Abstract

The problem in this study is how the level of customer service satisfaction for massage for sports / general practitioners. This study aims to see the level of customer satisfaction with massage services (sports and general practitioners) with variables 1. Reliability (reliability), 2. Responsiveness (responsiveness), 3. Assurance (assurance), 4. Empathy (empathy), 5. direct evidence (tangibles). Ex post facto quantitative descriptive research design for customers who had received massage services from October 2020 to February 2021. The instrument is in the form of a questionnaire in descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research data concluded that the level of customer satisfaction in the very satisfied category was 91% and 7% satisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan fisik atlet tinju amatir Kalimantan Barat yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi ajang prakualifikasi Pon 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tes dan pengukuran terhadap komponen biomotor dominan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet tinju amatir Kalimatan Barat yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi praPon tinju amatir dengan jumlah sebanyak 10 atlet. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini munggunakan statistik deskriptik kuantitatif dan uji beda (uji T). Hasil penelitian menunjukan komponen biomotor dominan antara sebelum dan setelah melakukan (TC) training center tidak ada perbedaan yang significant atau dengan kata lain tidak ada perubahan yang artinya tidak terjadi peningkatan kemampuan komponen biomotor dominan. Kesimpulannya tidak terjadi peningkatan kemampuan fisik atlet tinju amatir Kalimantan Barat selama mengikuti persiapan prakualifikasi Pon 2019

Abstract

This study aimed to test the SOS game used as a means to warm up. SOS games were usually played on paper. The trial game consists of 3 different levels. This game could be used as a movement activity to warm up. With some modifications, this game was tested. The trial was conducted on junior high school students, totaling 40 students. The data was obtained by measuring the pulse. Pulse was measured by counting the pulse in the neck for 10 seconds. The calculation result is multiplied by 6 to determine the number of pulses per minute—data analysis by comparing the measurement results with heating criteria based on age. The results showed that the first trial had a pulse rate of 142. Based on trial with 40 samples each at level 1, 140 level 2, 143, and level 3, 143 beats per minute. All of these pulses were in the exercise pulse. So it can be recommended that this game be used for heating purposes.

Abstract

The characteristics of soccer which have a wide field and also a long duration of play require soccer players to have high aerobic endurance. Good aerobic endurance should be owned by every player in order to support a performance at the time of the field. There are so many exercises that can be used to increase endurance, but there is no reference for effective and efficient training methods for developing aerobic endurance. This study aims to test appropriate and effective training methods to increase endurance. The experimental design was carried out by providing a triangle run training method through walking, jogging and sprinting activities. The research was tried out on the Mensere BMC club, amounting to fifteen people. The results showed an increase in the aerobic endurance of soccer players. The increase occurred because the triangle run training method provided had similar activities in soccer, namely walking, jogging and sprinting, which made players happy and the training process, training program and appropriate training methods were possible, so that there could be improvements. The conclusion is that the triangle run training method can increase the endurance of soccer players.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the somatotype of the Tarung Derajat martial arts athlete in the Fighter category on achievement. Quantitative descriptive research using survey method. Anthropometric manual tests and measurements to determine the athlete's body type. The research sample consisted of 8 male athletes and 7 female Tarung Derajat Fighters in the West Kalimantan category, held at the Satlat Mujahiddin, Pontianak City. The data obtained in the field is the results of the somatotype measurement test and the achievement of Tarung Derajat athletes, then analyzed using descriptive percentages to analyze. The study results were 46% with endomorph mesomorph body type, 40% central, 7% endomorph, and 7% ectomorph mesomorph with local, national, and international achievements. The conclusion is that there is no influence between the somatotypes of the Tarung Derajat martial arts athletes in the Fighter category on achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas capaian recovery orang yang memiliki nadi awal latihan tinggi dibandingkan dengan nadi yang lebih rendah. Rentang nadi rendah dibawah 65 per-menit dan nadi tinggi di atas 65 per menit. Sampel terdiri dari 22 mahasiswa. Dengan masing masing kelompok 11 masuk tinggi dan 11 masuk rendah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pemberian perlakuan permainan bola basket man to man. Sebelum dan sesuah bermain dilakukan pengukuran denyut nadi. 1 jam setelah istirahal dilakukan pengukurang denyut nadi ulang. Analissi data menggunakan uji beda sampel bebas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang sebelum latihan telah memiliki denyut nadi tinggi ternyata setelah selah 1 jam berhenti bermain denyut nadi masih lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang memulai bermain dengan denyut nadi yang lebih rendah. Dengan rerata awal 56 menjadi 57 untuk kelompok rendah dan 83 menjadi 86 pada kelompok denyut nadi tinggi..

