Abstract

Abstract: This study was done to analyze whether the motivation and incentives affect the performance of organizational commitment and performance, as well as the influence of commitment to employee performance media smile Stationary Jember. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The study population was all employees of Smile Media Stationary meaning of this research study respondents census with 76 employees. Methods of data analysis used in this study is the path linear regression analysis. The results of this research are formal education, work environment and work experience simultaneously significant effect on performance. In partial formal education and the work environment does not significantly influence performance. Meanwhile, work experience variable partially significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: employee performance, organizational commitment, incentives, dan motivation

Abstract

Abstrak: Two stay two stray yaitu salah satu model  pembelajaran  kooperatif yang memberikan kesempatan kepada kelompok membagikan hasil dan informasi kepada kelompok lain. Hal ini dilakukan karena banyak kegiatan belajar mengajar yang diwarnai dengan kegiatan-kegiatan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh model pembelajaran two stay two stray terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah meta-analysis yaitu dengan cara  mengumpulkan data dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang terindeks database pengindeks seperti Google Scholar, SINTA, dan Portal Garuda. Data yang diambil sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi penelitian ini untuk kemudian ditentukan nilai effect size (ES) dan standard error (SE). Hasil analisis data menggunakan software JASP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran two stay two stray terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 57% dengan estimasi dampak sebesar 0,567 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Sedangkan dari variabel moderator yang paling dominan terhadap hasil belajar terdapat pada jenjang SD yakni estimasinya sampai 0,82 atau sebesar 82% pada mata pelajaran IPS yakni 0,60 atau 60% yang termaksud kategori sangat kuat.Abstract:  Two stay two stray is one of the cooperative learning models that gives the group the opportunity to share results and information with other groups. This is done because many teaching and learning activities are colored by individual activities. This study aims to find out the influence of the two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes. The research method used is meta-analysis by collecting data from the results of research indexed indexer databases such as Google Scholar, SINTA, and Garuda Portal. The data taken in accordance with the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of this study to then be determined the value of effect size (ES) and standard error (SE). The results of data analysis using JASP software showed that there was a significant influence of two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes by 57% with an estimated impact of 0.567 which belongs to the moderate category. While from the most dominant moderator variables on the results of learning is at the elementary level, namely the estimate up to 0.82 or 82% in ips subjects, namely 0.60 or 60% which is referred to as a very strong category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh job insecurity dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intentions melalui stres kerja pada karyawan PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo Pasuruan. Pendekatan riset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Secara umum subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo Pasuruan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus. Responden berjumlah 70 karyawan. Langkah-langkah penelitian terdiri dari penelitian awal/penjajagan, melakukan uji instrumen, pengumpulan data, uji normalitas, uji analisis jalur, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intentions dan stres kerja pada karyawan PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo Pasuruan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of organitation culture on motivation, individual characteristics on motivation,organitation culture on performance of employees, individual characteristics on performance of employees, and motivation onperformance of employees in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Regional Office I Jember . The population in this research is allemployees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Regional Office I Jember. The sampling method used was sensus method.withrespondent total as many as 37 people. Variables used as many as four variables; organizational culture, individualcharacteristics, motivation, and performance of employees. The analysis tool used is the path analysis (path analysis). Theresults showed that: 1) There is influence of organizational culture on motivation in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII RegionalOffice I Jember; 2) There is influence of individual characteristic on employees motivation in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIIRegional Office I Jember; 3) There is influence of organizational culture on performance of employees in PT. Abstract

The articles in this research aims to know the influence of career development and performance assessment against job satisfaction through a work commitment. The study categorized as research description (explanatory research).This research is done in cooperative Agribusiness Tarutama Nusantara Jember. The population in this research is the employees remain in the Cooperative Agribusiness Tarutama Nusantara Jember as much as 159 employees. Large samples in this study using multivariate statistics 115 IE rules sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study includes test instruments, test the classical assumptions, test , and an analysis of the Path. The results of the research there is a partial influence and simultaneous development of performance assessment and career I to wards job satisfaction through employee commitment. This suggests that the performance appraisal,job satisfaction and commitment of work has a positive influence to wards the development of a career. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Jember yang berjumlah 73 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh merupakan suatu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatatif melalui berbagai macam teknik pengumpulan data serta data kuantitatif dimana data yang berbentuk angka atau bilangan. Sumber data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer data yang dikumpulkan melalui pihak pertama, biasanya dapat melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi yang bertujuan untuk menunjang penelitian ini dan data sekunder dimana di peroleh dari jurnal, artikel dan internet yang mendukukung. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari metode analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is an individual contribution that exceeds the demands of the role at work. Many factors can affect organizational citizenship behavior, namely servant leadership, empowerment and organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees at the Royal Hotel n'Lounge Jember. The sample in this study as many as 45 respondents using the method used is a census technique in which the entire population is taken as a sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the significant value of servant leadership is 0.003, the significant empowerment variable is 0.009 and the organizational commitment variable is 0.018 less than the significance value of 0.05. the conclusion obtained in this study is that servant leadership, empowerment and organizational commitment affect organizational citizenship behavior. Company leaders are advised to improve the style of leadership that serves, the company gives responsibility and autonomy to employees and employees of the company are expected to maintain commitment to the organization.
