Abstract

Background: Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that exceeds 500 ml after the baby is born. The main causes of postpartum bleeding are uterine atony, placental retention, birth canal laceration, and blood clotting abnormalities. Predisposing factors of postpartum hemorrhage are age, parity, anemia, premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, prolonged labor, uterine overdistention, labor of action, history of previous bleeding, and distance of pregnancy. Postpartum hemorrhage will cause maternal death if it is not treated immediately. This study aimed to analyze the determinants of postpartum hemorrhage.Subjects and Method: This study used observational analytic with a case control approach. The study was conducted at Dr. Moewardi, Central Java, from April to May 2019. The total sample was 225 maternity mothers who were selected based on fixed disease sampling by using a ratio of 1: 2 between the case and control groups. The dependent variable was postpartum bleeding. The independent variables were age, parity, anemia, premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, prolonged labor, uterine overdistention, action delivery, obstetric history, uterine atony, placental retention, birth canal laceration, and pregnancy distance. Data collection techniques used secondary data medical record records which were analyzed by using path analysis.Results: Postpartum hemorrhage was directly and positively associated with atonia uterine (b= 2.46; 95% CI= 1.53 to 3.40; p<0.001), vaginal laceration (b= 1.76; 95% CI= 0.78 to 2.75; p <0.001), poor obstetric history (b= 0.93; 95% CI= 0.11 to 1.76; p= 0.026), and type of labor (b= 1.70; 95% CI= 0.94 to 2.46; p <0.001). It was indirectly affected by preeclampsia, parity, prolonged labor, premature rupture of membrane, age, anemia, uterine overdistention, birth spacing, and placental retention.Conclusion: Postpartum hemorrhage is directly and positively associated with atonia uterine, vaginal laceration, poor obstetric history, and type of labor. Abstract

Latar Belakang : Sindroma metabolic merupakan kumpulan factor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Salah satu factor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular adalah dislipidemia yang ditandai dengan abnormalitas profil lipid dalam darah. Pengendalian kadar kolesterol dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan asupan serat yang berpotensi menurunkan kadar kolesterol salah satunya adalah buah pisang kapok kuning. Buah pisang kapok kuning (Musa paradisiacal forma typical) mengandung serat, inulin, dan patiresisten yang berpotensi dalam menurunkan kadar kolesterol darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh buah pisang kapok kuning terhadap kadar kolesterol total pada tikus pra sindroma metabolik.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah true experimental dengan pre-post test randomized control group design terhadap 28 ekortikus Sprague Dawley pra sindroma metabolik yang kemudian dibagi secara acak dalam 4 kelompok control negatif yang hanya diberikan pakan standar, kontrol positif yang diberikan pakan standar dan induksi STZ(Streptozotocin), serta dua kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan pakan standar, induksi STZ dan buah pisang kapok kuning (Musa paradisiacal forma typical) dengan dosis 4,5g/200gBB dan 9g/200gBB selama 21 hari. Kadar kolesterol diperiksa dengan metode CHOD-PAP (glycerol phosphate oxydase–phenol amino phenazone). Data dianalisis dengan uji Paired t-test dan Anova.Hasil : Pemberian buah kapok kuning dengan dosis 4,5g/200gBB dan 9g/200gBB dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total dari 179,12±7,90 menjadi 143,18±4,39 dan 177,81±7,11 menjadi 123,02±4,94 pada tikus Sprague Dawley pra sindroma metabolic secara statistic bermakan (p=0,000). Secara deskriptif penurunan kadar kolesterol total sebesar 20,06% dan 30,81%. Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antar kelompok (p=0,000).Simpulan : Pemberian buah pisang kapok kuning selama 21 hari pada dosis 4,5g/200g/hari dan 9g/200gBB/hari dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total pada tikus pra sindroma metabolic secara statistic bermakna.

Abstract

Parents, particularly mothers of children with special needs, expressed emotions of sadness, disappointment, and resistance in coming to terms with their child's condition. This study aims to explore how religious coping influences these mothers. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the researcher engaged three participants through snowball sampling. Triangulation was utilized in this research, employing semi-structured interviews and observations for data collection. Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) using Atlas.ti 9 software was employed for data analysis. Findings revealed that participants initially experienced sadness, disappointment, fear, and unreadiness upon their child's birth. Religious coping, such as seeking solace in Allah, prayer, and spiritual practices, emerged as a crucial mechanism for navigating this challenging period. Additionally, finding meaning in their child's condition as a divine mandate and receiving social support provided participants with a sense of comfort. Participants reported that religious coping helped them find tranquility, happiness, acceptance of their child's condition, and increased patience in managing their child's behaviors.

Abstract

The research entitled "Using Google Workspace for Education to Improve Understanding of Differentiated Learning" is based on the weakness of Islamic Religious Education teachers in understanding differentiated learning. The aim of this research is to critically analyze the use of Google Workspace for Education to understand differentiated learning for training participants consisting of Islamic Religious Education teachers. This research is classified as qualitative research. This research method was descriptive-analytical by collecting data in the form of literature from relevant research results, then analyzing and comparing it with the results of observations by researchers through training for teachers on differentiated learning using Google Workspace for Education. The research results showed, firstly, differentiated learning which consists of content/material differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation is very suitable to be delivered using the Google Workspace for Education platform which has various features; secondly, Google Workspace for Education has benefits as a method or medium for Trainers in training. Apart from that, Google Workspace for Education is also useful for teachers in teaching differentiated learning because the available elements suit various characteristics and tendencies of students; lastly, the use of Google Workspace for Education, supported by the use of the Canva and Padlet platforms, has an impact on increasing the training participants' good understanding of differentiated learning.

