Abstract

The background of this research, namely community empowerment through the Brown Sugar Home Industry by the Sukahurip Village Community Empowerment Institute is still low. According to preliminary observations, the writer found various problems in the field such as: 1) Village Community Empowerment Institutions have not yet provided new ideas to the brown sugar home industry community. 2) Low training and guidance for the brown sugar home industry community by the Village Community Empowerment Institution. 3) Low funding assistance from LPMD for the brown sugar home industry community. Methodology of this research is used qualitative research methods using a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research, it is known that Community Empowerment through the brown sugar home industry by the Village Community Empowerment Institute in the Kubanggede Block Area, Cikulu Hamlet, Sukahurip Village, District of Pangandaran has not been implemented properly. Where the empowerment carried out by the Sukahurip Village Community Empowerment Institute has not been implemented optimally. Evidenced by the table recapitulation of research results with 27 questions indicating that there are indicators that have not been implemented properly. The obstacles in the implementation of empowerment are the absence of financial assistance, the absence of new ideas provided by the LPMD, the absence of training and coaching from the LPMD, the absence of marketing of brown sugar products from the LPMD. The fforts that made are helping with the contribution of funds from the Village Government, optimizing training and coaching, helping to improve the capacity of the community with new ideas provided by LPMD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terjadinya tumpang tindih peran antara stakeholder yang terlibat dalam proses Collaborative Governance di Desa Bojongmengger, Kecamatan Cijeungjing, Kabupaten Ciamis . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses Collaborative Governance yang dilakukan untuk mewujudkan kemandirian Desa Bojongmengger, mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung  dalam pelaksanaan Collaborative Governance di Desa Bojongmengger dan mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Collaborative Governance di Desa Bojongmengger. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena keberhasilan kerjasama stakeholder dapat merefleksikan kesiapan pemecahan masalah sosial. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Collaborative Governance dalam mewujudkan kemandirian desa belum berjalan optimal, Adapun untuk faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan Collaborative Governance di Desa Bojongmengger yaitu dari Sumber Daya (Sumber Daya Manusia dan Sumber Daya Keuangan), serta Otoritas atau Kewenangan. terdapat 3 (tiga) hambatan dalam pelaksanaan Collaborative Governance yaitu kurangnya komitmen, keterbatasan informasi serta struktur organisasi yang masih terlihat hirarki atau lebih mendominasi.Kata Kunci: Collaborative Governance, Kemandirian Desa

Abstract

The background of this research is that there has been no performance appraisal of the Blood Transfusion Unit of RSUD dr Soekardjo for almost 6 years of operation. This study aims to explain the performance of public services carried out by the Blood Transfusion Unit of RSUD dr Soekardjo. This research method is qualitative. Informants in this study found 6 people consisting of the head of the room and 5 people in charge of implementing it. Data collection techniques are by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique. After collecting data and recording data, the researcher performs data processing or analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and reports. Results Based on the research that the performance of the Blood Transfusion Unit of RSUD is still not optimal. This is indicated by the productivity of employees who are still lacking in socializing blood donors and planning and preserving blood donors. The second is related to where employees still need to improve their ability to maintain facilities in order to provide comfort to service users and are often late so that services are hampered. The third is related to responsiveness where employees are still lacking in providing innovative services so that they are still unable to compete with other parties but in responding to complaints and community needs are sufficient. The fourth relates to the responsibilities carried out by employees who are quite good because employees are always emphasized to provide services according to SOPs and are alert if there are donors who feel dizzy, nauseated, and swollen and are responsible until the donor recovers. Finally, regarding employee accountability, there are still shortcomings where employees are still not able to carry out services by the vision and mission of the Blood Transfusion Unit of RSUD. In terms of service, it is quite good. Employees are also transparent about the cost of blood processing. Abstract

