Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di lembaga pendidikan islam. Kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen dalam pendidikan yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), studi pustaka atau kepustakaan yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menelaah dan/atau mengeksplorasi beberapa sumber yang berasal dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, literatur-literatur dan informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan. Kepala sekolah menjadi salah penentu keberhasilan sebuah pendidikan karena baik tidaknya suatu kualitas ditentukan oleh pelaksana pendidikan dan juga proses pembelajaran tergantung pada bagaimana kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan. Kepala sekolah harus mampu melaksanakan tugasnya serta fungsi-fungsinya yakni, fungsi educator, manager, administrator, supervisior, leader, innovator, dan motivator, figure dan mediator. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan sekolah atau sekolah yang efektif maka kinerja guru harus benar-benar di diukur dan kontrol dengan baik. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seorang guru. Disiniliah peran kepala sekolah sebagai seorang pemimpin sangat dibutuhkani sebagai karena kepala sekolah sebagai agen perubahan, sebagai penentu arah, juru bicara, dan pelatih. Sehingga kepala sekolah harus menciptakan suasana yang sehat agar menimbulkan suasana yang menyenangkan dan semangat kerja bagi guru supaya bisa meningkatkan kualitas kerja seorang guru dalam proses mengajar.

Abstract

The implementation of the Takhossus LPBA program at the Raudlatul Malikiyah Islamic Boarding School involves developing the Arabic language, teaching Arabic grammar rules, and implementing routine language activities. This program develops students' Arabic language skills, such as speaking, debating, hosting and delivering speeches. In addition, this research explains the history and teaching system of the program, and highlights the importance of nahwu and sharaf in learning Arabic to understand the structure and use of the language. The research methodology used is work analysis using primary and secondary data sources. The LPBA program in Islamic boarding schools is implemented through BANOM dirofiyah activities, which include routine Arabic language rules and sanctions for violators. This research aims to explore the implementation of the LPBA program in Islamic boarding schools using qualitative research methods. LPBA as a foreign language development institution encourages its members to speak Arabic every day to improve their language skills. Apart from that, Islamic boarding schools also implement the Takhassus LPBA program to deepen their knowledge of the Arabic language. Although the program faces challenges such as lack of student motivation resources, limited number of teachers, limited expertise, limited textbooks, teaching materials and multimedia resources, strategic steps have been taken to overcome these problems. Program evaluations are carried out periodically to ensure the effectiveness of activities. Keywords:  Takhossus; Arabic; Banom.

Abstract

Keluarga terbentuk dari adanya perkawinan yang merupakan kebutuhan fitriah manusia sebagai makhluk fisik. Sebagai bagian dari makhluk hidup, manusia memerlukan pemenuhan kebutuhan fisik dan rohaninya, yaitu memerlukan kebutuhan biologis sehingga dapat mengembangkan keturunannya. Keluarga juga menjadi pendidikan pertama yang akan membawa dan menentukan perilaku dan cara berfikir bagi anak. Dalam hal inilah, keluarga termasuk yang paling penting dalam memberikan pendidikan, terutama orang tua, yang akan dituntut untuk memikirkan pendidikan seperti apa yang akan diberikan pada keluarganya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership role of school principals in improving teacher performance in Islamic educational institutions. The principal is one component in education that has an effect on improving teacher performance. The method used in this study uses a library research method or approach, literature or literature study, namely research conducted by reviewing and/or exploring several sources originating from scientific journals, literature and other information deemed relevant. The principal is a determinant of the success of an education because whether or not a quality is determined by the education provider and also the learning process depends on how the leadership in educational institutions is. The principal must be able to carry out the implementation and its functions, namely, the functions of educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators, figures and mediators. To achieve the success of an effective school or school, the teacher's performance must be properly measured and controlled. There are several factors that affect the performance of a teacher. This is where the role of the principal as a leader is needed because the principal is an agent of change, as a guide, spokesperson, and coach. So that the principal must create a healthy atmosphere in order to create a pleasant atmosphere and work spirit for teachers in order to improve the quality of a teacher's work in the teaching process.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of integrating Islamic education in classroom management to shape student character and improve academic achievement. Although there are barriers such as a lack of teacher training and government support, recommended solutions include providing comprehensive training, integrating Islamic education with other sciences, emphasizing individual differences, providing specific instructional instructions, applying the lesson study approach and encouraging the integration of Islamic values in all aspects of education. The research method used was a literature study and qualitative data analysis to identify challenges and solutions in the integration of Islamic education in classroom management. The results show that the integration of Islamic education in classroom management is seen to improve student character, academic achievement and the overall learning experience. By focusing on holistic student character building, values such as sincerity, simplicity, independence, tolerance and care for the environment can be instilled. The role of teachers in instilling character values in students through their example and guidance is crucial. Evaluating students' characters and overcoming obstacles in the integration of Islamic education is also an important part of achieving the broader goals of education, particularly in shaping a young generation that has strong characters and good morals.

