Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency is one of the Sinjai Regency Regional Agencies that provides population administrative services to the community that should be effective, efficient, responsive and accountable. This study aims to describe the Effectiveness of the "Pencet WhatsApp Saja" Program at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sinjai Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sinjai Regency, this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation as well as technical data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the "Pencet WhatsApp Saja" Program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency has been implemented quite effectively and is supported by adequate infrastructure, but it cannot be said to be fully effective. This is because there are still obstacles on the internet network that is not smooth or slow at the time of inputting or processing population data or documents and there are still many people who do not know about the "Pencet WhatsApp Saja" Program, which is fast service via WhatsApp every day

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan inovasi pemerintah daerah dalam pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Sinjai melalui program Layanan Seluler Peternakan Terintegrasi (LA SAPI) di Kabupaten Sinjai. Menjadi menarik diteliti, mengingat inovasi ini dilakukan dengan menjadikan peternak sebagai obyek layanan dengan menggunakan media seluler. Layanan LA SAPI dilakukan dalam rangka memudahkan peternak dan masyarakat umum untuk berinteraksi dan membangun komunikasi dengan Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kabupaten Sinjai tanpa mengganggu aktivitas keseharian mereka. Untuk memahami bagaimana inovasi berdampak pada kebutuhan masyarakat, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 6 (enam) kriteria untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu produk inovasi, yakni: dampak, kemitraan, keberlanjutan, kepemimpinan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, kesetaraan gender dan pengecualian sosial, serta inovasi dalam konteks lokal dan dapat ditransfer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Untuk pengumpulan data penelitian, diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, pemanfaatan data-data sekunder (dokumen), dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebuah produk inovasi tidak mesti membutuhkan anggaran/dana yang besar, tetapi yang utama adalah melibatkan warga dalam program tersebut serta nilai kemanfaatan bagi masyarakat dari produk inovasi tersebut. Selain itu, keberlangsungan inovasi tersebut penting untuk dijaga dan dapat ditransfer di tempat lain, agar dapat dirasakan oleh semua pihak secara terus menerus.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the Accountability of Direct Cash Aid Disbursement Affected by Covid-19 through Village Funds in Taronggo Village, Bungku Utara District, North Morowali Regency. The research method uses primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using the technique of Observation, Questionnaire, Literature Study and Documentation. The technique used is statistical analysis using a statistical formula (percentage) which is used to describe the results of the study. Calculation of the data is given a score based on the type of data collected, namely qualitative data which is then converted into quantitative. After selecting the data, then giving a weighted score for each alternative answer in scoring using the Likert Scale. Then determine the measured variables based on the indicators studied. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires to respondents that the Accountability of Direct Cash Assistance Disbursed for the Impact of Covid-19 through Village Funds based on a rating scale is classified as good with a benefit score of 77.55%, accurate 74.29% and eligibility 72.65%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether this application makes things easier for people or makes things more difficult for people. The National Police must be able to keep up with technological advances so that it makes it easier to serve the public. One of the police regulations is the Police Traffic Corps Digital Application which was available on April 13 2021. This is the official application of the Indonesian Police Corps. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources come from trusted and credible online portals such as CNN Indonesia, Tribun.news, Kompas.com, Tempo.com and relevant journal articles. The results of this research are that the National Police traffic police digital application cannot yet be used optimally because it is still in the development process, and many of its features are still not active.
