Abstract

Saat ini pemerintah telah memiliki program pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB) yang dikembangkan atas dasar profil kinerja guru sebagai perwujudan hasil penilaian kinerja guru dan didukung dengan hasil evaluasi diri. Orientasi PKB  tersebut memiliki tujuan dan pencapaian standar kompetensi dan pengembagan kompetensi untuk memenuhi layanan pembelajaran berkualitas dan peningkatan karir guru. Dilihat dari ruang lingkup pembinaan dan pengembangan guru pada program PKB tersebut masih pada tataran pembinaan dan pengembangan guru secara umum. Sehingga  perlu model khusus yang terarah kepada guru SMK. Oleh karena itu, dalam memenuhi pembinaan dan pengembangan guru SMK, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan keprofesian guru SMK sangat perlu untuk dilakukan pengembangan pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru SMK secara berkelanjutan sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru SMK secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan. Sehingga, pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru SMK dapat dilakukan dengan pengembangan model keprofesian guru SMK berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan karakteristik pendidikan kejuruan. Kata kunci: Guru profesional, Kinerja Guru, Pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Makalah ini disusun untuk menggambarkan proses analisis dalam merancang model pengembangan keprofesionalan guru kejuruan SMK. Pengembangan model Pengembangan keprofesionalan guru SMK harus sejalan dengan peran dan kompetensi guru SMK saat ini dan yang akan datang. Karena peran dan kompetensi guru SMK yang akan datang memiliki peran dengan tantangan yang sangat kompleks, sehingga Guru SMK harus siap menghadapi tuntutan dan tantangan tersebut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Upaya peningkatan kinerja, kompetensi dan keprofesionalan guru SMK  serta kualitas lulusan SMK merupakan tantangan bagi SMK untuk memenuhi dan mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar kerja. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan, keahlian, keterampilan, kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru SMK menjadi sangat penting dalam turut andil melahirkan lulusan SMK berkualitas. Profesionalitas guru SMK dapat diwujudkan dengan merancang model pengembangan keprofesionala guru melalui hasil dari analisis kebutuhan, observasi dan survai ke SMK.

Abstract

Head expander is a component of an electro-dynamic shaker used for vibration tests in the vertical direction for large-size specimens. This study aims to determine the natural frequency distribution of the head expander across a certain number of predetermined points. This distribution map needs to be known to determine the better placement of future specimens on the head expander. In this study, the determination of natural frequency distribution is done through harmonic analysis (simulation) and experiment to form a contrast between the head expander's ideal condition and the actual condition. The frequency range in the middle of the Head Expander has almost the same value for both data types at 1550-1650 Hz. These results recommend that the best sample placement is in the middle of the Head Expander. The difference between the experimental and simulation low points has a not too far difference, which is 62.5 Hz. In contrast, at the highest value, the two have a quite far difference, which is 180.27 Hz. this difference can be caused by the improper installation of sensors on the Head Expander at certain points.

Abstract

 This study examines the use of innovative lighting in Rodrigo Cortez's film "Buried," focusing on its impact on narrative storytelling within a single-location setting. The limited lighting arrangement is key to the film's uniqueness, effectively portraying narrative tension and the protagonist's psychological journey in a creative and technical manner. Using a qualitative approach, the research analyzes each shot to identify key lighting transitions and thematic motifs. It dissects the film's visual strategies, particularly how Cortez manipulates light to convey the protagonist's psychological state and the passage of time in a confined space. The study aims to understand the effects of lighting arrangement on the film's visual mood and its implications for contemporary cinematography, as well as the psychological effects of lighting in film on viewers' perception and emotions. It also seeks to enhance the experience of claustrophobia using lighting as a narrative device to complement the tense atmosphere in the film's scenes. The results contribute to a broader discourse on cinematography's role in shaping film narrative structures, especially in creating deep visual narratives without relying on extensive settings or special effects. This analysis provides insights into the effectiveness of minimalist lighting in low-budget film making with high constraints.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren penelitian tentang moderasi beragama di Ma’had Jami’ah atau pondok pesantren mahasiswa yang terpublikasi di database Scopus, serta memvisualisasikan serangkaian tema yang terkait secara tidak langsung dengan tema utama moderasi beragama. Peneltian ini penting dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan moderasi beragama dikalangan mahasiswa terutama pada lembaga Ma’had Jami’ah sebagai salah satu lembaga Pendidikan Islam ditingkat lanjut yang berperan untuk menanamkan toleransi, keberagaman dan kebersamaan selain keagamaan dan akhlak. Dengan menggunakan metode bibliometric review, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa penelitian yang mempublikasikan moderasi beragama ditingkat Ma’had Jami’ah dan Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa masih sedikit. Dari 115 dokumen publikasi di Scopus, hanya terdapat 12 dokumen penelitian yang membahas tentang moderasi beragama di Ma’had Jami’ah atau pondok pesantren mahasiswa. Sedangkan tema-tema yang tidak terkait dengan tema utama moderasi beragama, dengan menggunakan keyword strategy, ideology, difference, dan NU, juga masih baru muncul dalam pembahasan di Scopus dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.