Abstract

Society 5.0 is a concept to create a society that focuses on human development based on cutting-edge technology. The era of Society 5.0 is focused on providing products and services specifically designed for various individual needs and the needs of many people to create benefits in the social sector. Islamic religious education can be the most up-to-date solution in its mission to make benefits in the social sector for all humans. So, we need an Islamic learning media launched on a science and technology basis to strengthen the implementation of the Society 5.0 concept. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various relevant sources. The research results show that using technology in Islamic religious learning can increase learning effectiveness and student engagement. Several science and technology-based learning media such as mobile applications, digital platforms, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), webinars and online conferences, social media, and e-learning can simplify the learning process and increase students' understanding. However, challenges such as accuracy and authenticity of content, as well as monitoring inappropriate content, need to be addressed, as well as the potential and limitations of technology-based learning media in Islamic education. Apart from that, Islamic Religious Education teachers need to control the use of technology so that it continues to lead to a human-centered approach

Abstract

Efforts to improve the learning quality of Class VII Junior High School Students in Islamic Religious Education Subjects with the Jigsaw Type Learning Model at Namira Middle School in Probolinggo City for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning quality of students of SMP Namira City Probolinggo class VII-A with a jigsaw type of learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class VII-A SMP Namira Probolinggo City as many as 22 students. The information collection tool used is in the form of observation sheets and ordinary multiple preference objective tests, based on the results of observations in cycle I and cycle II activities, there is an increase in the quality of student learning. Universally obtained 50% of students in the first cycle and 90, 90% in the second cycle. This increase in learning quality took place because each student discussed the division of his group members into expert groups based on the teacher's direction, as well as in the group from which the students were eager to present the results of the discussion. Next, it was found that the increase in learning outcomes that appeared in the gain index criteria for each student were 11 moderate students and 11 high students in the first cycle, 20 high students in the second cycle.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to evaluate the effect of implementing the REACT Model on students' critical thinking abilities at AL-AMRI IT High School, Leces Village, Leces District, Probolinggo Regency. The data obtained was processed using descriptive statistics and the SPSS application. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between the application of the REACT Model (variable X) on critical thinking skills (variable Y) at SMA IT AL-AMRI. The calculated t value is 13.795 with a significance of 0.000 (less than 0.05), indicating that the REACT Model has a significant influence on students' critical thinking abilities. The correlation analysis value (R) is 0.302, and the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.091, indicating that 18.4% of the variation in students' explicit reasoning skills can be understood using the Response Model, while other elements contribute 81%. 6%. Based on exam results, it tends to be argued that schools play an important role in developing students' true capacities. Implementing learning techniques such as the Response Model can be an effective solution in further developing students' critical thinking abilities. This is important considering the difficulties in the world of education, especially related to problems with educational experiences and students' lack of critical thinking skills. Furthermore, this exam provides a significant commitment to the advancement of more successful learning techniques under instructive conditions.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of mothers as the main educational agent in the family, serving as the first madrasah for children. Mothers not only educate children in academic aspects, but also in religious values, morals and life skills. Research shows that the education provided by mothers has a major influence on children's character development and moral understanding. However, mothers often face challenges in carrying out this role, such as dividing their time between work and household responsibilities. Support from husbands and government policies that support family welfare are essential to help mothers fulfill their roles well. The article also emphasizes the importance of providing better access to education for women so that they can contribute effectively to their children's education. In addition, the role of the media, religion and social institutions is crucial in reinforcing the social construction of mothers as primary educators. The media shapes society's views through representations of mothers, while religion emphasizes mothers' responsibilities in the moral and spiritual education of children. In the context of modern families, mothers face challenges in balancing traditional and modern roles, including role conflict and lack of support from social institutions. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate support for mothers so that they can optimally fulfill their dual roles.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the strategies employed by parents in Tanjungrejo Village to instill religious values in their children, aiming to prevent adolescent delinquency. Religious values are considered crucial for providing moral guidance to adolescents. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, the study utilizes observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis involves reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the gathered information. Findings indicate that parents utilize various tactics, such as setting personal examples, encouraging participation in religious activities like Quranic studies, and maintaining open communication with their children. Religious values serve as a strong moral foundation capable of influencing adolescent decision-making. Nevertheless, parents encounter challenges, particularly concerning their children's reliance on technology. Managing children's exposure to inappropriate content and ensuring the primacy of religious values in education pose significant hurdles for parents. Despite these challenges, parental involvement in instilling religious values is deemed essential in preventing adolescent delinquency. However, addressing influences like technology requires a careful approach to educating children in the digital age. Parents' recognition of their role in their children's education and collaborative efforts to foster an environment supportive of religious values could be crucial in preventing adolescent delinquency in Tanjungrejo Village.
