungan merek online. Hasil pengujian hipotesis tersebut dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi reputasi merek maka kepercayaan konsumen pada merek tersebut akan semakin kuat, begitu pula dengan kepuasan yang semakin tinggi, dampaknya tentu terhadap hubungan merek online yang akan semakin kuat. Saran yang disampaikan yakni dengan pentingnya reputasi merek dalam kepuasan pelanggan, maka dari itu pelaku usaha harus selalu menjaga dalam penentuan harga serta mempertahankan konsistensi printer inkjet Epson seri L ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price, brand image, and repurchase intention on customer satisfaction with Yongki Komaladi products in Solo City. This research used a sample of 200 respondents via online and offline questionnaires. This research design used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and was processed using IBM SPSS 20 and AMOS version 22 software. The objects of this research were students at all universities in the city of Solo. The research results show that the brand image and customer satisfaction variables have a significant effect on repurchase intention, and the product quality and price variables do not have a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Saran yang disampaikan yakni dengan pentingnya reputasi merek dalam kepuasan pelanggan, maka dari itu pelaku usaha harus selalu menjaga dalam penentuan harga serta mempertahankan konsistensi printer inkjet Epson seri L ini.

Abstract

As the world of culinary creation develops, there are many food product innovations that, apart from being snacks, also contain the nutrients needed by the body. One of these foods is a snack bar. Snack bars are made to be a reliable source of high quality protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals and usually consumed by dieters for daily consumption or as snacks at certain times. Purple sweet potatoes and bananas are two food ingredients that are easy to get, especially in Indonesia, including Surakarta. These two food ingredients are usually processed for daily use because of their affordable prices, but most of them are traditional foods. This research aims to determine the process of making purple sweet potatoes and bananas into snack bars and find out respondents' opinions regarding this innovative snack bar product. The research methodology uses a qualitative method with an interview approach which is expressed descriptively using a questionnaire. The results of the research stated that the snack bar recipe formula was successful in finding the main raw materials of purple sweet potato and banana which were liked by respondents. The advice given is to improve the texture and durability of the finished snack bar product.

Abstract

The rising demand for healthy food is driven by increasing along with public awareness of the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet. One innovation in healthy food products is the development of corn flour-based muffins as an alternative to wheat flour products. Corn flour is a good source contains fiber, B-complex vitamins, and antioxidants such as lutein and zeaxanthin, which are beneficial for health, particularly digestive health and vision. This research aims to formulate healthy corn flour-based muffins with a balanced texture, taste, and nutritional content. The method used includes partially or completely replacing wheat flour with corn flour, as well as adding natural ingredients such as palm sugar as a natural sweetener and vegetable oil as a source of healthy fats. Organoleptic tests were conducted on panelists to assess product acceptability based on appearance, taste, aroma, texture, and color. The results showed that muffins with a composition of 36.5% corn flour and 36.5% wheat flour scored highest in taste and texture, and met the criteria for a healthy food low in sugar and high in fiber. This research demonstrates that corn flour-based muffins are a potential healthy food alternative and can be further developed as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) impacts employee performance improvement at Chatter Lounge Restaurant, Gumaya Tower Semarang. The background of this research stems from initial observations and interviews that revealed inconsistencies in SOP implementation, particularly in aspects of grooming and staff attitudes toward guests. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four key informants, direct observations of operational activities, and digital documentation related to SOP practices. The data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes three main stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that SOP implementation positively contributes to enhancing employee discipline, time efficiency, and accuracy in following service procedures, leading to a more standardized service quality. Nevertheless, the implementation is not yet fully optimal as several employees lack a comprehensive understanding of SOP content. Inhibiting factors include limited advanced training opportunities, one-way briefings that restrict interactive communication, and the absence of a performance-based reward system to motivate staff. The study highlights that while SOPs serve as a crucial guideline to improve consistency and professionalism, their effectiveness depends heavily on continuous reinforcement and employee engagement. Therefore, it is recommended that the restaurant management strengthen SOP implementation through ongoing training, more participatory internal communication, and the establishment of performance-based reward mechanisms to maximize employee motivation, ensure service excellence, and ultimately enhance guest satisfaction.
