Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Manajemen Proyek, di dalam proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan modul yang tidak memadai, sulit untuk memahami materi, dan masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab sehingga mahasiswa tidak mendapatkan pengalaman secara langsung dalam memahami konsep Manajemen Proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk merancang e-modul project based learning, 2) untuk mengetahui respon dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap pengembangan e-modul. Subjek penelitian ini 45 mahasiswa dan 3 dosen pendidikan teknik bangunan. Untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa dan dosen terhadao pengembangan e-modul project based learning, data diperoleh menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain e-modul project based learning berhasil dikembangkan berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan. Hasil tanggapan 45 mahasiswa terhadap pengembangan e-modul project based learning dengan nilai rata-rata 86 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis, dan hasil tanggapan 3 dosen terhadap pengembangan e-modul project based learning dengan nilai rata-rata 92 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis.

Abstract

Abstrak:Di era baru masa pandemi covid-19 diwajibkan setiap mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan secara online atau daring. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam menunjang pembelajaran di masa era baru di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan media pembelajaran berupa media e-learning berbasis video tutorial yang praktis untuk mata kuliah Tata Rias Foto/TV/Film pada materi rias karakter. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model IDI (Instructional Development Institute). Penelitian ini melihat apakah media e-learning berbasis video tutorial yang dirancang ini praktis, kemudian dilakukan uji coba kepada pengguna, yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa. Aspek yang diuji cobakan kepada dosen untuk melihat aspek akses e-learning, aspek materi, aspek penyajian, aspek media e-learning berbasis video tutorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media e-learning berbasis video tutorial oleh dosen sudah praktis, sedangkan kepada mahasiswa untuk melihat minat mahasiswa, proses penggunaannya, peningkatan keaktifan mahasiswa dan waktu mahasiswa dalam mempelajari Mata Kuliah Rias foto/TV/Film dan Karakter pada materi rias karakter di Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan FPP UNP dengan menggunakan media E-Learning Berbasis Video tutorial. Hasil praktikalitas oleh mahasiswa sudah praktis. Berdasarkan data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa media e-learning berbasis video tutorial telah praktis dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan FPP UNP dan dapat dikembangkan serta digunakan pada mata kuliah yang berbeda.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, E-learning, Video Tutorial, Praktis. Abstract:In the new era of the Covid-19 pandemic, all students are required to do online or online lecture activities. Information and communication technology is urgently needed to support learning in the new era during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to produce a learning media design in the form of e-learning media based on practical video tutorials for Photography / TV / Film Make-up subject on character make-up material. This type of research is development research using the IDI (Instructional Development Institute) model. This study examines whether the designed video tutorial-based e-learning medium is practical, then tests are performed on users, that is, teachers and students. The aspects that were tested in the teachers were to see aspects of access to e-learning, material aspects, presentation aspects, aspects of e-learning media based on video tutorials. The results showed that the e-learning medium based on tutorial videos by the teachers was practical, while for the students, seeing the interest of the students, the process of its use, increased the activity of the students and the time of students in the studio of the Department of Photography / TV / Film and Makeup Courses of Characters of Makeup and Beauty, FPP UNP using e-learning media based on video tutorials. The results of practicality by students are practical. Based on the above data, it can be concluded that e-learning media based on video tutorials are practical and can be used in learning in the Department of Makeup and Beauty, FPP UNP and can be developed and used in different subjects.Keywords: e-learning, Learning media, practical video tutorials.

Abstract

Global competition that are becoming increasingly intensive and this caused that learning models improvement are needed in various areas which includes the welding workshop training which educate the students to improve their welding skills and technique to comply with the industry requirements. The students’ performance is important factor which link the student’s ability to survive with the current work forces by implementing their expertise and the current condition of the industry. However, the learning models such as work based learning and experiential learning become very important role to achieve the students intended performance, therefore, after scrutiny research in the training premise, it appears that there is a hypothetical formula which led that work based and experiential learning models may have significant influence on the students’ performance. Work based learning and experiential learning are learning methods or models which bring the students to the condition and environment closer to the actual environment of workplace or the industry. Based on that hypothesis, a method of analysis was performed in this research and the linear regression analysis was used, and from the results it becomes apparent that work based learning and experiential learning models have positive impact and significant on the students’ performance.

Abstract

Revitalisasi SMK pada saat ini secara langsung memaksa seluruh sarana prasarana pendukung harus meningkatkan kompetensi sesuai standar industri. Misalnya pada peningkatan kompetensi guru yang menjadi kewajiban dan tidak bisa diselesaikan secara instan. Beberapa publikasi terkait peningkatan kompetensi guru ini sudah banyak dilakukan, namun publikasi mengenai revitalisasi SMK masih dirasa minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan dengan metode bibiliometrik riset-riset mengenai SMK. Pencarian artikel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Harzing's Publish or Perish dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan” pada artikel berbahasa Indonesia. Hasil pemetaan menggunakan VOSviewer jumlah publikasi terbanyak pada tahun 2020 dengan 165 publikasi dengan Universitas Negeri Malang sebagai institusi terbanyak dalam menghasilkan publikasi. Sedangkan analisis terhadap topik penelitian terkait SMK berhubungan dengan topik seperti ‘Pengembangan’, ‘Analisis’, ‘Studi Kasus’, dan ‘Manajemen’ sehingga riset-riset terkait SMK lebih banyak berhubungan pada topik ini.

