The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) the interest of young entrepreneurs in the district of Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. 2) the influence of youth personalities, environment, and demography towards the interest of youth Entrepreneurship in the district of Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang regency. Techniques used in the sampling was Franc Lynch. Research samples were taken from the youth in the district of Percut Sei Tuan aged from 18-30 years old, with 96 respondents obtained randomly. Data collection techniques used was primary, using questionnaires and a Likert scale on each question. The research method used was a survey. While for the data analysis technique a descriptive test and multiple linear regression were used. The result of thisresearch revealed that: 1) Interest entrepreneurial youths in the district of Percut Sei Tuan in Deli Serdang area is very positive 2) Self efficacy, Achievement Needs, Availability Information, Networking, Access to Capital, and Demographics positively related to interest youth entrepreneurship in the district Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. 3) Self efficacy, Achievement Needs, Availability Information, Networking, Access to Capital, and Demographics simultaneously significant effect on variable interest in youth entrepreneurship in the district Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency 4) Self efficacy, Achievement Needs, Availability Information, Networking, and Access to Capital partially no significant effect on variable interest in youth entrepreneurship in the district Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. 5) Demographics partially have significant effect on variable of variable interest in youth entrepreneurship in the district Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency.

This research aims to provide solutions in flood disaster countermeasure in Medan based on community empowerment. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach and forum group discussion. Empowerment in this study consisted of aspects of knowledge and appreciation of the environment, as well as community adherence to environmental-related regulations. The results of this study are: 1) Community knowledge about the environment can be improved by socialization activities, socialization activities are the beginning to raise environmental awareness 2) Knowledge is not enough without appreciation, then community assistance activities are carried out by activating tourism, biopori, and utilization waste so that it has economic value; and 3) Enforcement of the law on the environment must be strictly enforced in order to create a deterrent effect for the community in violation.

This study aims to: (1) determine the level of local community brand awareness of the brand "Negeri Indah Kepingan Surga" in Samosir Regency, and (2) know the local community's perception of the branding "Negeri Indah Kepingan Surga" in Samosir Regency. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out in descriptive quantitative with a Likert scale and qualitative. In order for qualitative research to be better, member checks and group discussion forums were then carried out. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people, while the informants amounted to 9 people. The results of this study are: (1) the level of brand awareness of the local community towards the brand "Negeri Indah Kepingan Surga" in Samosir Regency is at the brand recall level, and (2) There has not been any unified perception among the local community on the brand "Negeri Indah Kepingan Surga". in Samosir Regency. Some of the ways that must be done in order to achieve brand awareness of local community. The local community's perception of the tourism brand in Samosir Regency is still varied, although it has a positive tone.

In tourism development, community participation is very important. Community participation does not just appear but must start from the correct perception of tourism. The local community, with all their perceptions about tourism management, have already been involved in tourism management. The aim of the research is: 1) to find out the local peopleâ€™s perception to the principal tourism destination management 2) to find out the model of sustainable tourism development in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. The type of research is social survey and descriptive-quantitative. The technique used in sampling is the Franc Lynch method, with a sample of 95 people as respondents, aged 15-64 years was obtained. The data type used represents primary by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale in each question. Data analysis techniques were using value perception and multiple regression analysis. The result from this research showed: 1) The percentage of the average value of the independent variable is 85%, this means that the perception of the local community on the principles of managing Lake Toba tourist destinations are in positive or good areas 2) Sustainable tourism development has a positive relationship and is influenced simultaneously by service, attraction, human resources, environment, and participation. Therefore, the model of sustainable tourism development should be stressed on the attraction and the human resource in the Simanindo District.Â Keywords: Community tourism development, sustainable community, sustainable tourism.

The coronavirus forces us to keep our distance and stay away from crowds which has an impact on children's learning methods. Furthermore, the government gives an appeal to do promotions at home or on the web. Web-based learning will find that is completed online by utilizing a web network where web-based learning affects student profits in learning. Students' interest in learning at the beginning of covid in 2019 - 2020 children did not have interest in learning, but once face-to-face 50% of students' interest in learning slowly increased and after 100% face-to-face it was much different from the time of covid compared to the period before covid which greatly decreased. This study aims to determine the effect of web-based learning on learning abilities during the COVID-19 pandemic in adolescents in Kelurahan Pabatu, Kecamatan Padang Hulu, Kota Tebing Tinggi. This exploration uses subjective examination with an interview, perception, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the impact of learning on students during online learning is the decline in children's learning abilities and some even cannot read and count in grade 3.

