Abstract

The aims of the study is to determine the effect of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017.  The population in this study were 47 students consisting of 2 classes, A class and B class. The sample in this study is A class of 26 students and B class of 21 students. Sampling technique in this research is using Pusposive Sampling with certain consideration reason. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis conducted by the researchers obtained the results at the level of significance α = 0.05 yield tcount = 8.97 and ttable = 2.020 which means thitung> ttable so H0 rejected and H1 accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is significant influence of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017. Abstract

AbstrakGuru bagi masyarakat awan selama ini dipahami sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar.+Pergeseran pengertian guru dari orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar menjadi pendidik profesional, tetapi bagi sebagian orang mungkin tidak begitu dimasalahkan. Guru memiliki pengaruh yang luar biasa bagi arah pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia pergeseran pemahaman terhadap guru dari mengajar menjadi pendidik sudah menjadi keputusan hukum di Indonesia yang telah disahkan baik aturan tentang Guru dan Dosen. Hukum memberikan penjelasan guru sebagai pendidik profesional ketimbang sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar dengan kemampuan tenaga professional. Siswa akan terdorong untuk belajar manakala mereka memiliki motivasi untuk belajar. 1) Kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat, 2) Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar, 3) Kerelaan meninggalkan kewajiban atau tugas yang lain, 4) Ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas.Menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu teknik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan kemauan belajar. Salah satu cara yang logis untuk momotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran adalah mengaitkan pengalaman belajar dengan motivasi siswa. Guru sebagai orang yang membelajarkan siswa sangat berkepentingan dengan masalah ini. Sehingga sebagai guru atau calon guru sebisa mungkin kita harus selalu berupaya untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar terutama bagi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar dengan menggunakan berbagai upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru yaitu 1) Memperjelas tujuan yang ingin dicapai. 2) Membangkitkan motivasi siswa. 3) Ciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam belajar. 4) Mengguanakan variasi metode penyajian yang menarik. 5) Berilah pujian yang wajar setiap keberhasilan siswa. 6) Berikan penilaian. 7) Berilah komentar terhadap hasil pekerjaan siswa. 8) Ciptakan persaingan dan kerjasama.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is growing rapidly. This requires the existence of quality human beings so as to be able to create new innovations and be able to face competition. Education is a pursuit of school for children and adolescents who are handed over to them to have perfect skills and full awareness of their social relationships and tasks. The 2013 curriculum goal is to prepare Indonesian people to have the ability to live as the individu and citizens who are faithful, productive, creative, innovative, and affective and able to contribute to the life of society, nation, state and world civilization. The problem formulation of this class action research is how is the effect of the application of PQ4R learning methods to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade students of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro". The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of the PQ4R learning method and to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects in class XI of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School "and the benefits of classroom action research were seen from two parties in terms of theoretical and practical aspects. The action hypothesis in this class action research through the use of PQ4R learning methods (preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review), to improve the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School. The application of the PQ4R method in learning economics at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro can increase teacher and student activity. It can be seen from the average score of teacher activity in cycle I, namely 41.16 with the category "sufficient", in the second cycle increased to 45.83 with the category "good" with a difference of 4.67. Likewise, the average score of the first cycle of student activity is 41.16 with the category "enough", in the second cycle increased to 46, 99 with the "good" category with a difference of 5.83. So it can be concluded that by applying the learning model Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) can increase student learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro.Keywords: PQ4R Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Education is a very important element for creating quality, intelligent, peaceful, open, democratic, and able to compete and can improve the welfare of all Indonesian citizens. The state is said to be progressing in all fields both in the fields of economics, technology, agriculture or the other not apart from the role of education. The purpose of this research is to find out the Effect of Two Stay Two Stray Type of Cooperative Learning Model on Student Education Results of Economic Education at Muhammadiyah Metro University. The usefulness is to know the Effect of Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) on Student Learning Outcomes of economic education students ", then it can be used as a writer as insight and knowledge. The hypothesis in this study is "There is a positive influence on the use of the Two Stay Two Stray Type Cooperative Learning Model (TS-TS) on Student Learning Outcomes of economic education students". Test the hypothesis using the Simple Linear Regression formula, namely Y '= a + b X value Y' = 50 + 0.4 X followed by the formula thitung which is thit = b / S_b = 3.40. t table = 1.70 (significant level 5%) and t table = 2.46 (significant level 1%), be 3.40> 1.70 at a significant level of 5% and at a significant level of 1%, namely 3.40> 2, 46. Based on the results of these studies, the hypothesis can be accepted because thit = 3.40 is greater than ttab = 1.70 and 2.46. After analyzing the research data, it can be concluded that the analysis of the calculation of the tcount> t table. can be seen in the list of G, at a significant level of 5% which is 3.40> 1.70 and at a significant level of 1% which is 3.40> 2.46. Thus the hypothesis says that there is a positive influence on the use of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) can improve the learning outcomes of students of economic education. Keywords: Effect of Two Stay Two Stray Type Cooperative Learning Model (TS-TS), learning outcomes.

