Abstract

Penerapan teknologi di bidang pertanian telah mengalami kemajuan dan perkembangan terhadap ilmu teknologi. Teknologi yang lebih spesifik digunakan adalah IoT (Internet of Things), dimana pemanfaatan jaringan internet menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam mengembangkan mesin-mesin teknologi yang bersifat otomatis guna meningkatkan sistem pertanian. Oleh karena itu penggunaan IoT adalah sangat bermanfaat dalam bidang pertanian khususnya dalam budidaya stroberi yang memerlukan pengendalian khusus dalam setiap proses pemeliharaannya yaitu untuk beberapa aktivitas utama seperti penyiraman, pemupukan, dan pemantauan suhu serta kondisi tanaman secara real-time. Melalui penelitian dan pengembangan ini diharapkan sistem IoT dapat membantu aktivitas budidaya stroberi yang dirancang menggunakan NodeRED sebagai visual programming dan terhubung dengan protokol MQTT sebagai protokol dalam transmisi data dan informasi. Node-RED sebagai teknologi terbaru dimanfaatkan untuk dapat memudahkan proses penerapan sistem IoT dan melakukan pengontrolan dan pemantauan terhadap setiap data dan perintah yang diterima dan dibuat. Metode penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan data, mendesain model, mengumpulkan alat dan bahan, melakukan pengujian, implementasi alat kepada objek, dan evaluasi terhadap setiap proses implementasi yang telah berjalan. Target yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mampu mengurangi tenaga petani, efisiensi waktu dengan adanya sistem automation, dan mampu menjaga proses pertumbuhan tanaman stroberi secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Guided Inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in the subject matter Substance and its form in Class VII of the First Semester of State Middle School 2 Siantar T.A 2017/2018. This type of research is pre-experimental design. The population in the study were all VII grade students consisting of 6 classes with samples of class VII1 as a trial class of 32 people taken by random sampling using a guided inquiry learning model. The instrument used to determine student learning outcomes is a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choices with a number of 20 questions consisting of 4 answer choices, and all the questions given must be valid categories. Before being given treatment, the pilot class was given a pretest to find out the initial abilities of students who obtained an average pretest score of 43.28. After being given the treatment of the guided inquiry learning model, the posttest mean score was 73.13. After obtaining the average student N-Gain score is 0.52 with the medium category. The observation results of learning with guided inquiry learning models have been carried out at each stage of learning well. So that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of guided inquiry learning model on Substance and Material material towards the learning outcomes of VII grade students of Semester I of SMP Negeri 2 Siantar T.A.2017 / 2018.

