Abstract

Tahu merupakan salah satu makanan yang paling banyak diminati oleh orang Indonesia, di mana tahu adalah salah satu makanan yang hampir setiap harinya diolah untuk dijadikan lauk maupun cemilan. Disadari ataupun tidak sebagai hasil olahan kacang kedelai, tahu merupakan makanan andalan untuk perbaikan gizi karena tahu mempunyai mutu protein nabati terbaik. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya kandungan komposisi asam amino paling lengkap dan diyakini memiliki daya cerna yang tinggi (sebesar 85% - 98%). Pada proses pembuatan tahu diperlukan alat press yang digunakan untuk memadatkan tahu. Umumnya sumber tenaga untuk alat press tahu kebanyakan berasal dari tangan manusia. Hal ini terlihat pada sebagian besar perusahaan pembuat tahu di Bengkulu rata-rata masih menggunakan alat dan tenaga secara manual, sehingga akan berdampak pada waktu proses pembuatan tahu yang cukup lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat alat press tahu secara otomatis menggunakan Raspberry Pi. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat membantu proses pengepresan secara otomatis. Selain itu sistem ini diharapkan dapat meringankan tenaga kerja dan mempercepat proses kerja dalam pembuatan tahu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tepatnya pada bulan januari sampai dengan juni tahun 2023, bertempat di laboratorium hadware Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, yakni untuk percobaan alat press tahu otomatis yang menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk menangkap ukuran tahu yang akan dipress, alat press dilengkapi dengan sebuah cetakan yang terbuat dari kayu dengan ukuran panjang 20 cm, lebar 15 cm, dan tebal 5 cm. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa tahu yang di press memiliki 3 ukuran ketebalan yaitu 3 cm, 5 cm, dan 7 cm yang dapat di press dengan waktu rata-rata 7 menit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu agar dapat menerapkan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) dalam mengamankan file sehingga informasi didalamnya menjadi aman dan tidak dapat dipahami oleh sembarang orang. Penerapan Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) dibuat menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL yang dapat diakses melalui link http://fifmiantiaes.online/. Dengan adanya Aplikasi pengamanan file menggunakan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) berbasis web dapat meningkatkan keamanan file dari pihak yang tidak berwewenang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa sistem berhasil melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi menggunakan Algoritma AES, dimana file dokumen tersimpan di dalam server dalam bentuk enkripsi, dan waktu proses enkripsi tergantung dari ukuran file dokumen, semakin besar ukuran file, maka semakin lama proses enkripsi yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Buah adalah salah satu makanan yang paling banyak diminati oleh orang Indonesia, karena buah memiliki kandungan gizi dan vitamin yang baik bagi tubuh. Ciri-ciri buah umumnya memiliki tekstur kulit halus yang dilapisi oleh lilin yang berfungsi untuk membungkus dan melindungi daging serta biji buah yang berada di dalam buah tersebut. Apabila ingin mengkonsumsi buah biasanya buah harus dikupas terlebih dahulu agar buah jauh lebih sehat. Dalam pengupasan buah diperlukan pisau atau peeler untuk mengupas buah, di mana sumber tenaga pisau atau peeler kebanyakan berasal dari tangan manusia atau masih secara manual dalam pengupasan buah sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lebih lama. Maka pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat alat pengupas buah secara otomatis menggunakan arduino uno. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu agar dapat melakukan pengupasan buah secara otomatis sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lebih cepat daripada pengupas buah secara manual. Selain itu diharapkan juga mengurangi resiko kerja, seperti luka karna pisau pada saat mengupas buah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tepatnya pada januari sampai dengan juni tahun 2023, bertempat di laboratorium hadware Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, yakni untuk percobaan alat pengupas buah otomatis yang menggunakan mata pisau yang didesain khusus agar mampu mengupas kulit buah dengan mengikuti bentuk buah tersebut dengan menggunakan sensor optical. Dimana sensor optical tersebut dapat mendeteksi jarak buah dan mata pisau yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui 5 percobaan, buah dapat terkupas dengan kecepatan pengupasan waktu rata rata 4.2 menit.