AbstrakAdapun maksud dari penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan untuk menggambarkan latar belakang pemasangan pintan (sajen), mengetahui cara pemasangan pintan, dan mengetahui maksud atau arti dalam pemasangan pintan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berupa deskriptif yaitu dengan menggunakan suatu metode dimana penulis melakukan menggambarkan, mewawancarai dan menganalisa melalui fenomena-fenomena yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan dilapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa hal yang melatarbelakangi pemasangan pintan dikarenakan suatu kepercayaan etnis jawa mengenai arwah seseorang yang telah meninggal akan pulang atau datang saat memasuki bulan ramadhan sehingga dengan adanya persepsi tersebut menjadikan banyaknya masyarakat jawa memasang pintan atau memberikan sajian dengan menyediakan berbagai macam makanan yang dihidangkan dimeja yang disediakan dan diletakkan di kamar atau ruangan kosong dengan maksud pemberian hormat kepada leluhur yang telah tiada. Kata kunci: Pintan, Tradisi jawa, Bulan Ramadhan AbstractThe phenomenon of pintan installation is a Javanese tradition that is usually carried out by Javanese people in welcoming and enjoying the month of Ramadan. This is not done solely by tradition but has other perceptions from the community regarding the tradition. As for the purpose of this research, it aims to describe the background of pintan installation (sajen), find out how to install pintan, and find out the intent or meaning in the installation of pintan. The research method used is a qualitative method, namely by using a method where the author conducts interviews and analyzes the phenomena that occur in these problems. The results of this study are that the background to the installation of pintan is due to a Javanese ethnic belief that the spirit of someone who has died will return or come when entering the month of Ramadan so that with this perception many Javanese people install pintan or provide dishes by providing various kinds of food served. on the table provided and placed in an empty room or room with the intention of paying respects to deceased ancestors. Artikel ini membahas tentang Masjid Al Bayan gurila dalam mengembangkan media dakwah serta pengaruh terhadap masyarakat dalam kehidupan keagamaan. Seiring perkembangan zaman yang sudah mengacu kepada kontribusi teknologi maka Masjid Al Bayan ikut menggunakan teknologi dalam berdakwah secara dinamis dan melihat apakah media yang digunakan berdampak serius kepada kualitas keagamaan masyarakat di gurila. Mesjid Al bayan bulan juga dapat di katakan menggunakan media yang sangat meluas, seperti pengguaan radio, televisi, namun mesjid Al bayan gurila terus meningkatkan kualis yang ada pada saat ini, dengan harapan para muda-mudi yang saat ini ikut andil dalam memakmurkan mesjid terus mampu untuk membangkitkan mesjid ke dalam media yang di harapkan pad era sekarang, dan pasti sesuai dengan ajara Al Qur’an dan hadist, penelitian di lakukan di masjid Al bayan dengan beberapa faktor salah satunya ialah kemudahan dalam mencari data serta lokasi yang strategis.

The purpose of this study was to describe the form of implementation of da'wah bil hal ornamental fish traders in economic empowerment in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District, and to describe the inhibiting factors, and supporting factors for the implementation of da'wah bil hal ornamental fish traders in economic empowerment in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The research informants consisted of three ornamental fish traders and three ornamental fish consumers. Data collection tools are carried out through the stages of observation, interviews (interviews), and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study it was found that the form of implementation of da'wah bil hal ornamental fish traders in economic empowerment in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District as follows: not reducing weight, selling good quality goods, being responsible for the quality of goods, promotion, loose and generous. Researchers also found the obstacles faced by ornamental fish traders in Sekip Village in trading, including factors of unpreparedness to compete, factors of lack of motivation, and factors of limited capital. Supporting factors include: increasing income and giving alms.

Banyak masyarakat mengatakan anak yang lahir tahun 2000an merupakan anak gernerasi zaman milenial. Perkembangan dizaman sekarang yang begitu pesat, banyak remaja yang telah mengikuti zaman sehingga gaya dan perilakunya berubah. Namun sebagian remaja memilih untuk tidak mengikuti prekembangan zaman dengan memilih untuk memperdalam ilmu agama. Ada yang menempuh pendidikan agama hingga ke luar negeri dan ada juga yang tetap memilih untuk belajar didalam negeri. Setelah selesai masa pendidikannya mereka memilih untuk jadi seorang da’i. Dengan adanya da’I muda di zaman sekarang, banyak remaja yang telah sadar akan perbuatannya selama ini. Dampak positif telah terjadi pada remaja karena adanya da’I muda yang semangat dalam berdakwah walaupun banyak menempuh tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Karena hal itu menarik perhatian, kami (penulis) menjadikan sebagai bahan artikel ilmiah kami. Kami membaca beberapa buku atau jurnal sebagai bahan kami untuh dijadikan pembahasan. Dengan kami menjadikannya sebuah artikel ilmiah, kami mengetahui banyak pengaruh yang telah didapatkan remaja milenial. Dengan demikian, bahwa da’I muda menjadi pengaruh terbesar terhadap hijarhnya seorang remaja.
