Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan library research dengan mengumpulkan data-data baik primer maupun sekunder. Penelitian ini akan mengungkap gagasan pemikiran Islam kontemporer tentang Islam Progresif yang di gagas oleh Omid Safi dan kontribusinya terhadap khazanah pemikiran Islam Kontemporer. Gagasan yang diusung oleh Islam Progresif, salah satu trend pemikiran Islam, untuk mewujudkan keadilan sosial, keadilan gender, dan pluralisme menjadi gagasan yang harus menggugah kemanusiaan kita sebagai bagian dari umat manusia di seluruh dunia yang berasal dari Nabi Adam As. Tanpa membedakan latar belakang, suku, agama, jenis kelamin dan ras, muslim progresif harus melawan semua ketidakadilan yang ada disekitar kita. Tidak hanya melakukan kritik terhadap ketidakadilan yang dilakukan umat Islam sendiri tapi juga berani mengkritik ketidakadilan yang dilakukan Barat. Abstract

This article will examine the urgency of Sufism in awakening the spiritual awareness of modern society. Sufism for modern society is very important, because society has been trapped in a rational mindset and has abandoned the inner dimension, giving birth to a materialist and hedonistic lifestyle, meaning that people only think about worldly life without paying attention to the life of the ukhrawi. Therefore spiritual awareness is needed to overcome these problems. Why does Sufism emphasize spirituality in the various aspects? This is because the masters of Sufism, whom we call sufis, believe in the superiority of spirit over the body; believe in the spiritual world rather than the material world. Sufism is also often identified with ihsan, which is the highest stage a Muslim must take to reach his God. And as for the characteristics of Sufism is an increase in awareness of the importance of morality/ethics.

Abstract

Abstract:Investment Board (BPM) is a government agency that has the authority to issue a permit through the procedure of licensing in accordance with the provisions that exist. Improvement of licensing services needs to be improved in order to increase public interest and trust to follow licensing procedures in conducting business related to capital investment especially in tourism sector. Visitors to tourist attractions in Batu increasing, so it is necessary to add new tourist rides to attract tourists both local and foreign that will impact on the increasing of local revenue (PAD) in the long term. This program is in accordance with the Letter of the Secretariat of the Cabinet No. B 652 / seskab / maritim / 2015 November 6, 2015 on the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia on tourism and the direction of the President at the cabinet meeting at the beginning of the year on January 4, 2016. This research was conducted to find out the role of Investment Board in improving the licensing service about tourism investment in Batu. The method used a qualitative. With sample determination technique using purposive sampling technique. The validity of the data was tested using the source triangulation technique. The results showed that the improvement of service in the field of tourism investment in Batu has run effectively and efficiently in accordance with the applied laws and regulations. Implementation of duties and functions have been in accordance with the standard operational procedure (SOP) applied in BPM. Keywords: Service, Licensing, Tourism Investment. Abstrak : Badan Penanaman Modal (BPM) merupakan instansi pemerintah yang memiliki wewenang mengeluarkan surat ijin melalui prosedur penyelenggaraan perijinan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada. Peningkatan pelayanan perijinan perlu ditingkatkan guna meningkatkan minat dan kepercayaan masyarakat untuk mengikuti prosedur perijinan dalam menjalankan usaha yang berkenaan dengan investasi modal terutama di bidang pariwisata. Pengunjung tempat wisata di Kota Batu semakin hari semakin meningkat, sehingga perlu penambahan wahana wisata yang baru untuk menarik wisatawan baik lokal maupun asing yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dalam jangka panjang. Program ini sesuai dengan Surat Sekretariat Kabinet Nomor B 652/seskab/maritim/2015 Tanggal 6 November 2015 perihal arahan Presiden Republik Indonesia mengenai pariwisata dan arahan Presiden pada sidang kabinet awal tahun pada 4 Januari 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Badan Penanaman Modal dalam meningkatkan pelayanan perijinan tentang investasi pariwisata di Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan pelayanan di bidang investasi pariwisata di Kota Batu telah berjalan secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi telah sesuai dengan standard operational procedure (SOP) yang berlaku di BPM. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Perijinan, Investasi Pariwisata.