  The low performance of employees is not only influenced by career development and compensation from the company, one of which is the work motivation factor for most employees, where employees still do not feel motivated by what they have obtained while carrying out their duties as employees. Performance compensation based on employee motivation will have an impact on service satisfaction and has an important role in improving employee performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The calculation of absenteeism as the effect of performance-based compensation on employee motivation is measured from the list of employee attendance and absences or absenteeism conducted at Al Arif Hospital, Ciamis district.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems including: 1) There are still frequent shackles for people with mental disorders by their families in Jadikarya Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency. 2) The Puskesmas has not been optimal in socializing the People with Mental Disorders program so that the public's understanding of people with mental disorders is weak. 3) Lack of public concern, this is evidenced by the apathy of society towards people with mental disorders. The design of this research, the researcher uses qualitative research which is the antithesis of quantitative research. The informants in this study consisted of 4 people, namely the Head of the Langkaplancar Health Center, Responsible for Community Health Efforts for the Development of Mental Health Services at Langkaplancar Health Center, the Head of Bangunjaya Village and the Family of Patients with Mental Disorders. The results of the study showed that the socialization of the Recovery Program for People with Mental Disorders by Langkaplancar District Health Center, Pangandaran Regency in general had been carried out but was still lacking. This is evidenced by the many people with mental disorders who roam the streets, neglected and there is still violence against people with mental disorders, many people still believe in treatment using traditional methods, and there are also families of people with mental disorders who do not want to be referred to a mental hospital, the patient's family does not accept his family members experiencing mental illness. This shows that there is still a lack of socialization of the Recovery Program for People with Mental Disorders by the Langkaplancar District Health Center.

Abstract

Tradisi Rarakaan merupakan salah satu tradisi yang ada di desa Sukaharja kecamatan Rajadesa kabupaten Ciamis. Tradisi ini sudah diwariskan secara turun temurun dari satu generasi ke generasi selanjutnya. Seiring perkembangan zaman Tradisi Rarakaan sudah mulai terkikis dan dilupakan oleh generasi muda. Padahal tradisi ini memiliki nilai yang sangat penting untuk tetap dilestarikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman generasi muda terkait nilai yang ada pada tradisi Rarakaan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait pentingnya nilai kearifan lokal tradisi Rarakaan, melalui kegiatan pemberian edukasi kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini, yaitu Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) melalui langkah-langkah pelatihan, pendampingan, praktik, dan evaluasi. Adapun sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu masyarakat desa Sukaharja, terutama generasi muda yang ada di lingkungan tersebut. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan PKM tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat desa Sukaharja, yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat desa Sukaharja terkait pentingnya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tradisi Rarakaan dari 60% menjadi 85%. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan PKM juga kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya tradisi Rarakaan juga meningkat. Selanjutnya, dari kegiatan PKM ini mampu meningkatkan minat generasi muda untuk tetap mengikuti tradisi Rarakaan. Hal ini berdasarkan pada keterlibatan generasi muda ketika pelaksanaan tradisi ini. Dan hal yang paling penting dari kegiatan PKM tahun 2024, yaitu kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam revitalisasi budaya Rarakaan di Desa Sukaharja. Budaya Rarakan yang dulu mulai memudar kini kembali hidup dan berkembang di desa ini.

Abstract

Community Service Program (CSP) are part of the Tridharma of higher education, which requires students to play an active role in empowering society through education, research and service. This article discusses the implementation of the Galuh Ciamis University CSP, which took place in Langkapsari Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency, with a focus on the main aspects: Increasing community capacity through optimizing Natural Resources and Strengthening Local Culture. The programs carried out include planting 100 tree seedlings, socializing verticulture planting, cultural performances, and creating a village website. Through a participatory educational approach and observations during CSP, this activity aims to improve the quality of community awareness of the environment. The results show active community participation in the program. This article also identifies the challenges faced and provides recommendations for developing CSP programs in the future.

Abstract

Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) serentak tahun 2024 di Indonesia menandai momen penting dalam penegakan demokrasi di era digital leadership. Tetapi, tingkat partisipasi dan pilihan masyarakat masih samar, serta belum terlihat signifikasi khususnya bagi para pemilih pemula. Studi ini menganalisis dampak Pemilu serentak dalam dinamika demokrasi, dengan fokus pada bagaimana teknologi digital memengaruhi pola komunikasi politik, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan pengawasan publik terhadap proses pemilu. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji tantangan seperti penyebaran disinformasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berperan krusial dalam mengelola ekosistem demokrasi yang inklusif dan adaptif, namun memerlukan penguatan regulasi dan literasi digital untuk meminimalkan risiko. Dengan demikian, Pemilu serentak 2024 menjadi momentum penting dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan nilai-nilai demokrasi untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang lebih partisipatif, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kepentingan publik, serta menjunjung tinggi etika berpolitik.
