Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of product knowledge on the utilization of mobile banking and saving behavior on millennial customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Makassar Region either directly or indirectly. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observations to collect data related to variables that have been determined and then processed using the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of the study found that product Knowledge variables partially affect the positive and significant effect on mobile banking in millennial customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Makassar Region. Then the product knowledge variable partially affects the positive and significant effect on saving behavior at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Makassar Region. Then mobile banking variables partially affect the positive and insignificant effect on the behavior of saving in millennial customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Makassar Region and lastly product knowledge variables have a positive and insignificant effect on saving behavior if through the use of mobile banking on millennial customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Region.

Abstract

Proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan pada praktik studi kelayakan usaha, pada industri kecil kuliner di kecamatan Biringkanaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam proyek ini berjumlah 20 usaha kecil dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggali persepsi responden terhadap karakteristik praktik motivasi, kepemimpinan dan studi kelayakan usaha.  Hasil studi pengabdian masyarakat menyimpulkan  bahwa berdasarkan persepsi responden praktik kelayakan usaha kecil bisnis kuliner dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan kepemimpinan para pernusaha bisnis tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mamuju dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mamuju. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mamuju pada tahun 2017 yaitu berjumlah 35 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mamuju. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, variabel komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Mamuju.Kata Kunci :Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is the most important asset or capital for an organization or company. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Talent Management Against Employee Development At PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency. This research is a quantitative research where this research use survey method with path analysis technique to know influence between independent variable and dependent variable at PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive effect on employee development, leadership style positively affects talent management, talent management has a positive effect on employee development. The talent management can mediate the influence of leadership style on the development of employees at PT. Marsyavin Jaya Merauke Regency.

Abstract

Government policies that restrict imports of beef also lead to high domestic beef prices. This study aims to identify internal and external strategic factors that become strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and formulate the right strategy for the management of RPH-R Mopah in increasing the PAD of Merauke Regency. This research uses descriptive approach with qualitative and quantitative research type. Qualitative methods will be used in the stage of collecting various data required and reduce the gnats in accordance with the needs of this research then at the stage of the analysis will use quantitative methods. The results of research indicate the strategic factors that become the strength is Access to information and regulation, Financing and infrastructure facilities. the number and skills of officers pengolala and socialization and promotion are the strategic factors that become weaknesses. market, regulation, technological development of animal husbandry and area potency are stratgeis factors which give opportunity to increase retribution of RPH-R Mopah as one of source of PAD and transportation outside Merauke Regency become strategic factors become threat. Alternative strategies obtained in this study can be ranked based on the highest attractiveness to the lowest as follows: Increase in Number and Skills of Human Resources (7.70), Improved Supervision of Cutting and Circulation of Meat (7.60), Regulatory Improvement (7,13) Socialization and Promotion Efforts (6.43), Addition of Other PAD Source from RPH-R Mopah (5.82) and Addition of Operating hours (5.83).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of perception / expectation and business performance, business strategy and core business development strategy for PT. Fishery Archipelago (Persero). Research done at PT. Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) by analyzing the business strategy that has been implemented perusahaan. Langkah first research to know the vision, mission, and the motto of the company. Early phases of researchers to analyze IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and then continued by doing GAP analysis, the analysis is part of the IPA analysis. A positive GAP (+) will be obtained if the perception score is greater than the expectation score, whereas if the expectation score is greater than the perception score will be GAP (-) negative. The results of this study found that business strategies that can be implemented by PT Fishery Nusantara (Persero), among others, Improving the quality of human resources in the field of planning, production and marketing; increasing the quantity and quality of monitoring and evaluation on company performance and efforts to improve government policy support; improving product quality with promotional strategies and appropriate pricing to face competition; as well as improvement of internal management quality, improvement of managerial structure and reward and punishment mechanism to face bargaining power of buyer and supplier.