Abstract

Kadar Hemoglobine (HB) menjadi isu penting bagi atlet. HB berperan dalam pengikatan O2 dan CO2. Sehingga HB memiliki peran yang penting. TUjuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui HB atlet putra dan putri di Kalimantan Barat yang mengikuti seleksi untuk Pra PON Papua. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah dengan ekspos fakto dengan menggunakan data tes yang telah dilakukan. Tes kadar HB dilakukan oleh Dokter dengan menggunakan tes HB. Atlet yang mengikuti seleksi sebanyak 364 atlet yang terdiri dari 25 cabang olahraga. Data dianalisa dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ternyata HB atlet putra rerata lebih tinggi yaitu 15,29 dan putri 13,51. HB terendah pada peserta seleksi atlet karate 8,90 dan HB tertinggi pada altet tinju 20.80. sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara rerata kadar HB atlet dapat dijadikan indicator untu melihat tingkat keterlatihan, kedua Kadar HB masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan intervensi latihan dan asupan nutrisi

Abstract

Pada umumnya pada bulan puasa lebih banyak orang untuk mengurangi aktivitas fisik terutama olahraga. Penelitian ini mencoba untuki mendapatkan informasi yang menunjukan bahwa latihan pada saat berpuasa dapat mempengaruhi denyut nadi basal. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen yang memberikan perlakuan latihan beban dengan sirkuit. Perlakuan sebanyak 12 kali pertemuan dengan intensitas 70%. Perhitungan denyut nadi dilakukan sebelum dan setelah bangun tidur. Sampel adalah mahasiswa pendidikan kepelatihan olahraga berjumlah 10 orang terdiri dari 6 putra, 4 putri dan memenuhi syarat untuk diberikan perlakuan. Data dianalisis dengan statistic diskriptif. Hasil penyajian data penelitian secara deskriptif menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan antara jumlah denyut nadi sebelum dan ketika bangun tidur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi berpuasa dan melakukan latihan tubuh tetap secara normal teradaptasi, ditandai dengan turunnya denyut nadi sebagai tanda kondisi pulih seperti semula.

Abstract

Prestasi atlet dapat dicapai melalui proses pembinaan yang sistematik, terencana, teratur dan berkesinambungan yang tertuang dalam program latihan. Akan tetapi, kamampuan pelatih masih kurang dalam menyusun program latihan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk memberikan bantuan bagi pelatih pemula dalam menyusun program latihan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan terhadap para pelatih pemula di lingkungan KONI Kalimantan Barat yaing teridir atas 56 orang pelatih. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, workshop, dan monitoring serrta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan berupa adanya peningkatan kemampuan para pelatih pemula dalam menyusun program latihan dan mengimplementasikan program latihan dalam kondisi latihan sesungguhnya. Hasil ini disebabkan kegiatan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan pelatih mengenai penyusunan program dan cara mengimplementasikan program latihan yang benar secara teoritis. Harapannya dengan adanya peningkatan tersebut makin meningkatkan pencapaian prestasi olahraga di Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The aim of this research is to develop warm-up games for junior high school students. The method used in this research is Reaserch and Development (RnD), with the development stage of problem analysis, heating design, heating testing, design revision, retrying, and final product. The instrument in this study used a pulse measurement test and a questionnaire. The data analysis used the eligibility formula for judges assessment, ANOVA analysis calculation, T Test and DN max calculation, namely 220 - age for student and student data. Subjects in the study, students as a small-scale trial amounted to 10 out of 9 boys and 1 girl with an average age of 20 years, the two junior high school students as a large-scale trial totaling 31 of 14 boys and 17 girls. From the three judges, the three games are 98% eligibility, which means that the assessment of the heating design is “Very Worthy” to try out. The results of the development of Game game modifications have three levels, namely the easy level of fun games, moderate levels of small games and difficult levels of big games and each level has a different intensity. The results of the first trial study students scored 60% to 75% in increasing their pulse rate to enter the Training Zone. The second trial of students scored a 60% to 75% increase in pulse rate to enter the Training Zone. That way, warming up with games can be used as an alternative to warming up before doing sports activities.