Abstract

The development of creativity in the 21st century is a skill that requires students to master perseverance and problem solving combined with good teamwork. Creativity in the skill component of the 21st century is a much-needed new demand. Along with the rapid development of the era, education's role becomes essential in preparing students, especially vocational schools that emphasize the mastery of science, skills, attitudes, and values needed by the industrial world, to have 21st-century skills. This is done by changing teachers' roles from information providers and communicators to facilitators to share information and knowledge and train learners' problem-solving skills. Constructivism learning is one alternative to practising 21st-century skills. Meaningful problem-based learning is applied primarily to help thinking skills, problem-solving, and intellectual skills and learning to be an independent and creative learner.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dari masa kemasa luar biasa berkembang sangat pesatnya. Perkembangan yang dirasa menyentuh semua aspek dan proses kehidupan manusia, tak terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Dimana semula proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara konvensional hari ini mulai bergeser kea rah pembelajaran yang tanpa mengenal batas waktu dan tempat atau biasa disebut dengan electronic learning (E-Learning). E learning ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk mempermudah dalam setiap proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan. Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan English Club meruupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan non formal yang berada di kota tembilahan. Dimana saat ini proses belajar mengajar tidak dalat dilakukan secara langsung atau tatap muka dikarenakan sedang dalam masa pandemic Covid 19, oleh sebab itulah perancangan sebuah aplikasi website e-learning ini dibangun sebagai salah satu bentuk solusi untuk tetap dapat melakukan proses belajar mengajar secara efektif walaupun tidak bertemu secara langsung dikelas.

Abstract

Mixed learning methodologies have been disputed in terms of educational quality when it comes to self-study. Educators face specific challenges when making hybrid learning work since they must adjust to teaching while also strengthening their technological abilities. The blended learning paradigm, which is commonly adopted in many educational institutions, can produce a slew of issues for students. The goal of this essay is to gather thoughts about distance learning based on social media comments. This study creates a classification model using Twitter tweet data by assessing public perceptions and acceptance of the mixed learning model. The findings of examining thoughts regarding this model include categorizing tweets as favorable or unfavorable using the Twitter sentiment analysis approach. The results revealed an almost equal polarization of positive and negative sentiments, with 44.51 percent positive and 45.80 percent negative. More research can be done to analyze attitudes not just on Twitter but also on other social media platforms to improve public opinion accuracy about mixed learning in a pandemic crisis.

Abstract

The role of the principal is very important in the process of continuity and success of an educational institution. The principal needed is the one who can make decisions in various problems that exist in the school environment he leads. Leadership is not limited by gender, as both men and women have the same potential in leading. Therefore, this article aims to find out 1) female leadership gender perspective. 2) Leadership model in a new era. This research method is literature study research and in the collection of data researchers review articles. From the results of the research conducted, the results of the study are: (1) Leadership style can be influenced by gender roles, where gender roles can be categorized into masculine and feminine types. Many equate gender with gender, namely male gender for masculine and feminine for the female gender. (2) Female principal leadership can realize effective leadership because it has excellent and creates effectiveness. Women put more pressure on transformational leadership styles and feminism that involve the participation or views of subordinates as well as others, motivation, and power. A leadership figure that is by era 4.0 where women's leadership needs to act as (1) community-based educational leadership, (2) character-based educational leadership and (3) emotional intelligence in controlling conflict.

Pengembangan Karir sudah menjadi cita-cita mutlak bagi tenaga kerja. Motivasi untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi instansi akan terus diupayakan tenaga kerja demi Pengembangan Karir kedepannya. Prestasi demi prestasi kian dikumpulkan oleh tenaga kerja untuk sewaktu-waktu dapat menjadi faktor pengembangan karirnya. Dan hasil penelitian ini menyatakan Pengaruh Motivasi Pengembangan Karir dengan prestasi kerja cukup signifikan dan berpengaruh positif. Karyawan CV Ideal Share berkomitmen memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi CV Ideal Share dan Client karena feedback yang diterima sesuai dengan kinerja yang diberikan.

Abstract

This study aims to manage online learning in increasing activities student learning during the covid-19 pandemic for the future, especially in the long term like what we are facing right now with Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) which doesn't exist yet stop. Through analyzing online learning activity questionnaires through the opinion of an educator or the teacher's point of view with the research sample being 45 teachers who teach at the State Vocational High School in the city of Padang. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Based on the data obtained,shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the teacher learning model readiness activity. From the results obtained, the teacher's readiness in addressing online learning using a learning model, namely 50% of teachers stated very ready, 20% said they agreed, 10% said they were not ready, 15% said they were not ready and 5% stated when they were not ready to process online learning models, with good results found from the management of educator readiness in online learning in the future can anticipated to be more effective by looking at the deficiencies and obstacles found in the field through this research.