Abstract

The village community in the implementation of education is greatly assisted by the existence of Islamic boarding schools, especially in remote areas. Even distribution of education in remote areas is still a problem faced by the government in providing education. The community is greatly helped by the existence of Islamic boarding schools in education and religious and other social activities. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to explore the relationship between the village community and the madrasah. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely describing field findings without any intervention or effort to make certain changes to the object of research. The result of this research is that with the diversity of opinions or views expressed by respondents with different backgrounds, there are actually no significant differences of opinion between respondents. In short, the public's view of the madrasa in Telaga Biru Village, Kec. Tanjung Bumi Kab. Bangkalan cannot be dichotomized based on the respondent's background. This is because the respondents' views in one particular aspect are different, but they have similarities in other aspects.

Abstract

Hasil pengamatan di dalam kelas saat pembelajaran matematika berlangsung, siswa kelas VI cenderung pasif dan aktivitas belajar matematika siswa sangatlah kurang. Untuk pelajaran matematika nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa kelas VI pada materi pengukuran berat yang merupakan materi sebelum dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah 50,37 dan persentase jumlah siswa yang mencapai standar ketuntasan belajar sebesar 33,33%. Nilai ini sangatlah jauh dari persentase jumlah siswa yang mencapai standar ketuntasan belajar mengajar (SKBM) yang ditetapkan di SD Negeri 2 Bakan, yaitu sebesar 60%. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan dengan menggunakan metode permaian dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dan persetasi  belajar matematika siswa kelas VI  SDN  2  Bakan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus masing-masing terdiri dari dua pertemuan melalui tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut perencanaan, tindakan obervasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar pengamatan tiap pertemuan oleh observer untuk melihat data tentang aktivitas belajar, sementara data tentang hasil belajar diperoleh melalui nilai ulangan harian dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa di siklus 1, dan di siklus 2. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) melalui model metode permainan, memperlihatkan peningkatan hasil aktivitas siswa terutama pada aktivitas untuk menyiapkan tempat, bahan dan alat sebesar 55,56%, aktivitas untuk mengungkapkan gagasan sebesar 66,67% dan untuk aktivitas membaca aturan permainan dan buku-buku mengalami sebesar 74,04%. Berdasarkan data prestasi belajar matematika siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 69,62 meningkat menjadi 73,51 pada siklus II. Presentase jumlah siswa yang mencapai standar ketuntasan juga meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 88,88% (Kategori Baik), meningkat menjadi 100% (Kategori Istimewa) pada siklus II.

Abstract

Vibration testing on telemetry system payload is needed to determine its resistance to vibration during operation. Vibration testing of telemetry system payloads requires a test fixture. Test fixture is used to transmit vibration from shaker to telemetry system payload. The payload of telemetry system to be tested is a tubular. The test fixture in this study was designed using SolidWorks software. The material used for manufacture of test fixture is aluminum. Aluminum material was chosen because it has good rigidity with a relatively light mass. Stiffness and mass properties affect to natural frequency value of test fixture, which must be greater than the frequency range of operating telemetry system. Data collection uses two accelerometers placed on test fixture. Sine sweep vibrations are given from 5 Hz to 2000 Hz with a constant amplitude of 1 g and a sweep rate of 1 octave/minute. The test produces three peaks that they are candidates as natural frequencies, i.e at a frequency of 1532 Hz with an amplitude of 2.898 g, a frequency of 1706 Hz with an amplitude of 6.582 g, and at a frequency of 1806 Hz with an amplitude of 6.472 g. From those three natural frequencies, the second natural frequency at 1706 Hz is the most critically because it has the largest response value.

Abstract

This study’s aim is to discover the implementation strategy of digital literacy in developing technical skills in food arrangement and presentation (food plating) among the students of SMKN 7 Tanggerang. This study uses a study case. In addition, this study uses a qualitative research approach; the technique of collecting data uses observation and in-depth interviews the qualitative analysis used interactive analysis model. the research Informants are the head of SMKN as a policy maker and 2 culinary teachers at SMKN 7 Tangerang City as executors of the digital literacy implementation policy. Data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques and in-depth interviews. The findings of this study convey that digital literacy helps students and teachers of the Culinary Arts Department of SMKN 7 Kota Tangerang in technical aspects of food arrangement and presentation (food plating.  By applying digital literacy, students are better able to access instructions and materials because they only need to use their gadgets. YouTube is assessed to be the most used platform because it is easy to use and can send many files in a short time. Apart from using the YouTube platform, most students use other platforms. The platforms used are Google Classroom dan Pinterest.

Abstract

Ibnu Miskawaih, as one of the leaders of Islamic education, emphasized that knowledge is a treasure that cannot be stolen; enlighten others and see it flourish. At the time of heyday of Islam Islamic education developed rapidly. However, nowadays as seen in modern times, faces the challenge of developing education that is relevant and able to answer the challenges of the times. One of the proposed solutions is to develop Islamic education based on rational religious beliefs, which emphasizes the importance of reason and rationality in understanding Islamic teachings. This stream makes a significant contribution to learning methods, curriculum and educational quality. This article presents the problem formulation as follows: What is the concept of Islamic education from Ibn Miskawaih's rational religious perspective? What is the relevance of rational religious beliefs for the development of Islamic education? What are the implications of rational religious beliefs for Islamic education? In writing this article, the research method chosen by the author is a qualitative research method, using a library research approach. Researchers collect data from various literary sources, such as books, articles, proceedings and journals that are related to the study that the author is reviewing.
