Abstrak Dalam mendukung kinerja perusahaan di era kompetisi global, kinerja karyawan harus dioptimalkan karena memegang peran sentral dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi karyawan merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi yang tinggi akan memberikan pemahaman terhadap permasalahan, kemampuan dalam memberikan solusi terhadap masalah dalam pekerjaan. Pelatihan yang tepat sasaran sesuai kebutuhan akan membantu mengurangi gap pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga penguasaan pekerjaan menjadi lebih baik. Motivasi perlu ditingkatkan dengam memberikan kesempatan aktualisasi diri, jenjang karir dan pemberian reward atas prestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi Klinker dan Semen PT. Semen Tonasa. Desain penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen serta hubungan tidak langsung melalui variabel intervening. Jumlah sampel 156 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan kuesioner dalam format link google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja serta kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Competence, training and motivation of employees are factors that can improve employee performance. High competence will provide an understanding of problems, the ability to provide solutions to problems at work. Targeted training as needed will help reduce knowledge and skill gaps so that job mastery will be better. Motivation needs to be improved by providing opportunities for self-actualization, career paths and giving rewards for achievements. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, training and motivation on the performance of employees of the Clinker and Cement Production Department of PT. Semen Tonasa. The design of this research is quantitative with the Path Analysis method to determine the direct relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable and the indirect relationship through the intervening variable. The number of samples is 156 people using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by providing a questionnaire in the google form link format. The results showed that competence and training had a direct, positive and significant effect on motivation, competence had no positive and significant effect on performance, training and motivation had a direct, positive and significant effect on performance and competence and training had a positive and significant indirect effect on performance.
