Abstract

Tuberkolusis adalah suatu penyakit menular berbahaya yang disebabkan oleh dari kelompok Mycobacterium yaitu Microbacterium Tuberkulosis. Setiap pasien Tuberkulosis dapat menularkan penyakitnya pada orang lain yang berada disekelilingnya dan atau yang berhubungan erat dengannya. Dalam masalah kesehatan semakin banyak jumlah penderita suatu penyakit dan bertambah pula jenis penyakit. Sedangkan jumlah ahli kesehatan seperti dokter terbatas jumlahnya.Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun suatu sistem yang dapat membantu ahli kesehatan, penderita atau siapapun yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan untuk meringankan pekerjaanya. Sistem ini merupakan prototipe dan dibuat sesederhana mungkin, sehingga para pemakai dapat dengan mudah menggunakannya dan merancang ulang sistem pakar ini untuk jenis lainnaya. Karena Dikarenakan masih banyak orang yang tidak mengetahui gejala gejala suatu penyakit tersebut,. Dibutuhkan Sehingga dibuat suatu sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa secara dini pada penyakit tuerkulosis. dengan Dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web, dengan menggunakan sistem pakar ini, penyakittuberkulosis dapat dikenali dengan melihat gejala gejala yang dapat menjelaskan dan menggambarkan apakah seseorang diduga terkena suatu penyakit atau tidakpenyakit tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, orang awam mampu mendeteksi adanya penyakit pada dirinya atau orang lain berdasarkan gejala gejala dengan menjawab pertanyaan seperti halnya konsultasi ke dokter. Dengan demikian, orang awam dapat mendeteksi penyakit beserta solusi pengobatannya sejak dini, sehingga bisadapat dilakukan penanganan segera, bahkan dapat dilakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap penyakit tuberkulosis.Hasil perbandingan antara hasil dan dDiagnosa sistem pakar, memiliki nilai keakuratan 93,333 % dan nilai eror 6,667 % untuk uji coba pada 15 pasien. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pakar cukup layak untuk digunakan oleh pasien dalam mendiagnosa dini pada penyakit tuberkulosis.

Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong is one of the Muhammadiyah universities under the guidance of PCM Porong, which is located at Jl. Raya Lajuk, Dusun Pojok, Lajuk, Kec. Porong, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java 61274, is the first stepping educational institution to occupy a building within the Muhammadiyah Porong College, founded in 1966, which was originally located in the mindi sub-district, kecamatan. Porng, is a school relocation as a result of the impact of the Lapindo mudflow and until now, there are 54 students aged 12 to 15 years consisting of 3 classes, namely grades VII, VIII and IX. It has 14 teachers, consisting of 1 person as the principal and concurrently as a teacher and supported by 4 education personnel. So that the problems faced by these schools are the absence of communication media that can provide information related to the learning process, academics, student achievement and two-way communication with student guardians, teachers and schools. This aims to improve communication between teachers, guardians of students, schools and the general public. So that with the existing problems, a solution is needed so that the learning process will be achieved. So that the solution offered is to create the concept of student participation in building imagery by providing a means of actualization by building and utilizing the web as a communication medium, print and sms geetway managers, Internet Marketing training and mentoring and news coverage and writing training, so that with the solutions offered, SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong Sidoarjo, will be able to build self-image and communicate actual information in schools, in order to build synergy between students, parents, teachers and schools as well as the wider community.

Abstract

Epilepsy is a brain disorder characterized by repeated seizures. Epileptic seizures are episodes that can vary from short periods to long periods and are almost undetectable. Electroencephalography (EEG) is a way to record the activities of the human brain. EEG is a brain sensor that can be used to determine epilepsy. The purpose of this study is to classify the signals of people who have epilepsy disease and the signals of people in good health. The method used is a sampling technique method to find the characteristics of EEG signals and the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to find the classification of EEG signals. The data used is EEG signal data consisting of five data sets (data set A, data set B, data set C, data set D, and data set E), this data comes from public data. Each data set contains 100 EEG signal data on one EEG sensor channel. This study only uses two classes, the first is Data Set A and the second is Data Set E. Data Set A is a person in normal condition and data set E is a person in a state of having epilepsy. In the sampling technique process, the values taken are the average value and the standard deviation value. Research that has been done yields an accuracy rate of 100%.

Abstract

This article discusses a method within the area of brain-computer interface. The proposed method is to use the features extracted from the Electroencephalograph signal and a three hidden-layer artificial neural network to map the brain signal features to the computer cursor movement. The evaluated features are the root mean square and the average power spectrum. The empirical evaluation using 200 records taken from 2003 BCI Competition dataset shows that the current approach can accurately classify a simple cursor movement within 92.5% accuracy in a short computation time.