Abstract

The value of the company is an investor perception to the company, which is often associated with the stock price. The higher the value, the higher the company’s shareholder wealth. One proxy of the firm value is Price to Book Value (PBV). PBV is the ratio of stock price to book value of the company. The purpose of this research was to examine the significance of the effect of capital structure (DER), brand value, inflation and exchange rate partially on profitability (ROE) and firm value (PBV), both direct, indirect and the total effect. The sample used was companies in the LQ45 index with an observation period of 2014 to 2018 with a total of 20 companies collected through purposive sampling. Testing the research hypothesis using path analysis techniques. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. This result showed that: (1) Brand value has a positive and significant effect on profitability, while inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect on profitability. (2) Brand value has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value. (3) Profitability is proven to have a positive and significant effect on firm value. (4) Profitability can be used as an intervening variable on each independent variable because the value of the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect on the firm's value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation towards innovation, the effect of market orientation on business performance, the effect of innovation on the business performance and innovation mediating role of market orientation on business performance Culinary MSMEs in Makassar. This study took a sample of 36 respondents who market their product in Lego-Lego CPI city of Makassar. The analysis technique used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS), and Mediation / Intervening testing used Variance Accounted For (VAF). Results of market orientation hypothesis testing showed positive and significant impact on innovation, market orientation and insignificant positive effect on business performance, innovation and significant positive effect on business performance. Innovation is able to mediate the relationship of market orientation on business performance significantly. Employers culinary in Lego-Lego CPI Makassar should develop a culture of orientation on the market so as to boost innovation by adapting new ideas-oriented market changes in order to achieve improved business performance of the MSMEs during the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam mendukung kinerja perusahaan di era kompetisi global, kinerja karyawan harus dioptimalkan karena memegang peran sentral dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi karyawan merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi yang tinggi akan memberikan pemahaman terhadap permasalahan, kemampuan dalam memberikan solusi terhadap masalah dalam pekerjaan. Pelatihan yang tepat sasaran sesuai kebutuhan akan membantu mengurangi gap pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga penguasaan pekerjaan menjadi lebih baik. Motivasi perlu ditingkatkan dengam memberikan kesempatan aktualisasi diri, jenjang karir dan pemberian reward atas prestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi Klinker dan Semen PT. Semen Tonasa. Desain penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen serta hubungan tidak langsung melalui variabel intervening. Jumlah sampel 156 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan kuesioner dalam format link google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja serta kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci: kompetensi; pelatihan; motivasi; kinerja karyawan Abstract In supporting the company's performance in the era of global competition, employee performance must be optimized because it plays a central role in running the company. Competence, training and motivation of employees are factors that can improve employee performance. High competence will provide an understanding of problems, the ability to provide solutions to problems at work. Targeted training as needed will help reduce knowledge and skill gaps so that job mastery will be better. Motivation needs to be improved by providing opportunities for self-actualization, career paths and giving rewards for achievements. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, training and motivation on the performance of employees of the Clinker and Cement Production Department of PT. Semen Tonasa. The design of this research is quantitative with the Path Analysis method to determine the direct relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable and the indirect relationship through the intervening variable. The number of samples is 156 people using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by providing a questionnaire in the google form link format. The results showed that competence and training had a direct, positive and significant effect on motivation, competence had no positive and significant effect on performance, training and motivation had a direct, positive and significant effect on performance and competence and training had a positive and significant indirect effect on performance. Abstract

This study aims to review, analyze and interpret the description of the implementation of local tax collection, in particular, the PKB Motor Vehicle Tax and Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee, and analyze the barriers that occur to further determine strategic steps in an effort to optimally increase local tax revenue. The research used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were determined to be two, namely key informants and key informants. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use a SWOT analysis, IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, and SWOT Matrix. The results showed that the Bapenda UPT Parepare Region is currently in quadrant I where the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth-oriented strategy) in the form of; 1. Optimizing services, 2.Law enforcement and sanctions, and 3. Improving the tax administration system.
