Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kompetensi pedagodik terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten; 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kompetensi profesional terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten; 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kompetensi sosial terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten, 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kompetensi kepribadian terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten; 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung sertifikasi guru terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten, 6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi pedagodik terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten; 7) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi profesional terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten; 8) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi sosial terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten; 9) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi kepribadian terhadap profesionalisme guru SMA di Kabupaten Klaten.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif survey dengan menggunakan populasi 637 orang dan sampel sebanyak 246 orang. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan pendekatan random sampling melalui cara simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0,170 atau 17%; 2) Kompetensi profesional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0,124 atau 12,4%; 3) Kompetensi sosial berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0,204 atau 20,4%; 4) Kompetensi kepribadian berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0,221 atau 22,1%; 5) Sertifikasi guru berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0,537atau 53,7%; 6) kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui sertifikasi guru sebesar 0,343 atau 34,3%; 7) kompetensi profesional berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui sertifikasi guru sebesar 0,230 atau 23%; 8) Kompetensi sosial tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui sertifikasi guru; 9) Kompetensi kepribadian tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui sertifikasi guru

Abstract

The objective of research were to find out the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation simultaneously towards economic lesson achievement in XI grade Social Sciences in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative method with survey. The sample in this study were 56 students’ XI grade Social Sciences in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of learning facilities and learning  motivation simultaneously towards economic lessonachievement. The magnitude of the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation towards economic lesson achievement simultaneously obtained from the calculation of the R- square of 47,9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) the effect of directly craft towards entrepreneurship, learning, and soft skills (2) the effect of direct entrepreneurship towards craft, learning, and soft skills (3) the effect of directly learning towards soft skills (4) the effect of indirectly craft and entrepreneurship towards soft skills. This research is quantitative descriptive method with correlation studies. Population and sample in this study were students of class X, XI, and XII Marketing Vocational high school 1 Karanganyar. Technique is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis technique used path analysis.The results (1) A craft directly affect entrepreneurship 54%, on learning of 17%, and the soft skills of 34% (2) entrepreneurial directly affect the craft of 54%, on learning of 19%, and the soft skills of 10% (3) the learning process directly affects the soft skills of 3% (4) craft indirect effect on the soft skills of 1% and entrepreneurial indirect effect on the soft skills of 1%. Based on the findings, researchers recommend to learners and educators to be willing and able to learn by doing rather than just learning to know through direct practice.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether or not there is (1) an effect of students’ activeness in extracurricular activity on learning achievement;and (2) a difference of learning achievement between the students attending extracurricular activity and those not attending.  The population of research was all of the 10th and the 11th graders in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari Klaten. The sample of research was selected using proportionate random sampling technique. This research employed a descriptive research method with questionnaire technique for the data of students’ activeness in extracurricular and documentation technique for the data of students’ learning achievement. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression and independent sample t-test at significance level of 0.10. The results of research were as follows. Firstly, there is a significant effect of the students’ activeness in extracurricular on the students’ learning achievement (t statistic = 2.777 > t table = 1.990 and significance value = 0,004 < 0,10). The students with high score in the activeness in extracurricular activity obtained good learning achievement. Secondly, there was a difference of learning achievement between the students attending extracurricular activity and those not attending (t statistic = 2,458 > t table = 1,6549 and significance value = 0.017 < 0.10). The students attending extracurricular activity better had learning achievement than those not attending.

Abstract

This study aims to find out : (1) students' learning outcome before the collaboration of PBL instractional model and STAD cooperative instructional model being applied for 10th grade students of SMA Kartikatama Metro ;(2)  students' learning outcome after the application of the method and technique;(3) the influence of collaboration application of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperatice instructional model.  This was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design.  Application of PBL teaching method collaborated with STAD cooperative instructional model is able to improve students' learning outcome and give significant influence towards the improvement of students' learning outcome at economics subject.  Compared to the class X-A of social program that only applies PBL instructional model, class X-D is better in case of learning outcome improvement. Given that the result of pre-test, class X-A and X-D get 46.3 and 51.4 respectively. Those two scores are categorized into less than or far from the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KBM) by 75.  But, after the implementation of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperative instructional model, outcome learning rises.  The result of learnig outcome of those two classes shows that class X-A gets 68.04 while class X-D gets 80.  Those two learning outcomes indicate a significant difference on students' learning outcome in economics subject.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop learning media using Online Marketing Video Learning Information System technology which can be accessed online, and improve the learning outcomes in Online Marketing learning at Vocational High School in Sukoharjo. The method used in this research is Research and Development methods that apply the media to students in grade X of Marketing Vocational High School, Sukoharjo especially in online marketing program. The research was examined by procedure steps of preliminary research, development and testing steps. The steps of video development cover collecting material, making storyboard, surveying, producing media, and applying media. The information system development steps involve Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction and Deployment. Data analysis techniques applied in this research is a simple descriptive analysis. The research compares between the Pre test and Post test result to find out the result of study. This research was expected to increase the result of study in Online Marketings learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is influence of Teaching Practice Progam (TPP) toward the readiness to become teacher in college students of Social Science Education Study Program of FKIP UNS generation 2011. TPP activity can be interpreted as a training program for students to apply a range of knowledge, attitudes, and skills in order to prepare the establishment of a professional teacher. This research is descriptive quantitative research with survey method.The population in this research is students’ college of Social Science Education Study Program of FKIP UNS generation 2011 that have followed PPL number of 414 students. The sample in this research amounted to 81 students were taken by using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument was used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis is the analysis of simple regression analysis. The results of research showed there was a positive and significant effect of Teaching Practice Progam (TPP) (X) on the readiness become a teacher (Y) in the students’ college of Social Science Education Study Program of FKIP UNS.

Abstract

The purpose of this research: 1) develop media valid CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta, 2) analyze effectiveness of media CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta. This research used the research and development (R&D). Validation internal development media CD interactive on the model training work Competency Based Training (CBT) involving media experts, the people of material and practitioners. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis qualitative and the quantitative analysis use test one way anova. Value validation products obtained from media experts of 84,99 %, the people of matter of 84.25 % and practitioners of 85,51 % shows the average validation products of 84,54 % which means had qualified for very good. In the field there are significant differences average score posttest between the experiment to the control group with the significance (sig.) as much as 0.00 <  α (0.05). Value obtained from validation and the the field show that the product of development media CD interactive being used as a medium learning and effective to increase the competency participants training for BLK Surakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan belajar di kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015 dengan sampel sebanyak 49 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner WIHIC (What Is Happening In This Class) versi Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner (angket).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kerjasama siswa, keadilan guru, investigasi siswa, keterlibatan siswa, kekompakan siswa, orientasi tugas, dan dukungan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Hasil ini dapat diketahui melalui hasil uji F diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar (0,001). (2) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel kekompakan siswa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Hasil ini dapat diketahui melalui uji t variabel kekompakan siswa diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar (0,005).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Lasem, 2) mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Lasem, 3) mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Lasem, 4) mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung positif kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Lasem, dan 5) mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung positif fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Lasem.Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lasem tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 yaitu berjumlah 96. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 40,9%, akan tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan melalui variabel motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 39,3%, dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 28,1%, serta berpengaruh secara tidak langsung positif terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0,149.