Abstract

Teachers are professions that require special expertise in their main tasks such as educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students in early childhood education in formal, primary and secondary education. Teachers apart from the assignment also design learning to help students in the learning process, so teachers need special expertise and high ability to develop teaching materials that are appropriate to the needs of students with the diversity of students' competence. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection is done by observation techniques and strengthened by theoretical studies from experts. Based on the data carried out by finding the learning process conducted by the teacher in class with teaching materials that have been developed by the teacher before the learning process takes place. Based on observations that the teaching material developed by the teacher has been able to provide convenience in students understanding the subject matter that the teacher conveys and the teaching material that the teacher has developed makes students eager to learn and solve the problems and problems the teacher provides, and is no less important than the development of teaching materials the teacher has made the learning outcomes obtained by students become visible from the results of the midterm exams of 32 students there are only 4 students whose grades are below the minimum graduation standard.

Abstract

Teaching materials are a set of information that is presented in printed and non-printed forms which contain material as well as the constraints that must be understood by students through pleasant learning. This research is a study using research and development methods, better known as Research and Development. Research and Development Method is a research method used to produce certain products. Based on the results of the recapitulation on the value of validation of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping obtained from validation 1 amounting to 65.00%, validator 2 at 68.00%, validator 3 at 66.00%, and validator 4 at 66.00% so based on result 4 the validator can be taken on average the value of validation of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping is 66.25% and fulfills the criteria very well. The quality of the learning material obtained from several evaluations by the validators, namely material experts, language, design and critical thinking obtained results that the teaching material based on Conceps Mapping is quite feasible to use. Based on the conclusions that can be presented by the researcher that: 1) Feasibility of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping from experts, namely: material experts on aspects of material feasibility obtained 84.42%, b) on language aspects obtained 81.33%, c) on design feasibility obtained 79.75%. d) and on the aspect of critical thinking students get 75.50%. The average value of the validation of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping is 80.25% with a fairly decent category. 2) Student responses to the development of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping in this organizational theory course from small groups and large groups, namely "very interesting" with a score of 85.25%. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Based On Concept Mapping, Critical Ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena peneliti tidak merubah keadaan kelompok awal sampel. Desain penelitian dalam ini yaitu “the nonequivalent posttest-only control group design”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Tulang Bawang Barat Provinsi Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di SMP Tulang Bawang Barat. Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) merupakan konsep belajar yang membantu guru mengaitkan antara materi yang diajarkan dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa, dan mendorong siswa membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan untuk memahami masalah, menyeleksi informasi yang penting untuk menyelasaikan masalah, memahami asumsi-asumsi, merumuskan dan menyelasaikan hipotesis yang relevan, serta menarik kesimpulan yang valid dan menentukan kevalidan dari kesimpulan-kesimpulan. Berdasarkan peneliitian yang telah dilakukan dan berdasarkan hasil uji perbedaan rataan postes kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol tersebut diketahui bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,038 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak. Hasil ini berarti kedua kelas memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berbeda secara signifikan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)  lebih tinggi  dari pada siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran konvensional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa dapat disebabkan karena guru kurang tepat dalam memilih dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yaitu dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran pendekatan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran CTL terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa. (2) pengaruh kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa. (3) pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran CTL terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi ditinjau dari kemampuan awal siswa.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan desain faktorial 2x3, dan dengan rancangan penelitian pre-test post-test control-group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Tumijajar Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik penggumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi dan metode tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran CTL terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Fhitung > Ftabel atau 5,819>4,00 (2) Terdapat pengaruh tingkat kemampuan awal siswa tinggi, sedang, dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Fhitung > Ftabel atau 22,903>3,15. 3) Terdapat pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran CTL terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari kemampuan awal siswa Fhitung > Ftabel atau 5,786>3,15. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan pembelajaran CTL lebih baik daripada siswa yang diajarkan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional. Prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran CTL pada kemampuan awal awal siswa menunjukan adanya pengaruh.

Abstract

Siger Roemah Batik in Bandar Lampung faces challenges such as limited use of digital platforms, lack of product design variety, and low market visibility. These issues hinder competitiveness and growth amid strong batik industry competition. This study aims to analyze Siger Roemah Batik’s business model and develop strategies using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT Analysis. The qualitative descriptive method was applied, with data gathered from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The nine BMC elements were evaluated to identify internal and external factors. Results show that combining BMC and SWOT provides deep insight into the business model and supports innovative strategy formulation. Suggested strategies include product diversification, optimizing distribution channels, strengthening customer relationships, and integrating digital platforms to expand market reach. Applying BMC and SWOT proves effective for sustainable MSME business strategies. For further research, it is recommended to conduct direct observation to measure the effectiveness of the strategy and conduct comparative studies with other batik MSMEs for insight into key success factors and explore product innovation and digital marketing to increase market appeal in the digital era.