Abstract

The relationship between technology and education has been going on for quite a long time. The use of information and communication technology for learning is increasingly developing. With the idea of ​​developing the internet of things (IoT), the use of technology for learning is increasingly showing significant progress. As a consequence, life activities are very dependent on the Internet, one of which is carrying out the education process. Considering the enormous potential for development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, knowledge about this technology and how to use it in everyday life is very necessary. SMAN 1 Kepahyang has development potential in utilizing IoT technology, but requires training in its use in education. For this reason, the Faculty of Computer Science, Dehasen University, Bengkulu conducted community service regarding IoT technology to students at SMAN 1 Kepahyang. Material related to IoT is provided in stages from introduction to practical use of IoT in everyday life. The results of the training show that the students gained knowledge about how to use IoT in education

Abstract

This study applies Data Mining using the Clustering method to determine the amount of production based on the level of product sales at PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia Bengkulu branch. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where data grouped based on the same characteristics will be included in the same group and the data sets entered into the groups do not overlap. The information displayed is in the form of product data groups based on the level of sales, so that it is known the amount of production at PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia which is adjusted to product clusters with high, medium and low sales levels, resulting in product clusters that could be utilized by PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia in determining the number of production of the next product

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a computer network connection at SMP Negeri 21 Central Bengkulu. This study used an experimental research method. In this study, was carried out the performance of a proxy running on the system. From the results of the analysis, conclusions will be obtained regarding the benefits and more detailed functions of Mikrotik and SMB servers in the data or file sharing function. The results of this study show that the internet network has been running in accordance with what the writer hopes and can access the internet, clients from this server can also access the internet. As well as sending files using SMB server that has been determined by the writer. The SMB server can be used to send files that are placed on the Mikrotik router, so that the files can be accessed by connected to clients. Therefore in this study the writer only built LAN network using Mikrotik and sharing data with SMB Servers only.

Abstract

This study aims to build a LAN network infrastructure at SMPN 19 Bengkulu Tengah, implement a computer-based exam system using Moodle, optimize the use of computers at SMPN 19 Bengkulu Tengah, and implement a teaching and learning process by utilizing information technology. This research uses action research research methods. In the action research method, the researcher describes, interprets and explains a condition at the same time by conducting an intervention with the aim of improvement or participation. The results of this study indicate that the use of a computer-based test application on a LAN network that has been implemented at SMPN 19 Bengkulu is running well according to the results of service quality testing with a delay parameter of 6.47 ms, jitter of 1.64 ms, and packet loss of 0.998% and The server used in this study also has a fairly good performance which can be seen from the CPU usage by 20%, memory usage by 88%, and network usage of 1 kbps.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with the Learning Vector Quanzition (LVQ) algorithm is to be used as a fingerprint identifier. So with this application can determine who owns the fingerprint in accordance with the database that has. In identifying fingerprints, the Learning Vector Quanzition method is very good, because it can measure the value of a fingerprint image that has been taken either by using a camera or scanner. In identifying fingerprints, it is expected that the fingerprint image input into the database should be from a photo or scanner that has clear and bright results, because this will affect the fingerprint search in the futures.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are currently growing to meet the needs of humans who want to obtain information easily, quickly and precisely. Therefore, we must continue to pursue and improve the quality and quantity of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find out how to perform the analysis and application of the Access Control List (ACL) method in a computer network. Mikrotik RB750 router is good to use for network security both in terms of reliability and in terms of cost. The method of network security using a firewall and address list is good because it can perform network security and restrictions on addresses that can be accessed and cannot be accessed. With this computer network security, computer network users can get internet access and local network access that is stable and smooth.

Abstract

E-raport application is one of the efforts to control the quality of assessment, because e-raport application is a solution in reminding the limitations of existing resources and personal qualifications, with the aim of assisting educators in processing data on knowledge values, skills, spiritual attitudes, and helping to compile reports on assessment results. Research using experimental methods. Intranet is a private network (Private Network) that uses internet protocols (tcp/ip), to share confidential company information or operations within the company to its employees, while the private ip used on the intranet. Clients can perform or access e-raport application via the address smkn5seluma.net:7252. The intranet network at SMK N 5 Seluma runs smoothly with good network quality, where troughput = 0.8, packet loss = 0%, average delay = 0.563 and jitter = 0.76, these results are measured using Wireshark.