Abstract

This study is an attempt to determine a positive and significant relationship and to determine the value contribution oflearning independence during the Cocid 19 pandemic to the physics learning achievement of class XI IPA students in the2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is a correlational research with the research subjects are students of classXI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar, totaling 35 students. The instruments used in this study were the independentlearning questionnaire and the students' physics achievement test using multiple choice forms that had been tested forinstrument validation. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the Fcount value was 0.875> the F tablevalue was 2.46 and the correlation coefficient r count was 0.504> rcount was 0.334. Then H_0 was rejected and H_a wasaccepted. This means that there is a relationship between independent learning on student achievement in physics class XIIPA SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar with a coefficient of determination of 0.254, which indicates that 25.4% of students'physics learning achievement is influenced by independent learning while the remaining 74.6% is influenced. by othervariables not examined in this study. So that the results of the data analysis indicate that there is a positive and significantrelationship between independent learning and students' physics learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to find out problem solving skills in the form of graphs and difficulty profiles, especially in straight motionmaterial. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Onanrunggu in the oddsemester of the 2020/2021 school year. The subject of this study was a grade XI MIA 1 student who was able to take part inonline learning. The instruments used in this study are diagnostic tests in the form of descriptions that have passed the stageof instrument validation tests. The analysis is done using descriptive percentages. The results showed that the percentage ofeach ability began with graph interpretation capability (50.60%), predicting ability (67.86%), and transformation ability(67.63%). Students' difficulty profiles are based on KKM achievement, prerequisite knowledge, material profiles,misconceptions, and troubleshooting stages. Based on the mastery of KKM, students still have difficulty for all indicators. Forthe profile of students' difficulties based on their pre-existing knowledge, students still have difficulty in the countingoperations section. For student difficulty profiles based on material profiles, students still have difficulty for all sub-materialsespecially acceleration. As well as the latter, the student's difficulty profile is based on the stages of problem solving. Thedifficulty of students is increasing from the lowest stage, which is the stage of understanding the problem and the higheststage is the review stage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the improvement of science literacy and integrated science process skills of students in Low Class Science courses in elementary school teacher candidates. Sample determination using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection was done using observation, questionnaires and written tests of scientific literacy & integrated science process skills. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in paired t test. The inquiry learning modification model is effective in improving science literacy & integrated science process skills of Students with 0.3 <n gain <0.7. Inferential statistics also show a sig value: p < 0.05 that there are significant differences after learning using a modified inquiry model.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the misconceptions of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) University of HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar on Mechanics Material in odd semester T.A 2018/2019 in the Science Concept Basic Subject Course I. The research method used in this study was a survey. The study population was 321 PGSD students who were divided into 8 groups and the sample used was 6 groups by means of sampling using a random sampling technique. The research instrument used in this study was a Multiple Choice Test accompanied by a CRI column. From the research it was found that the percentage of students who experienced misconceptions was 11.6% and the percentage was smaller than the percentage of students who did not understand the concept, the percentage of students who did not understand the concept was 17.8% and the percentage of students who understood the concept was 70.5% . Many students' misconceptions occur when the use of vectors in mechanics, the concept of variables that do not appear in general mechanics but appear in daily life such as the influence of mass when falling objects rub against air.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on students' science process skills.The approach taken in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, meaning that the data collected is the result ofobservations and written test results that are processed descriptively in writing to find out the high level thinking skills of classX SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar T.P 2019/2020 in guided inquiry learning. The science process skills instrument used tomeasure students' science process skills consists of science process skills tests. Science process skills tests are given in theform of essay questions from each aspect of science process skills, including: 1) observing, observing questions, 3)formulating hypotheses, 4) predicting, 5) finding patterns and relationships, 6) communicating effective, 7) design anexperiment 8) carry out an experiment, and 9) measure and count. This test is given twice, namely during the pre-test andpost-test. Based on the calculation of the N-gain value of the experimental class obtained an increase of 0.748 in the highcategory, in the conventional class an increase of 0.293 was obtained in the low category. Based on testing the hypothesis ofscience process skills with a tcount of 42.379 and a significance of 0.00 (ttable = 1.67, α = 0.05). These results indicate thattcount> ttable and the significance value is smaller than 0.05. Based on these results it is concluded that the guided inquirylearning model has a significant effect on students' science process skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Joyful Learning integrated Problem Based Learning models on student learning outcomes in the Elasticity and Hooke Law Class XI material at SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar in the Academic Year 2019/2020. This type of research is the research used is a pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population is all students of class XI PMIA in SMA 2 Pematangsiantar 2019/2020 Academic Year. Sampling was carried out by using the Random Sampling Cluster technique, the research sample was obtained, class XI PMIA-2 as an experimental class consisting of 35 students. The research instrument used was a student learning achievement test with multiple choice forms that had been tested by content validation by 2 validators with an average score of 4. After the treatment, an average grade of experimental class post-test with an average value of 77.29 was obtained. Increasing the average value of N-gain student learning outcomes in the experimental class is 0.68 with moderate criteria. The results showed that the integrated Joyful Learning Problem Based Learning model had a significant effect and was able to improve the learning outcomes of Grade XI students on Elasticity material in SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the quality and quantity of education is still the most prominent problem, especially inphysics learning which is classified as a lesson that is difficult to understand and boring, resulting in low student physicslearning achievement. This research aims to find out the or absence of the influence of interest in studying physics on theachievement of learning physics students. This type of research is quantitative research. The study sample was 26 studentsof State High School 1 Aek Kuo. The instruments used in the study are questionnaires and tests about multiple options.The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the calculation obtained t_hitung >t_tabel (2,657 > 2,056) with a significance level of 0.014. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant positiveinfluence between the interests of studying physics to the achievement of learning physics students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning model on students' understanding of physics concepts in the kinematics of motion material in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar T.A 2021/2022. This type of research is a preexperimental design study with a research population of all class X PMIA SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar T.A 2021/2022. With the Cluster Random Sampling technique, the research sample was obtained for class X PMIA 2. The instrument used was a concept understanding test in the form of an essay test which had been validated by 2 validators and LKPD. After the treatment was carried out on the students, the posttest average score was 70.14 and the overall N-gain score for students was 0.67. The results showed that the students' understanding of physics concepts taught by the problem based learning model increased from 27.06 to 70.14. So that there is an influence of problem based learning learning models assisted by practicum on motion kinematics material on understanding physics concepts for class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar T.A 2021/2022. During class learning students get a final grade with a good assessment category
