Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out and analyze law enforcement against police officers who violate the code of ethics in carrying out their duties at Central Java Police, obstacles and solving obstacles. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the research results it can be concluded: Law enforcement against police officers who violate the code of ethics in carrying out their duties at the Central Java Regional Police refers to Act No. 2 of 2002 concerning the Police, Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2003 concerning Disciplinary Regulations for Members of the National Police and Regulation of the Chief of Police No. Pol. 14 of 2011 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics for the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia. Several factors that hinder law enforcement against unscrupulous police officers who violate the code of ethics are divided into internal factors: Leaders who have not fully paid attention to the implementation of disciplinary law enforcement duties for Polri members, level of discipline, awareness and compliance of Polri members with binding disciplinary regulations and applies to him is still relatively low so that disciplinary violations keep happening, Polri's disciplinary law enforcement often appears to lack transparency. External factors: Lack of public awareness in conducting supervision and complaints when there are people who violate them.Keywords: Law Enforcement; Police Officers; Offenses; Code of Ethics.

Abstract

Joint materials using welding require the correct stages, starting from the design stage to the processing stage. The design stage starts from the selection of the type of welding, to the selection of the seam angle used. Meanwhile, at the processing stage, the current strength will be selected according to the processing position. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of welding heat input on the mechanical strength of SS-400 steel in SMAW welding. In this study the material used was SS-400 with current variations of 90 A and 100 A. The results showed that the welding current affected the tensile strength and toughness of the material. The welding current of 100 A has the highest tensile strength and toughness, and then 90 A which has the lowest tensile strength and toughness, while the strain that occurs at current 90A is 13.53%, and the strain that occurs at current 100 A is 12.07%.

Abstract

CNC machines (Computer Numerically Controlled) are machines that are controlled by CNC machines computers using numerical instructions (command data with code numbers, letters and symbols). CNC work system technology is a combination of computer and mechanics, so that when compared with similar machine tools, CNC Milling machine tools can be rigorous, more precise, more flexible and suitable for mass production. capable tools Currently CNC machines are increasingly being made or developed either CNC machines in large scale dimensions or in prototypes. Assembling 3 Axis CNC Milling Machine prototypes, namely X, Y and Z axis. The purpose of the research is to find out the important components and how to operate them, the level of precision, the accuracy and the area of the work area of the machine. The 3 axis CNC Milling prototype machine has dimensions of engine length X 40 mm, Y 38 mm and Z 16 mm. The 3 Axis CNC Milling prototype machine has the advantage of being able to create images which are then forwarded to the 3 Axis CNC Milling machine in the production process. The test results obtained an accuracy value of 0.5 mm, the value of the precission of the X axis line pattern was 0.087 mm, the Y axis was 0.099 mm, and the diameter of the circle pattern was 0.064 mm.Key Words : CNC Milling 3Axis prototype, Work Area, accuracy, precission
