Abstract

This research aims at determining the relationships between reading interest, teachers islamic knowledge and Islamic teacher’s performance individually or collectively with the akhlaqul karimah behavior. The research is conducted at SMU Universitas Negeri Jakarta where 90 respondents are selected randomly.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of participatory leadership behavior, performance orientation on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. In order to the target of the buyer, the quantitative research method used to design a route analysis with a sample of 106 respondents originating from MTSN 1 Batam, MtsN 2 Natuna, Tanjung Pinang in Riau Islands Province. The data collection method used is an angket that is subsequently in the process of statistical analysis. The results of this study show that Participatory Leadership Behavior, Performance Orientation has a direct and simultaneous effect on job satisfaction. Participatory leadership behavior and performance orientation have a direct influence on job motivation. More than 50% of participatory leaders' behavior directly affects Job satisfaction through Job Motivation. The novelty in study was the role of participatory leadership behavior found to have a greater influence on job satisfaction than previous research.

Abstract

The development of educational curricula at Islamic educational institutions greatly determines the quality of these institutions. This research aims to analyze and describe the development of the educational curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia Serpong Jakarta. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, while data collection techniques in this research use observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that MAN Insan Scholar Serpong (MAN IC Serpong) is a model of secondary education unit that integrates Islamic Religious Education with science and technology in a balanced manner. This approach aims to be a pioneer in overcoming the divide between religious knowledge and science and technology. The advantages of MAN IC Serpong can be seen in curriculum development, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based management, learning facilities, professionally managed dormitories, and daily communication using Indonesian and international languages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the special services of Integrated Islamic High Schools in improving education user satisfaction in North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The research subjects in this paper are principals, teachers, education personnel, parents, students, and alumni. Data collection consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study contains four types of data, namely: interviews (semi-structured), observations, documents, and audio-visual materials. Meanwhile, secondary data is taken from library materials including books, online articles, online news, and school websites, all of which are related to the research objectives. Data analysis techniques start from validating the accuracy of information, transcribing data, preparing data, reading all data, coding data, connecting themes, and interpreting the meaning of themes. The data validity test consists of analyzing data sources, member checking, overcoming bias, using a long duration at the research site, and requesting the help of external auditors to conduct a comprehensive examination of the entire research. The results showed that Integrated Islamic High Schools in North Sumatra Province have a variety of specialized services with varying quality. In general, users are satisfied with the education services offered. However, some areas require improvement, such as teaching methods, school facilities, and technology integration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) implements quality management in education to address technological changes, manage educational internationalization, and handle equity and inclusion. The research employs a literature review method, analyzing relevant academic sources, including journals, books, and recent research. The review finding indicate that UPH integrates technology into its educational processes through various initiatives like online platforms and digital administration systems. Internationally, UPH has established collaborations and adjusted curricula to global standards. While significant progress is evident, UPH still needs to strengthen its strategies to adapt to rapid technological changes and global demands.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize learning in digital learning at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang. Education significant transformation in the era of information technology, with the introduction of devices such as Smart Boards and iPads offering limitless potential in enhancing teaching and learning processes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used by the researcher are FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and observation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the interest of students at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang increased after the use of digital learning media in the form of Smart Boards and iPads. Students felt the effectiveness of using digital learning media. The findings of this study are that the use of iPads can provide significant benefits in digital learning at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang if used appropriately. Various learning on iPads can increase student interaction and involvement in the learning process. In addition, the integration of rich multimedia features in Smart Boards and iPads helps to explain complex concepts more clearly and attractively. The challenges that need to be overcome so that the potential of Smart Boards and iPads can be truly maximized in learning at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang are the difficulty in integrating this technology into the existing curriculum and finding a balance between the use of technology with traditional teaching methods.