Abstract

There are many deviant activities of social organizations today, which want to replace the state basis of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia with the ideology they believe in, so efforts need to be made to counteract it. Local governments that are given the authority as regulated in Law no. 16 of 2017 is the front line to carry out this. The type of research the author uses is normative empirical legal research, and the research approach used is a theoretical approach. The legal materials used in this research are secondary legal materials obtained by library research and tertiary legal materials obtained through interviews. Then, the legal materials that have been obtained from the research results are analyzed qualitatively, to answer what the research problems are. The results showed that the steps taken by the Regional Government of South Konawe Regency Cq. The National Unity and Politics Agency in fending off deviant activities of social organizations is to disseminate and/or socialize the functions of community organizations, as well as carry out ideological development to organizational management and various elements of society related to the actualization of Pancasila values and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the life of the nation and patriotic. The activity was carried out jointly with the Police and TNI as resource persons for national insight.Keywords: Local Government of Counsel, Fending Deviant Activities, Ormas  ABSTRAKBanyaknya gerakan aktivitas menyimpang organisasi kemasyarakatan saat ini, yang ingin menggantikan dasar negara Pancasila dan UUD NRI Tahun 1945 dengan ideologi yang mereka yakini, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya untuk menangkisnya. Pemerintah daerah yang diberikan kewenangan sebagaimana diatur dalam UU No. 16 Tahun 2017 merupakan garda terdapan untuk menyelenggarakan hal itu. Jenis penelitian penulis menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris, serta pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan teori (theoretical approach). Bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum sekuder diperoleh oleh penelitian kepustakaan dan bahan hukum tersier yang diperoleh melalui wawancara. Kemudian, bahan hukum yang telah dipeoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif, untuk menjawab apa yang menjadi permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Cq. Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik dalam menangkis aktifitas menyimpang organisasi kemasyarakatan adalah dengan melakukan penyeberluasan dan/atau sosialisasi fungsi organisasi kemasyarakatan, serta melakukan pembinaan ideologi kepada pengurus organisasi dan berbagai elemen masyarakat terkait dengan aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dan UUD NRI Tahun 1945 dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara bersama-bersama dengan pihak Kepolisian dan TNI sebagai narasumber wawasan kebangsaan.`

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the contribution of each independent variable (leg muscle strength, dynamic balance and hip joint flexibility) to the accuracy of football shooting and to find out how meaningful the contribution of the independent variables together to the accuracy of football shooting. This study uses a quantitative descriptive correlational approach with regression analysis design. The sample was extracurricular high school football students in Sidareja with a total of 65 from a total population of 65. Data analysis techniques used regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) X1 made a significant contribution to Y. (2) X2 made a contribution which is significant to Y. (3) X3 gives a significant contribution to Y. (4) X4 gives a significant contribution to Y. In this study it can be concluded that the leg muscle strength variable contributed 22.96%, the variable of diamonic balance is 24 , 28%, the hip joint flexibility variable was 41.26%, while all the independent variables contributed 96.5% to the accuracy of football shooting.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Tirtoyudo yang mayoritas penduduknya bertani adalah penduduk menjual ubi kayu dalam bentuk basah ke tengkulak atau pengepul dengan harga yang rendah. Tengkulak di desa Tirtoyudo memegang pemain tunggal yang menguasai pangsa pasar tanpa ada pesaing di dalam pembelian ubi kayu di desa tersebut. Sehingga permasalahan harga yang menentukan dari pihak tengkulak. hal inilah yang merisaukan para petani ubi kayu di daerah Tirtoyudo karena terkadang harga ubi yang yang dibeli oleh tengkulak tidak sebanding lurus dengan hasil jeri payah petani. Tujuan utama pengabdian ialah menyederhanakan rantai distribusi dari produsen ke konsumen dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan TIK. Dengan strategi seperti ini diharapkan mahalnya biaya distribusi dapat tereduksi sehingga barang yang dibeli oleh konsumen jadi lebih terjangkau. Pada pengabdian ini juga akan menggandeng beberapa mitra yang terkait diantaranya kelompok tani desa Tirtoyudo dan beberapa usaha yang bergerak menggunakan bahan baku ubi kayu.

Abstract

The thesis was bassed 2 issues, i.e.: 1). How the relationship between local legislative functional and good governance is, and 2) What are the steps to enchance the local legislative functional control to assure good governance. The thesis was to identify the relationship between the legislative functional control and good governance and what steps to enchance the local legislative functional control were assure good governance. It was a normative research, also called legal normative research, of  its own kind (sui generis). It normatively adopted scientific research procedures to search for truths based on scientific legal logics. In order to answer the research questions, it adopted law and regulation approach and conceptual approach. With reference to the results of the research, it was concluded: 1) A functional control is an important part in the process of good governance. In absence of the functional control, the power would be exercised subjectively and based on the individual interpretation of the power maker. A stricter functional control by the local legislatives would certainly bring positive impacts to the quality of good governance in local governments in terms of planning, execution and accountability. Accordingly, a functional control would significantly ecounrage good governance. 2) An effectively stricter legislative functional control would be realized through restrictions on regulation related with local legislative function. The local legislative functional control would be enchanced through better quality of human resources in the local legislatives. The performance of enhanced quality would be measurable based on the extend of roles of the local legislative in controlling regents/mayor;

Abstract

Abstrak The ability of students in translating the yellow book of love is low, and lack of understanding in how to translate the yellow book properly and correctly, so that it is easy to read and understand, because the method used previously was the confessional method which was passive and less effective for students. So it is necessary to apply an alternative method, namely the active Amtsilati method. The Amtsilati method is a fast method of understanding, reading, memorizing or interpreting, and translating the yellow book.This study aims to find out how to plan, implement and improve the ability to translate the yellow book in seventh grade students after the implementation of the Amtsilati method at Madrasah Mu'allimin Addiniyah Al-hikmah 1 Benda Sirampog Brebes?   This study uses a qualitative approach, with a qualitative descriptive type and analysis.
