Abstract

This research was conducted at Jatim  Bank of Sumenep, with a total sample of 57 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how the description of the Workspace, work spirit, and employee performance in Jatim Bank, Sumenep Branch; 2) To test and analyze the influence of the Work space and work spirit on employee performance at Jatim Bank of Sumenep Branch; 3) To test nd analyze Work space, and work spirit simultaneously on employee performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch. Data analysis using SPSS. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative research approach. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously, Work space , and Work Spirit have a significant influence on employee performance at Jatim Bank of Sumenep. So that in this case the hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven; 2) Partially, the Workspace and  Work Spirit have a significant influence on the employee performance of Jatim Bank of Sumenep. So that in this case the hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven.

Abstract

Sampah / limbah rumah tangga di satu sisi merupakan masalah bagi perkotaan di Surabaya, namun jika sampah / limbah rumah tangga dimanfaatkan dapat mendatangkan nilai ekonomi berupa tambahan pendapatan/income bagi rumah tangga. Dalam rangka memanfaatkan sampah / limbah rumah tangga inilah, maka kegiatan ini dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di RT 05 RW 02 Kelurahan Lontar Kecamatan Sambikerep Kota Surabaya. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah : 1) Peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga; 2) Peningkatan jiwa wirausaha bagi ibu-ibu PKK di RT 05 RW 02 Kelurahan Lontar; dan 3) Penataan administrasi Bank Sampah Lontar Mandiri. Kegiatan ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode pelatihan meliputi : 1) Pelatihan kewirausahaan; 2) Pelatihan tertib administrasi dan 3) Pelatihan pemasaran. Sedangkan metode pendampingan meliputi :1) Pendampingan penguatan jaringan kegiatan pemasaran dan 2) Pendampingan penguatan kelembagaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah : 1) Terdapat tambahan pendapatan rumah tangga antara Rp. 50.000 sampai dengan Rp. 150.000 per bulan; 2) Munculnya jiwa wirausaha bagi ibu-ibu PKK di RT 05 RW 02 Kelurahan Lontar; dan 3) Tersusunnya dokumen-dokumen administrasi Bank Sampah Lontar Mandiri.

Abstract

This research aims to identify internal and external factors in implementing BUMDes change management policies; to identify the changes that have occurred in BUMDes by using the theory of Lewin's Three-Step Model and Kotter's 8 Step Change Model; formulate a policy strategy for the development of BUMDes. The research method used is mixed. The data used are qualitative data from in-depth interviews and secondary data in one district in East Java province. Data analysis used sequential exploratory. The results of the study explain that the management changes that occur in the developing phase to the managing are first, for all BUMDes to immediately reorganize BUMDes managers by Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2021; second, the management changes that occur from the managing phase to the transformation are the need for a BUMDes consultant or assistant as a change agent to help develop BUMDes from different sides; third, the results of the SWOT analysis show that there are three main strategies needed to establish BUMDes, namely the business unit development strategy, facilities strategy and service strategy. This research concludes that implementing change management policies is essential to developing BUMDes.JEL: M210, H100, L100.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas guru di SDN Ploso V Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar 0,490. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai sampel asli 0,501. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar 0,426. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar 0,407. Loyalitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar 0,664. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar 0,332. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar 0,270.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 64 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tentang gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah kabupaten Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan.

Abstract

The aims of this study are o test and analyze motivation effect on employee performance which is mediated by organizational commitment. The results showed that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.286 and the p-values ​​of 0.007. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.501 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.429 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.215 and the p-values ​​of 0.002.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance with work ability as a mediating variable at PT BPD Jawa Timur Tbk Pamekasan branch. This type of research is associative with quantitative approach. Organizational culture has a significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. East Java Regional Development Bank Tbk Pamekasan Branch. Compensation has a significant effect in helping improve employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of training, motivation and teacher competence on teacher performance at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 69 respondents. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the training, motivation and competence of teachers partially affected the performance of teachers in the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 44 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze the simultaneous influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2). To test and analyze the partial influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3.) To test and analyze the variables between education, training and teaching experience that have a dominant influence on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. The results showed that 1.) Education, training and teaching experience simultaneously had a significant influence on teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2.) Education, training and teaching experience partially have a significant influence on teacher professionalism in SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3.). Teaching experience has a dominant influence on teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency.

Abstract

The type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach, the research sample is 35 respondents (the sampling technique uses the saturated sample method), the data analysis uses GeSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To examine and analyze the effect of motivation on managerial ability in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze the effect of managerial ability on the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency. 3) To examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency. 4).To examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency which is mediated by managerial ability. The results showed that: 1) Motivation had a significant negative effect on managerial ability in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sampang Regency with a CR value of -0.38; 2) Managerial ability has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sampang Regency with a CR value of 2.33; 3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sampang Regency with a CR value of 4.87; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by managerial ability with a CR value of 11.40.
