Abstract

Manajemen rantai pasok bisnis komoditi dan produk pertanian berbeda dengan manajemen rantai pasok bisnis komoditi non-pertanian, karena: (i) komoditi dan produk pertanian bersifat mudah rusak, (ii) proses penanaman, pertumbuhan dan pemanenan tergantung pada iklim dan musim, (iii) hasil panen memiliki bentuk dan ukuran yang bervariasi, (iv) komoditi dan produk pertanian bersifat kamba sehingga produk pertanian sulit untuk ditangani. Seluruh faktor tersebut harus dipertimbangkan dalam desain manajemen rantai pasok komoditi dan produk pertanian guna mendapatkan sistem rantai pasok yang komprehensif, efektif, efisien, responsif dan berkelanjutan. Manajemen rantai pasok bisnis komoditi dan produk pertanian bersifat kompleks, probabilistik dan dinamis. Konsekuensinya, faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam merancang sistem manajemen rantai pasok-nya bersifat kompleks yang memerlukan dukungan analisis pengambilan keputusan yang handal. Beberapa metode analisis pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan dalam kajian pengembangan manajemen rantai pasok komoditas dan produk pertanian antara lain adalah metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) untuk pemilihan komoditas unggulan, analisis deskriptif rantai pasok dengan pendekatan Asian Productivity Organization (APO), metode Hayami untuk analisis nilai tambah rantai pasok, metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) serta Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk analisis pengukuran kinerja manajemen rantai pasok bisnis komoditi dan produk pertanian. Aplikasi teknik dan metode tersebut serta faktor kunci yang mendukung sukses penerapannya berhasil divirifikasi dengan baik pada contoh kasus penilaian kinerja rantai pasok sayuran dataran tinggi.The implementation of agricultural products business supply chain management has a significant difference with the other products in terms of stochastic and dynamic behavior as a result of some factors such as (i) perishable characteristics (ii) seasonal for cultivation, growth and harvesting (iii) various shape and size on final yield (iv) voluminous. These factors should be considered in designing a comprehensive, effective, efficient, responsive and sustainable agricultural products supply chain management. As a consequence, the decision making involved is becoming more complex than common manufacturing application which are pragmatic, deterministic and static. Some of the decision methods for developing and analysing the agriculture product supply chain management discussed in this paper include Exponential comparison method for prospective products selection, Asian Productivity Organization (APO) approach for agricultural products supply chain management descriptive analysis, Hayami method for added value analysis Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for agricultural product supply chain management performance analysis. The application of those methods and the corresponding key sucess factors in the implementation have been verified in the case of highland vegetable products supply chain management.

Abstract

Radar Bogor is a local daily morning newspaper published in Bogor belongs to Jawa Pos Groups. Newspaper competition is more tightly because of new newspapers emergingand consumer preferences changing. The company must plan innovativemarketing strategy based on consumer satisfaction. The purposes of this study were to identify factors influencing customer satisfaction and to analyze the level of customer satisfactionof Radar Bogor newspaper. The method was used IPA-CSI (Important Performance Analysis-Customer Satisfaction Index). The Analysis coverage 29 attributes. High priority attributes to improve were layout design, print quality and quality of review Bogor Raya column. The result of Level Customer Satisfaction Index is 69.24 percent.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi rantai pasok pepaya Calina, menganalisis nilai tambah yang dihasilkan oleh setiap anggota pada rantaipasokankomoditas pepaya Calina, dan mendesain metrik pengukurankinerja anggota rantai pasokan. Metode Hayami dan Analytic Network Process (ANP) merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai tambah dan mendesain metrik pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok pepaya Calina. Nilai keuntungan yang diraih oleh mitra tani sebesar 57.74%. Sementara perusahaan mendapatkan nilai tambah sejumlah 50.7% untuk Sunpride dan 55.56% untuk Sunfresh. Sedangkan bagi ritel dan pasar tradisional, nilai keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar 36% dan nilai tambah sebesar 16.56%. Dalam penentuan metrik pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan ANP, indikator yang dirasa paling berpengaruh dalam menentukan sustainable supply chain menurut para pakar adalah kualitas (0.74). Hal ini disebabkan karena kualitas dianggap mampu dalam menentukan tingkat harga, memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dan dalam jangka panjang mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen. Oleh karena itu, petani sebagai penentu kualitas dan kuantitas pepaya Calina menjadi pihak paling berpengaruh di dalam rantai pasok (0.287), yang berujung pada keuntungan ekonomi rantai pasok kedepannya.Kata kunci : analytical network process, nilai tambah, pengukuran kinerja, rantai pasok

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction at Ngopi Doeloe, Popolo Coffee, Ranin Coffee House, Starbucks Coffee, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and JCo Donuts & Coffee Bogor. This research conducted by distributing questionnaires to 366 coffee shop visitors. Data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Overall, in this reasearch found that product quality and service quality have impact on costumer satisfaction, but for the low income respondent (below Rp 3.000.000,00) the product quality variable have no impact on costumer satisfaction.