Abstract

Kemiskinan masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan pembangunan utama di kabupaten Sumbawa dan memerlukan perhatian serius dari pemerintah untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah dalam memerangi kemiskinan dan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimal untuk meningkatkan hasil dari kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur atau dokumen berupa jurnal hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya, sesuai dengan topik jurnal yang di kaji. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat berbagai kebijakan, masih terdapat tantangan terkait koordinasi antar lembaga, pemanfaatan sumber daya, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi program. Kajian ini merekomendasikan beberapa tindakan strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan, antara lain perbaikan perencanaan program, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, dan penguatan mekanisme evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang bermanfaat bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dan pembangunan sosial ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the PjBL model based on TPACK and STEAM with Pakan Penyu media on mathematics learning outcomes. This study uses an experimental research design One Sample t Test. The analysis used is descriptive statistics. The population used were students of SDN Gembong 02 with a sample of grade 2 students. The results of the Test of Normality output, obtained the Shapiro-Wilk Sig value of 0.109 > 0.05 so the data is normally distributed. Table One Sample t Test obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, the output of the One Sample t Test table shows that the t count value 35,446 > t table 2,060, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of PjBL model based on STEAM and TPACK with Pakan Penyu media on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

الخطابة هي التعبير الشفوي من خلال إلقاء الأفكار بصورة الكلام في الأماكن العامة أو الإلقاء لتقديم الأراء، وتطلب الثقة بالنفس، مع أنها تجعل النفس القدرة والفخر بما يفعله بشكل إيجابي في تحسين مهارة الكلام. المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ إحدى المدارس التي قامت بتنفيذ برنامج الخطابة كل شهر. هذا البرنامج لترقية مهارة الكلام لدى الطلاب بثقة النفس. تهتم الباحثة بمعرفة المزيد عن برنامج الخطابة، وبالتلي تريد الباحثة هنا جعل الجيل القادم أكثر شجاعة وثقة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى ما يلي: وصف ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ برابالنجا ووصف مدى ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندنيغ برابالنجا. استخدم هذا البحث المدخل الكيفي بالطريقة الوصفية. وأما طريقة جمع البيانات فهي الملاحظة، والمقابلة الشخصية، والتوثيق، وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال تخفيض البيانات، وعرض البيانات، الاستنتاج. أما نتائج هذا البحث فهي أن ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ برابالنجا هو يتضمن تنفيذ تحسينها على ثلاثة أنشطة مهمة، وهي الأنشطة الأولى، الأنشطة الأساسية، الأنشطة الختامية. ومدى ترقية مهارة الكلام بثقة النفس في برنامج الخطابة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واليسونغو كندينغ برابالنجا هو تم تنفيذها 24 عاما تقريبا بما أن الطلاب يقدرون على ترقية مهارتهم في الكلام بعد أن تكون لديهم الثقة بالنفس في برنامج الخطابة.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic banking in microeconomic development in Sumbawa Regency. Islamic banking, with principles based on Islamic law, has great potential in supporting the development of the microeconomic sector which is the backbone of the regional economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach through a literature study containing theories relevant to the topic raised. This research collects and analyzes literature from various sources such as books, journals, scientific articles, and other related documents. The qualitative approach allows researchers to understand the context, dynamics, and complexity of the role of Islamic banking in microeconomic development in Sumbawa Regency. The results show that Islamic banking not only acts as a capital provider, but also as a strategic partner in increasing the capacity of micro businesses through mentoring and financial education programs.

Abstract

Humans in carrying out various roles as creatures cannot be separated from various needs in order to maintain survival. These needs are related to three basic needs, namely dharuriyat (primary), hajiyat (secondary), and tahsiniyat (tertiary). This research aims to determine the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in economic development from an Islamic perspective in Sumbawa Regency. The research method used in this study is the literature study method or documents in the form of journals of previous research results, in accordance with the topic of the journal to be reviewed. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in economic development in Sumbawa Regency play a very important role because they can absorb labor which increases every year and can increase local revenue derived from levies and taxes from existing UMKM. So this is closely related to the objectives of the Islamic economy of all economic activities to achieve justice and equity (falah).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of learning focus in mediating the effect of time management, learning motivation, and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires and analyzed with SEM-PLS. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, where all 105 students of grade IX of Nafsa Zakiyyah Junior High School in the 2025/2026 academic year were respondents. The results showed that of the 10 (ten) hypotheses proposed, 5 (five) hypotheses were accepted and 5 (five) hypotheses were rejected. The results showed that time management had a positive but insignificant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning independence had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning focus had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, time management had a positive but insignificant effect on learning focus, learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on learning focus, learning independence had a positive but insignificant effect on learning focus. Then, time management mediated by learning focus has a positive but insignificant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning motivation mediated by learning focus has a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, and learning independence mediated by learning focus has a positive but insignificant effect on mathematics learning outcomes.