Jiken village located in the district Reinforcement, Sidoarjo regency, ±10 km from downtown Sidoarjo. Jiken village is a village of SMEs engaged inthe activities of Household Appliance Craftsmen, Artisans Batik, EmbroideryCraftsmen, Artisans Bags and Aquaculture in ponds. The rest of the villagersJiken many craftsmen who work as children's toys. In this dedication programraised issues 2 Partners, which Partner 1 and Partner 2, both the partners workas artisans craft toys. Crafts Toys effort is capable of producing 48 scores for 2weeks, scores of 3.4 per day. Development of a toy Kids Crafts Village JikenTulanagan Kab. Abstract

This paper describe the application of backpropagation neural networks as classification and sampling technique (ST) for the extraction of features from the signal wave Electro Encephalo Graph (EEG). This research aims to develop a system that can recognize the EEG signal that is used to move the cursor. The data used is the EEG data which is IIIA dataset of BCI competition III (BCI Competition III 2003). This data contains data from three subjects: K3b, K6b and L1b. In this study, EEG signal data separated by the imagination of movement to the left, right, leg movements and tongue movements. Decision making has been carried out in two stages. In the first stage, TS is used to extract features from EEG signal data. This feature is as basic inputs in back propagation neural networks as a process of learning. This research used Back Propagation (20-20-10-5-1) and 90 data files EEG signal for the training process. During the identification process into four classes of EEG signal data files data files plus 60 into 150 EEG signal so that the EEG signal data file. The results obtained for the classification of these signals is 80% of the 150 files examined data signal to the process of mapping.

Abstract

Heart disease is a disease that is very dangerous. Even today in Indonesia an estimated 20 million or approximately 10% of the population of the archipelago suffer from heart disease. Such conditions make cardiovascular disease the number one killer in Indonesia. Not only in Indonesia, the number of heart patients in the world very much, it is estimated there are at least one billion people. This study was designed with the aim to classify the heart signals, the data taken from Physiobank namely MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database and MIT-BIH Normal Sinus Rhythm Database, the data is processed by taking the feature extraction methods Fast Fourier Transform. The results of the feature extraction method used will be selected prior to use for the classification process. Classification is using Backpropagation Neural Network. From the research found, the feature extraction method of Fast Fourier Transform by taking 64 point data after FFT process and backpropagation as classification of obtaining a classification accuracy rate of 87 %.

Abstract

Desa Sidorejo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak dikawasan Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Mojokerto. Desa sidorejo merupakan desa yang mempunyai hasil yang bagus terutama di bidang budidaya ikan dan dan Pariwisata. Beberapa kepala keluarga yang ada di desa tersebut mempunyai kegitan budidaya ikan Lele. Factor yang terpenting untuk pertumbuhan ikan lele yaitu pakan, dan pakan ini merupakan salah satu yang terpenting dalam menghasilkan laba dalam budidaya ikan. Permaslahan dari kegiatan budidaya ikan lele tersebut adalah pakan ikan lele yang beli di toko atau pakan pabrikan, sehingga hal ini merupakan factor untuk mempegaruhi keuntungan dari budidaya ikan lele. Biaya pakan merupakan penyebab pengeluaran yang sangat banyak, sehingga dibutuhkan pembutan pakan secara mandiri oleh pembudidaya ikan lele. Untuk iti perlu diadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk memproduksi pakan ikan lele secara mandiri. Melalui iptek bagi masyarakat ini, maka diadakan training untuk membuat pkan ikan dengan bahan baku dari ayam tiren dan campuran lainnya. Kegiatan IbM di Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Ngroro Kabupaten Mojokerto, yaitu training untuk menghasilkan pakan ikan lele secara mandiri dan kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan tahapan tahapan yang perlu dilakukan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Oktober sampai dengan awal Bulan Desember 2020. Untuk tahap kesatu yaitu melakukan persiapan yang perlu dilakukan dalam pelatihan nanti.  Kegiatan ini melakukan komunikasi dengan petani ikan lele yang ada di desa Sidorejo. Untuk tahap dua dengan melakukan pemberitahuan kepada warga petani di desa Sidorejo tentang jadwal dan lokasi pelatihan  yang akan dilaksanakan. Untuk tahap tiga yaitu pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk proses pembuatan pakan ikan lele mulai dari pencampuran bahan sampai dihasilkan hasil pakan yang sudah diproses. Dengan iptek bagi masyarakat ini, maka akan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi petani ikan lele dalam menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih dengan membuat pakan ikan lele secara mandiri di Desa Sidorejo

Abstract

The rapid development of technology nowadays makes people want to always be creative and triggers to create something that is needed to create a security system, because of today's economy makes many people act criminally by robbery or theft. An alternative security system that is often used today is to use CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), but the limitations in conducting CCTV control include that it still has to be monitored directly at the monitoring location only. From the problems that occur, the authors develop a thesis that is able to control and monitor by sending realtime alerts in the form of notifications to the user on an Android Smartphone device by building an IoT (Internet of Thing) based detection system using a PIR (Passive Infrared) motion sensor entitled "Design And Build A Detection System With Motion Sensor And Notification On Android Based On Arduino Microcontroller".