Abstract

MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong adalah model satuan pendidikan jenjang menengah yang memadukan antara Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi secara seimbang. pengetahuan dan teknologi. MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong menempatkan etika Islam yang bersumber pada nilai-nilai universal Alquran dan hadis untuk menjiwai seluruh bidang keilmuan yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang menerapkan sistem berupa peneliti mengumpulkan data yang berkenan dengan konsep, sikap, pendapat, penilai, pendirian, dan pemberian makna terhadap situasi atau pengalaman-pengalaman dalam kehidupan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Setiap pergantian kepemimpinan sering terjadi perubahan dalam kebijakan dan pembelajan disekolah sehingga Lembaga Pendidikan harus mengikuti perubahan dengan bertransformasi dan berinovasi. Mengenai hal tersebut maka MAN IC Serpong Tanggerang mencakup beberapa poin penting dalam Tranformasi dan inovasi Pendidikan : Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan, Pemanfaatan Teknologi, Pembelajaran yang Berpusat pada Siswa, Pengembangan Keterampilan Abad 21, Kolaborasi dan Kemitraan, Peningkatan Kapasitas Guru dan Evaluasi serta Penyesuaian Berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, transformasi dan inovasi di MAN IC Serpong Tanggerang adalah upaya berkelanjutan untuk menyesuaikan sistem pendidikan dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan siswa, dan tuntutan global, dengan tujuan akhir meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kesejahteraan peserta didik.

Abstract

This study investigates the quality of administrative services and their impact on the loyalty of educational service users at Islamic colleges in Riau Province. The objectives are: (1) to evaluate the existing quality of administrative services; (2) to assess the level of user loyalty; and (3) to identify aspects of administrative services that can enhance user loyalty. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with data triangulation for validation. The findings reveal that the quality of administrative services at three private Islamic colleges in Riau Province has not successfully increased user loyalty. Contributing factors include a lack of institutional commitment, unresponsive and unfriendly administrative staff, inaccurate data handling, and inadequate service facilities. To improve user loyalty, administrative services must address user needs and expectations by ensuring responsive, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the reform of Islamic criminal law in addressing corruption cases through the lens of Maqasid al-Shariah (objectives of Islamic law). The urgency of this research lies in the systemic and pervasive nature of corruption, which undermines governance, public trust, and societal welfare, necessitating a legal framework that not only punishes but also prevents corruption in line with Islamic principles. Employing a normative juridical approach, this research analyzes primary and secondary legal materials related to corruption and Islamic law. The findings reveal that Maqasid al-Shariah provides a holistic framework that emphasizes prevention, rehabilitation, and justice, offering a balanced approach to corruption eradication. The novelty of this study lies in integrating Maqasid al-Shariah into Indonesia’s legal system to address corruption's root causes while promoting societal welfare and justice. Reforming Islamic criminal law based on Maqasid al-Shariah can strengthen anti-corruption efforts by focusing on justice, prevention, and societal welfare. This approach contributes to a more holistic and adaptive legal framework, supporting the eradication of corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan visi misi pondok pesantren darunnajah dalam meningkatkan manajemen mutu dan untuk manajemen mutu di pondok pesantren darunnajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui sudut pandang ilmu pendidikan dengan observasi partisipatif untuk menguraikan, menggambarkan, menggali dan mendeskripsikan fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain secara holistik dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata- kata dan bahasa pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah serta dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metod alamiah. Pesantren dikatakan bermutu jika output yang dihasilkannya mampu menyatukan antara pendidikan agama dengan pendidikan umum sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Artinya, keseimbang-an dalam diri output pendidikan pesantren merupakan kebutuhan primer. Keseimbangan antara aspek yang transendental dengan yang profane dalam formulasi ini dan tujuan dari Pendidikan Islam ter-tuang di kerangka terminology pendidikan Islam sendiri. Dalam mencapai tujuan, sangat di butuhkan dan di perlukan proses perencanaan dan strategi yang sangat matang supaya dari apa yang nantinya di putuskan menjadi terarah dan sesuai dengan apa yang di inginkan serta memiliki visi misi yang jelas arah geraknya.