Abstract

An increasing business transaction can cause rapid growth in online shops and marketplace. One of the affected is an online shop. From several logistic services, tracking and tracing information services are the main focus in this study because online shops as the business partner have a lack of attention in these services. The objective of this study is to investigate the factors of online shop behavior in using tracking and tracing information services.This study used a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) as the framework. The quantitative data were collected through questionnaires from 207 samples of online shops selling women’s fashion and listed in the marketplace. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.70.The result of this study found that “the intention to use” the tracking and tracing information services depend on the effort expectancy (EE) dan social influence (SI), while “user behavior” depends on facilitating condition (FC) and the intention to use. The ease of access factor and learning the tracking and tracing information services are the important factors for the intention to use, whereas electronic devices and internet network factors used by the online shops are the main factors for the user behavior. Logistics companies need to provide information services that can help the online shops in controlling their goods in a good way where the ease of access and learning become the main focus that needs attention. Furthermore, online shops need to facilitate their admins with technological devices and a good internet network to make the admins easy to access information services.

Abstract

Business transactions are important with the increasing of online shop in Indonesia. Every year online shops in Indonesia are increasing in accordance with the existing of technology. The impact of logistic companies as online shop partner is always improving their services to facilitate business transactions. This study aims to compare logistic services between JNE and J&T Express companies based on online shop satisfaction. The satisfaction of some online shops as both customers and working partners with the logistics companies will be important for both companies. The methods used are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and T-test with a sample of 150 owners. Purposive sampling is used as the sampling technique and data is collected by distributing questionnaires through online shop media social. From the fifteen attributes, important services according to online shop are responsiveness to damaged goods and lost goods, guarantees for damaged goods and lost goods, the company’s mode of communication to its customers, the company’s consistency in maintaining goods properly and consistency of delivery time to the consumer. The results of the study show that JNE and J&T Express have a significant difference, namely the superiority of JNE in maintaining goods properly inappropriate with the price their given. Meanwhile , the JNE and J & T Express have a significant inconsistency of delivery time. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises' (SMEs) development will strengthen domestic economic structure due to the workforce absorption and increase people's purchasing power, the level of demand, and investment growth. Although it has a very strategic role, developing SMEs is not simple. As time goes by, the trend of SMEs selling products online is increasing. Competition is getting tougher, and product innovation is increasingly diverse. Thus, to improve overall performance, SME players must compete to implement strategies. This research aimed to analyze the effect of supply chain management practices on competitive advantage and firm performance, communication, and information technology on supply chain management practices and competitive advantage, and competitive advantage on fir performance. The questionnaires were distributed online to processed food SMEs in Jakarta, using a simple random sampling technique. The samples collected were 244 respondents, and it was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that supply chain management practices had a positive effect on competitive advantage. Communication and information technology had a positive effect on supply chain management practices and competitive advantage, and competitive advantage had a positive effect on firm performance. Abstract

New normal is a change in behavior to continue carrying out normal activities and implementing health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission. After the implementation of the new normal, it automatically affects the routine activities carried out by the community, especially those activities which are limited by the government when New Normal is implemented. This study analyzes perceptions and adaptive behavior between employees and entrepreneurs when implementing New Normal during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used is a modified Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). A total of 427 respondents who is an employee have answered the online questionnaire containing 61 questions. In this research, after the respondents' characteristics were classified, the descriptive analysis carried out with a standard deviation approach, mean value and an independent sample T-test were done using the SPSS 25 software. Insignificance was found in indicators of vulnerability and understanding of Covid-19. Significant differences between employees and entrepreneurs were found in the attitude indicators of Covid-19, which are easy to spread, the number of cases died, the influence of friends, the ability to have internet quotas, past work behavior, past handwashing behavior, The perceived severity is related to medical costs if exposed to Covid-19 and reduced income due to the severity of Covid-19. Perceptions between employees and entrepreneurs have significant differences on several indicators. These differences arise because of their environment, both the work environment and the environment around where they live. Abstract

In managing human resources, management is required to find appropriate competency development. Theemployees need to know what competency indicators they have and should have. It needs to be done to encouragethe best practices provided by management to improve employee performance. The research aimed to identify thecompetency of human resources and management best practices related to advancing employee performance in apalm oil mill company. The research applied a quantitative approach. The studied company was Talopino palm oilmill unit in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu, owned by PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Lampung (PTPN VII Lampung).The research was conducted from July to November 2019. The used data were primary and secondary data.Primary data were obtained by interviews and questionnaires with 76 employees in the company. The indicatorswere adapted from several previous researchers. The research analyzed the data using the Likert scale and PartialLeast Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result shows three implications. First, competencyaffects employee performance in the palm oil mill company. Second, competency has an insignificant result onmanagement best practices. Third, management best practices affect employee performance. The research canprovide information to companies in enhancing the employees’ competency with strategic steps in the era ofglobalization.
